Go to the blue bar across the top of the page and click on the box with the wrench. Then....click on Bio...or edit bio...add your info and you should get the graph too.

Can't wait for Spring. We've had a huge amount of snow this year that just hasn't melted off in months. Finally had a warmer week this past week and it melted off a good amount of snow, but we just started getting more last night.

Congrats on another lb and also on being happy and no rain :) same here! i was able to do a great workout outside walking / running. i have work to do...but it felt amazing to be outside in March :)

Hello all, checking in, nothing earth shaking going on..thank God, down 2lbs and I am satisfied. About to fix me a little dinner, was told again I'm not eating enough...not that I'm going to change how I eat, I just don't have the appetite I use to.i hope everyone is doing well, well I will check in a little later in the week.

Hello all, just wanted to check in. Just got home from clinic, new weight 178 lbs, woohoo!!! I just have to keep moving forward. It's raining up a storm here, rained most of the week now we are under a flood watch. I will be so glad when it stops. Nothing planned for the weekend just waiting to watch big brother tonight, this is my first season watching because of the celebrities, needless to say I'm hooked. Hoping everyone has a safe weekend..

Lots of rain here too!

Much better than snow as NYC usually around this time i'd say could get snow...i'm SO thankful it's been a mostly mild Winter so far!

Big Brother show sounds fun....i usually do not watch any sitcoms other than the news which is not a sitcom, lol. ....

Hello all, just checking in. I'm doing well, feeling pretty good, getting around much better. I weighed on my home scale this morning it read 179lbs, but I will not record weight until I weigh at clinic tomorrow, I really would like to see 170lbs by spring. Since I'm on dialysis, I have to watch my fluid intake because if I don't it's hell to pay when I go to treatment, so far since I've been back in hemo I haven't had that problem. I plan to just move forward and keep eating healthy, exercise , still in my house for now, can't wait for spring so I can get outside to walk.hoping you all have a safe and great weekend..oh!! I want to say thank you to the ones who respond to my posts, I spend most of my time alone so I really appreciate reading your feedback, thank you.

Sounds like you are doing really well....I'm looking forward to getting outside myself....I'm sitting here looking at my icy hill of a driveway and thinking..about how difficult it will be to get the mail today. I'm exercising in the house too....

my coworker who is also on dialysis also says he cannot drink a lot of fluids at all.

I am also eager for Spring to arrive bc i believe it'll be a LOT easier to get in more physical activity on my end too...when it's cold it's really hard to last outside for long - cold makes it so uncomfortable...but this week coming we are lucky with Spring-like weather in store for mid-Winter which is just amazing...i'll make sure to walk outside at lunchtime & get my 20-30 minutes of walking in each day!

Glad that you are feeling good and getting around. Every day is an opportunity to do well for yourself. I hope your "official" weigh-in at the clinic was just as good news as your home scale reported.

Hi everyone, just wanted to check in, things are going well, feeling pretty good, no weight gain. But everyone is asking if I'm still losing weight, not sure what's going on but my clothes are falling off of me not to mention I posted a selfie on FB yesterday and got a ton of responses. Not tripping on my number on the scale but I'm trying to do some walking to exercise, right now I can only walk in my house like my physical therapist had me doing, I hope by spring I can get outside. I hope you all have a great weekend.

I'm impressed. I had to lose 20 pounds before my clothes were falling off of me.

Good walking goal for Spring! I'm a firm believer in physical therapy, so follow the directions - don't try to do too much, too fast :-)

Good morning all, I hope your day is going well. Feeling pretty good, getting my energy back, this weekend I was able to deep clean a couple of rooms and I was not worn out, won't lie, I was tired but not enough to collapse...lol taking things at my pace and staying on track with trying to eat better..will update my weight on Saturday. Hello everyone. It's a rainy day here in Tennessee, much better than snow, went to see my surgeon yesterday, the first thing out of his mouth was, if I saw you on the street I would not have known you. I thanked him again for saving my life, told him about my stomach issues, he checked my meds and pointed to one saying that's why, it was my heart medicine. He said to start miralax 2 times a day until my system adjusted. I was so happy it had nothing to do with my surgery. Well I'm a pound down,and very happy, I'll take it....have a great weekend everyone.

Hello everyone...just wanted to check in, no weight loss still holding at 181. Which is fine, once I see doctor Friday I will know what's going on in my system... otherwise the weather has cleared up, snow and ice are gone....we had almost 70 degree weather yesterday, it was beautiful...today it has been in the 40's...in Tennessee you never know what the weather will be like from day to day. Well since I am trying to eat healthier I have not had my sweets like I use to but last week I bought some salsa and chips...may I say bad choice, I couldn't stop eating them, so needless to say I will not bring anymore in my house...but it was Sooo GOOD!! Lol well guys have a great evening.
