Look what I found while waiting for our food! I find this is very adorable.
Okay, today after A LONG time i feel like going for a shop! (Mind you this is not in my nature. I DISLIKE shopping. Once I saw something that I like I NEED to buy it otherwise I will have sleepless night! That's why I hate it. I tend to buy all!
I think I'll do some swimming today. Gym tomorrow (with my new sneakers. That will motivate me! hohoho). I got up pretty early today and yes! I am still on holiday....

Fourth post of the year (Rather slow)
I been feeling good and still in a very uplifting mode. My food intake however, been going to the other direction!
Still feeling lazy. I still feel like its December! (Is it just me???)
I have not been working out. (As intensively that I want to) Me and BF been did 1 hour of walking and stairts at our fave park yesterday. It is not sometihing that I am proud of since my food intake was actually sky high!
I am not working today and tomorrow (YES! long weekend! It's a public holiday. Will try to collect and motivate myself (Any tips for that?)

Oh yes! Just to share my new found love - Yougurt, Fresh crunchy fruits, topped with Manuka Honey and pumpkin seeds.

Third post of the year!! HAHA!
I am getting excited for next week!! I am going back to gym!! My lovely small friendly gym! Can't wait to get back on Spinning class and ZUMBA! 
Work was okay. My boss was talking about why I am getting sick all the time and this is not right to be taking Medical leave all the time (Erm.. I wonder what she meant by ALL THE TIME??? Yesterday sick leave was my first after 3 months)
Today, food intake was extream. I can manage not having anything but, I don't want to do that. Would be the last thing I would do in the rule of thumb of diet! Haha...
B - 2 Low fat / low cal choc muffin (396cals) - *I realize not a good choice... AGAIN!
L - Blueberrys, Raisin, oats (not sure how much cal in that) ermmm...
S - Plain Yogurt - 149 cals
D - 4pcs Steam Tofu With Minced Pork - 564cals
Was listening to some Motown and took the Train then Bus home today (Too many cars on the road! I rather take public transportation!) it was nice. No headache about driving, I just sit listen to music read my Readers Digest and smile at people. Going to do this often! haha..

Second post of the year!
(somehow feel like this is some sort of an accomplishment)
Been busy during the weekend. We had a long weekend (3 days. Monday was a public holiday and I took a Medical Leave today) Haha.. (evil laugh)
I spend it with energtic, lovely people with fantastic vibe! Was awesome! I went for a 3 days music festival.
I was totally tired with all of my energy has been sucked out of me!
Been eating OK and A LOT of dancing! FANTASTIC I would say!! Haha
The food intake time was VERY bad I skipped Breakfast and dinner on Saturday instead I had supper (Rice and 2 black soy chicken) to replace my Dinner. Mainly I got up late and left for the festival quite early.
Sunday I skipped Breakfast and Lunch! I got up like 3pm! Had dinner (1pc of fried fish, fried chicken, veges + vege soup) and went to sleep again!
Monday I had breakfast (Soy milk + fried noodle) and didn't had Lunch and Dinner. (I had a lot soy milk. I know it's BAD!)
This morning when I got up my body are aching! Not hungry but, having a massive headache. Very bad diet I know. Today I had noodle soup with vege and pork for lunch, been drinking 2 glass of guava juice already for ermm dinner. Ehe..
BTW, another plan for this year is to start up my own farm! My parents have this 4 hecter land back at my hometown. Planning to do some fish pond (to sell off course) I don't think I want to work for others forever. (I am 28 this year and I am planning to do this farming thing as early as possible! Whats your plan BTW? Would love to hear what you guys would like to do. Other than this current job that you are doing) 
BTW, I lost 4kgs (8.8lbs) becasue of the crazy diet (unintentionally of course!)

I think its not too late to say Happy New Year! and I have a good feeling 2013 will be a good year!!
I was away for A LOOONNNGGG time! I am still around. For those who have me on FB knows my progress! LOL.
I have been losing weight (lost about 17.6lbs) But I gain it all back during my holiday in Thailand. Got back home (to Kuala Lumpur) on 14 of Jan (Travelled from 29 December) It was an awesome experince! From the hetic travelling, being conned!, crying on our back home from a bar (after a long night out. Mostly because can't bare to see those homeless people. sleeping in the rain), got sick, had a massive sun burn, gaining weight that I've loss. It is all an experience and I have to say I enjoyed it!
Okay, so I think 2012 tought me a lot! I did good progress and got to know A LOT of things about myself (mainly the reason my I am not active here. finding yourself is no easy task!)
First of all, I cleared 2 debt (5 more to go! LOL and I have signed up for this term loan in which I pay for USD166 (MYR500) a month to clear my up debt in 10 years) Long story to it. Now, I don't have to worry about collectors to come and harrass me! Lol.
Second of all, I found out that I have Psoriasis some wiki info for those that is not aware (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psoariasis)
Third of all, I found out I have PCOS (http://women.webmd.com/tc/polycystic-ovary-syndrome-pcos-symptoms) / (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCOS). Some people are lucky they found out about this earlier. I found out when I was 27! This is the main culprit of my weight issue. Did a thyroid test, Thyroid is fine
Fourth, I am loving my work out! Can't wait to be back to gym on February!
Today, I had tea with skim milk for breakfast
Small bowl of Rice Porridge, Fried fish, Vege, half salted egg and lemon chicken for Lunch
Beef and vegetable and vegetable soup for Dinner
Had 2 Choc chips biscuit for snack (I KNOW not a good choice)

At the gym now on a treadmill walking. While waiting for my RPM class to start. Its rainy day today and for the past 2 weeks I have been doing nothing but unproductive! Sigh... recently I have been eating way off a lot as well. Ha!
Food intake today is not looking that horrible. It could definitely be better. Will update once I'm home.

So I skip gym today!
Went to my our company's open house celebration. MEANS - Food is EVERYWHERE! It's crazy!
b - Yougurt + Low Fat Milk = 260 cals
l - fried noodle with fried chicken = 598 cals
s - Plum = 30 cals
d - Apprx 900 cals. Had lamb, beef, chicken curry, chicken and beef stewed, small portion of dessert cheese cakes, puddings
Total cal intake = Approx 1788 cals
today work is not that bad. I focus on feeling good. I guess it did work in some ways. Lol.. Happy Monday people mine is almost over! Rock your Monday blues away. :D

My weekend is over in 35 min! My long stress free weekend! Being bitter yes. Lol
My Saturday night was quite nice eat about 700 cals. Sleep late watched quite a lot of documentary and watch Blow again. A sad movie I have to say. Sleep around 4am. I burn about 800 cals jogging and weight training at gym.
Today been good. Woke up at 1pm. Hahaha... had tofu and 4 pork balls with some special sauce not sure what it is (we call it chee cheong fun here) looks weird but quite nice for my taste bud at least. Hahaha.. shop for fruits so I end up having a lot! (Grape fruit, apples, bananas, plums, oranges and grapes) yay for me! Woot....
I had fat free yogurt for late afternoon snacks and rice with prawn curry for dinner. Yummy indeed!
I think I am doing good so far hurray!!! Have a lovely Sunday all!! !

Looks like my mission to stay fit on my own hit an obstacle! I been doing great at gym but not very good with my food intake. Hoping posting my food intake would help and I need tips on my diet! *begging* for you guys to help me out 
So this morning I look through my fridge found some left over that I need to clear up. Instead of throwing it to the bin I heat it up and EAT it! yikes!
Beef Rendang is 200 cals! (http://tracker.dailyburn.com/nutrition/beef_rendang_calories)
Deep Fried Chicken Breast is 360 cals
Fried egg is 180 cals (I took 2!)
I can just eat it like that but I decided to eat it with Purple Sticky Rice which cal is 160!
My breakfast cal intake is already 900 cals! Mercy! That IS bad!
Sigh... Tomorrow I am going to burn it with 2 cardio class and a jog at the park. It will be crazy for me tomorrow. Here is my latest pic. Scroll down and you can see the slight transformation.

I hit about 3000 cals last night! Very bad indeed! Its a public holiday, nice weather, I had enough sleep (probably more). Feels almost perfect really. I know the cal intake is crazy. Went for Karaoke yesterday it was AWESOME! Ha! Screaming my heads out!
Listening to Tank - Next Breath (SOS too much of hotness!!) Lol.
I going gym in a while. Going to carry some weight and in the evening going for a jog. (Hoping all the hot rich guys decide to go out and jog today! yay!!!) hahaha... The park is near to this posh neighbourhood. Haha
Breakfast was a bit over the today I guess 545 cals. Going shopping for fruits after gym and that will be my lunch.

i do mini goals.. i just started doing a small prize every 5 pounds.. been keeping me motivated pretty good... i really have a ton of pounds to go lol... have fun swimming! :)

LOL that is one long heck of a name for the cute little bugger ;) Yayy for new workout shoes! I need some as well..RYC I guess since I love Asylum programs it make it alot easier to get up and at it 6 days a week..Hope your day was fabulous :)

lol...my dinner was SCARY. i had coconut water, diet sunkist can of soda, a small beef jerky, and a brownie chocolate flavored protein bar. all bought while driving home :-) sadly, i liked it all! or wouldn't have bought it! usually, i count on my lunch to be the healthiest meal of the day..
