Hi everyone,,

Today i visit my mom..

I am so happy because she like the blouse (gift from me):-):-):-):-)

I will visit my relatives and they want me make my choclat cake that they like ,, and there is a dinner ,,,,, but i will eat salad and drink alot of water before go there ..

B,,, sheep's liver sandwish,, do you know it? With orange jucie ..

B.. cheese sandwish and low fat milk with brown suger.. Snack, apple and biscuit..

L.. rice and meat :") ,, it is so delicous call mandy,, but i put one cup of rice in my saucer and small piece meat,, and green salad

Hi everyone:-)

My brother will marry after one week,, i wished to be skinny ,, but it is ok ..

B.. turkey sandwish , brown bread.. and tea with free calories suger.

Lunch,, grilled chicken with brown bread, and half cup cola,

!,,,,,

I wached on t.v programme saied,, any one has apple body ,the best diet is closing mouth and focus on eating more than exercises but of course exercises is important,, And people with bodies like pear ,the best way to lose wieght is by exercises..

just keep at it. you can't get thin in a week, but you get thinner in one week, than a month & so on. and before you know it, your body will change! you won't even believe it, because it'll take time, but when all is said & done, you will be happy you started this journey! trust me, I know!

L....a little mount of chicken ,vegetable and alot of green salad...

D... one orange..

I drank hot chocolate:d And green tea ...

I walked for half hour on the beach .... it was veryyyyyyyyy hot .. i did not like the weather...

  Hi everyone ,,

 

today we maked like a party and dinner for  our relatives..

it was very intersting but I sad because  my grandmother  at the hospital and has brain hemorrhage..

 

B : فول  مع تميس ( fool and tmees it is ou traditional breakfast   . tmees is a bread ..  I ate a small amount  .. this is  apicture for them...

I passed a period of depression because of some things, but now everything is okay :")

 I see myself gained some weigh  

but I will do my best en shaa Allah

 Hi everyone ...

 

I miss you all...

I went to the saloon yesterday and i changed  my look :)

today I am fasting ( we dont eat or drink anything from sunrise to  sunset)

 my mather  is cooking  (mosagaa) مصقه ، I like this dish but it is not healthy because we  frying  the aubergine ,Potatos.... الخ

I  just  will eat  a small amount with white rise and green salad :)

walk for half houre and make exercise :)
