Hi everyone

Today I waked up with discomfort in my stomach , nausia and vomiting ..and vomiting relive this bad feeling so I did not eat any thing until 12 p.m at afternoon.. I WAS SO HINGERY..i bought a chicken sandwish with tomato and cheese..I think it has a high calor maybe 600 cal but no problem as I am hungry .

I finish my school early at 12 p.m . So I went to my college and eat there in a natural place ...

At home I slept 2 hours from 3 p.m to 5 p.m and I ate sandwish wih thyme+ coffee.

No viggies or friuts loool ..

So total cal is 900 good .. I went to gym at morning form 7 to 8 a.m

Hii everyone

Today was a nice day for me .. I DID NOT HAD AN excited day like this since weeks ..

So at 6 a.m , I taked a shower and I went to a course .. breakfast with lunch was many small sandwishs with coffee ..

Then ar 1 p.m I finshed course and my mom call me to go to a center for massage and scrbing the body so I went to center and I truly enjoyed bc the weather is cloudy and nice ..

After that we want to the sea to wach the sun set there .. we ate a chiken burger ymmee , I drank 2 cups of dark tea ..

Then I got back my home at 7 p.m and I felt I want some sweaty thing and I ate a biscute with chocolate ..

My total calories is 1600 nealy .. I will go yo gum tommorow as uaual ... I FEEL THAT I HAVE TO STUDY MORE AND MORE NOT TO REALXING ALOT.

I HOPE THE BEST FOR U GUYS

Hi everyone

I hope everyone is doing well with his or her diet .. I am so busy .. I cant write everyday... so I decide to write once per week.. I started eating and going to gyem since a week a go .. and I was spending 1 hour per day in gym .. but today I see my weight and it did not decrase !!! I KNOW THIS IS BECAUSE MY BODY RESISTE THE CHANGING .. my breakfast was always fruit one banana and 1 orange . Lunch as my family eat but with healthy average amount and no dinner or drink coffee because I study at night ...

Hmmm ...

I am fine right now and I start read books and trying new things ...

I am leader for a reasach group and I was truly happy because everyone of them tells me that I am A good leader , their words make me happy truly ..

I love this resarch because it was the way to meet my Aquarius man.. truly sun signs are truly especially about relarionships ..and ofcoure there will be exception ..

You sound so HAPPY! I am happy you are doing things you enjoy like the research. I am so happy for you!

Sometimes it takes a little bit to lose weight. Make sure to eat PROTEIN! If you eat only fruit in the AM, you may get too hungry too fast and want to eat again right away...??? Does this happen to you?

And make sure to eat your veggies Duaa! :)

I am so happy for you. You sound very smart (intelligent) and I am really, really pleased to read your post today !! Happy Holidays...? is there any holidays that you celebrate now? or not?

Hi my dear .. he is the same man that I told u about him last time , we know each other from this research and we are happy togather and I can feel his love for me strongly ..and he keep telling me u are my wife.. he is a crazy doctor like joking and doing crazy things but I feel he loves his work and it is number one for him even me .. haha .. no I dont feel hungry at morning becuase I am busy in university and sometimes I forget to eat it .. yyyes vegggies my truly problems.. I am trying to eat it everyday... I hope to lose weight soon ... Yes we have friday and saturday .it is a weeked for me =)

Do not become discouraged when the numbers on the scale do not change. Your healthy habits are still good for your body. Sometimes, your body can change even though the numbers do not change.

Keep up the good work! And enjoy life -- it sounds like you are having a very interesting and exciting time!

Hello everyone

I will just write summary about my day.

So I think I gain some wt >_< Anyway today I started my journey in wt lose again

My breakfast was 2 boiled eggs 120

Snack + lunch was choclate 400 cal

Dinner was popcourn in low fat milk + one banana. 320

I drank a cup of green tea.

So total cal was 920 cal good

I went to gym at 7 a.m for one hour ..

Good cals i see no veggies? were you not in the mood? sometimes i am not in the mood for veggies either!

Overall, very nice calories. try not to eat too little!

Green tea is good for you & nice job at the gym :)

I was in my unversity at time of lumch and breakfast.. but I bought some vegg and friut today at evening .. I didn eat alot because I ate choclate

Hiiii everyone

I miss all of u .. truly

I was so busy last months , lazy haha And I stop my planing for wt lose So I get back again , bacause I become more inspired to follow a healthy life style.

My birth day was before 2 days and I become 26 years old (i am sagittarius woman) lol.. I was planing to have a nice body at my birthday .. but now i plan to be thin in arabic date of my birthday which will be after exacly 7 wks I hope

I AM FINE ..thank god .

So most of u know that i broked up with my fiance(Pisces man) and i was really shocked because I love him truly love and every cell in my body loved him.

Then I planned with myself to just focus on my studying ..not thinking about love or married !

Until god bring me a man (Aquarius) man..we working togather in a research and used to feel that he liked me but he know that i was engaged ..but when he knew about what happen to me. He tells me that he love me and love my personality.but I refuse him becuase I dont love him .. he is just a friend then after months I loved him and I can feel his truly love for me . He is a doctor and truly kind .. I hope to love him as much he love me..

Thank you for coming back! I am SO GLAD you are ok. so glad to hear that. It is so hard with letting go and changes in relationships. I know from some changes between myself and a good female best friend. We aren't friends anymore but many things still remind me of her.

Hii everyone

I can see how my appetite get decrease .. Which is good .. and I force myself to eat to keep having energy and focusing well.

So breakfast was 7 dates 140 cal

Then lunch was half liver sandwish . It was woow made in indian resturant..I love their spices and they change my opinion about better liver cooker .. my mom and indian way of liver cook is better than yemeni guy ..150

Snack was kind of fried ships (Indonesian snack)150

Dinner was chicken sandwish 200 cal

Total cal are nealry 850 cal good

I decide to make exercises at weekend ..

eating and lifestyle = mind over matter! (meaning, brainpower...use your mind to make right decisions)...it can be hard sometimes!

happy that you are doing so well!

Good decision to exercise...you make me want to make the effort to do better also.

I have had rare periods of appetite being gone. When that happens it's good to eat very healthy foods and make yourself do it. You did good today if you weren't very hungry - good food choices! I love liver (as you say - cooked the right way) Lots of iron for energy.

Hi everyone

Today was really a busy day..

Today is the first day in studying so I waked up on 6 a.m and I just slept 3 hours ooh ..

So today I think I am going to sleep early at 11 p.m

And today I did not eat well , no appetite to food at all ..

I drank one water bottle at morning.

Then at 5 p.m was the only meal chiken with rice + spoon of yoghurt .

I drank 2 glasses of water.

So total cal is 400cal

I walked alot today ..

Tommorrow I will take fruits with me to school as snacks becuase I know I am not eating fruts and vegg enough.

Dinner was meat and rice ( an Indian food) 500 cal

So total is 1200 good

Hi everyone I hope everyone is working hard for lose weight .

I back again finally ... I had an intersted days in resort near the beach and I swam in sea and Had fun times with family.. And I think I gain little weight lol

It is ok .. I will keep losing weight

I put next 3 december to be a time when I should be 132 or less .. 3 december is my birth day .. and I want to has anormal bueaty body at that time ..

School will start soon finally ..after 2 days lol

My breakfast was thyme with olive oil .. half bread 200 cal

That is for right now

Lunch was tuna sandawish 500 cal

Dinner was chicken with tomato and bread 400 cal

Snack choclate 200 cal

So total is 1400 cal good

Like you, i was enjoying life the past few weekends and the weight is catching up (also maybe because it's the time of the month? and i'm bloated?)....

so glad to hear you had a nice vacation...it's a great change of pace to have a change of scenery / environment...change of plans & fun! exciting !
