Hi everyone:)

 

today and next days I am going to  be very busy  ...oooh god help me :")

 

 B: egg sandawish  with apple juice..

D : Kornflex with milk..

 

I drank a cupe of green tea.. and i went to supermarke walking for  hour ,I  am very happy that I see myself   can resist  sweets and choclates  easly  especially cheese cake ، I just dont  want to regret later..

Good going with resisting temptations :) Just a thought/question/comment.. Do you only eat twice a day? If so you should def eat more since it takes fuel(food) to burn more calories..I know everyone has their own method of shedding lbs but make sure you are not going too low with your caloric intake..I hope i didn't come off as a know it all but I can say that I know about nutrition and starving yourself won't get you there <3

The problem is I can't eat just one chocolate. So I normally don't have any in the house. Doing enough exercise - 8 hours a week! Can't manage any more.

 in the evening I went shopping ..

walked for half hour..

 

 D: rice +salad + ايدام بامية )Edam okra(

Hi everyone,,,,

 

 

yesterday ,, we went to the beach and  we enjoyed  there oooooooh the sunset and the wether so niiiiiiiiice..

 

B.. 3 pieces of )Grape Leaves) I do not know if this is the correct name  we named it ورق عنب )warak enab)

warak =ورق=paper

enab =عنب=Grape

 

 and I drank acup of moka from Starbucks.

hhhhaa and then we met my sister their and Unfortunately she bought  Pizza  but I just ate 2 pieces ....

 

 

ammmmm...

i read experience to  awomen in arabic  diet group ..

she saied her rumen is  gone by asimple way  during one month..

1- Stand and lift your arms up pulling your stomach churn inside.

2-Before getting out of bed tighten your stomach inside strongly, and counting to five and repeated..

I don't like being cold, but your temps are just way too hot!! I'm going to be in Uganda for a month and the temps will be a low at night of about 15 to a high of 30 during the day. Low humidity. So nice.

today I was very busy  in my university so I didnt eat anything and I forgot my mony in home ..

sooooo I eat cheese sandawish  and rice when I got back home ..  but I Ate small amounts..

 

I will drink acup of green tea  and some fruite :)

Hi everyone....

 

today my brother visited  us and we went to the beach  and I walked  there for ahalf hour  ...the weather and the sunset wad very nice ..

 

B... I ate (نواشف) nawashif... it mean eggs ,cheese,Olives ,Thyme and   other thing but I just ate  egg with  little cheese and drank acup of tea  with milk..

 

D.. in the lebanon restaurant and we ate Barbecue.. with lebanon salad .. it name (tabola)تبوله 

their  salad are rich in Parsley and few tomato and put olives oil and lemon juice and Salt  ،  so it is very healthy :)

 

 

now I will drink acup of green tea ..

I love Tabola!! I usually get it pre made at the grocery store but I have a friend from Lebanon that makes it for me sometimes and wow is it tasty :) Hope you have a nice weekend!

I would  tell you this method  for lossing weight   in my culture  and  I dont know If you knoe it  :)

 

we have adiet named (lokimat) لقيمات..

it is mean that you eat  just  7 or  10 bites in every meal ..

I know many people losse their weight by this kind of  diet

Hey Duaa :) So to answer your question, counting calories is an account of everything you eat during the day and try not to go over their allotted caloric intake(this varies for everyone, depending on height, weight, age, activity level and how much weight they want to lose or maintain current weight) Where do you live if you don't mind me asking..Just curious :) Anyhoo I hope you had a good day!
