Hi everyone

Today was really a busy day..

Today is the first day in studying so I waked up on 6 a.m and I just slept 3 hours ooh ..

So today I think I am going to sleep early at 11 p.m

And today I did not eat well , no appetite to food at all ..

I drank one water bottle at morning.

Then at 5 p.m was the only meal chiken with rice + spoon of yoghurt .

I drank 2 glasses of water.

So total cal is 400cal

I walked alot today ..

Tommorrow I will take fruits with me to school as snacks becuase I know I am not eating fruts and vegg enough.

I hope everyone has a nice day

Hi everyone

Today I waked up at 11 a.m

Breakfast was thyme + mosh + bread+ tea 200 cal

Snack were not healthy at all .. 2 kinds of dessert 500 cal

Dinner was meat and rice ( an Indian food) 500 cal

So total is 1200 good

Hope everyone has a good day..

Hi everyone I hope everyone is working hard for lose weight .

I back again finally ... I had an intersted days in resort near the beach and I swam in sea and Had fun times with family.. And I think I gain little weight lol

It is ok .. I will keep losing weight

I put next 3 december to be a time when I should be 132 or less .. 3 december is my birth day .. and I want to has anormal bueaty body at that time ..

School will start soon finally ..after 2 days lol

My breakfast was thyme with olive oil .. half bread 200 cal

That is for right now

Lunch was tuna sandawish 500 cal

Dinner was chicken with tomato and bread 400 cal

Snack choclate 200 cal

So total is 1400 cal good

I hope everyone has good day

Like you, i was enjoying life the past few weekends and the weight is catching up (also maybe because it's the time of the month? and i'm bloated?)....

so glad to hear you had a nice vacation...it's a great change of pace to have a change of scenery / environment...change of plans & fun! exciting !

Hi everyon Yesterday was an intersted day..

I went to a bueaty center with my sister for massage then we went to the Aquarium then we set on the beach and watched sunset ..

So breakfast was liver sandwish + apple juice 350

Then while we was in aquarium I had snack on chocolate 300cal

Then I had dinner infront of the sea chicken burger with fresh frise 700 cal

Snack on fresh fruit + vegtables juice 80 cal

So total cal is 1500 good for me as I spent most of my day outside .. lol

No exercises but we walked alot .

Tomorrow we will go to resort for 2 days and I am exited to go there and I am planing on making a party to my youngest sister as she graduated from high school ..I will see what will happend

Aand i hope everyone has a nice day

I used to like liver. A lot. I don't know what kind of nutrients are in it, but I suddenly realize I want a liver sandwich. Have a Healthy Day, Duaa.

I like it too ,it is a good source of iron and vitamin b 12 as I know.. but it is rich in fat and cholesterol so we should eat it in average amount and for me I eat it twice per month ..

Liver I can't stand it. I even have a hard time with the smell of it cooking. I know it is good for us but just can't bring myself to eat it. Hope you enjoy your day with your sister at the resort tomorrow.

you are right. exercise is only part of the solution to weight loss. The real key is eating less calories. it's 80% what eat, 20% exercise. If we overeat and exercise, nothing happens. but if we eat less, we lose.

Helloo everyone

Today I woke up on 1 p.m

My breakfast was mosh( cheese + yogurt) +Thyme with oive oil + bread + olive 400 cal

Snack was on 6 or more cups of Arabic coffee ( it has no calories at all) + chocolate 250 cal

Dinner.. I did chicken sandwich woow it was tasty ,simple and my mom like it . ( it is made by cooked cut onion + chicken+Bell pepper then put salt and black pepper and one spoon for each( ketchup+ mayonnaise + mustard) 500 cal

Then snack on 3 dates with cup of arabic coffee 60 cal

So total cal is 1200 good

I did not do any exercises today ..

I spent my day with my mom and sisters , I learned how to do Bdkir from youtube and today I do it for the first time to me and for to 2 sisters ,it is easy and I am happy with that because it will save money .

I am trying to focus on myself and stay postive ..

Hiiiii everyone

Today I woke up on 1 p.m

My lunch was one boiled egg,one spoon of mosh(cheese+yoghourt)+ 1 Cucumber+ 1 tomato + bread +fresh fruit juice 500 cal

Today my big sister went for Interview in a new jop .. and I am thankful to god because they accept her in this jop and the salary is much better than her previous jop but with longer hours work + one day off per week !! oh I am so happy for her becuase yeaaa she is a good sister and she always give me money when I need as I am student and I dont get enough money from my university and from my father.

I walked to a shope to replace my clothes . And I set outside one and halp hours looking to sunset on the sky.

Then while I was getting back my home on 7:30 p.m , I bought an indian spicy chiken with tomato 500 cal

Snack was kind of dates 100

So total cal for today is 1100 good

Walking for one hour .. I SEE MY FACE BECOME SMALLER .. this mean losing weight faster and it happen when I sleep hungry.

I drank green tea with lemon juice .

Food very healthy - nice job eating more veggies. They are good for filling you up at mealtime...you can snack between meals on cheese or milk or yogurt if you are hungry...but veggies are the best AT MEALS! good Duaa...

green tea and lemon is GREAT for weightloss and good in morning. Happy for you. Stay healthy!

Today I woke up on 1 p.m

I am trying to sleep early to wake up early ..but I wake up on 11 a.m then go to sleep again haha .. it is vacation now.

Breakfast was one boiled egg + 1 tomato + 1 Cucumber. 130 cal

Lunch was cooked rice with cabbage. 450 cal

Dinner was rice with chiken + green salad 400 cal

I drank a cup of hot coffee. 100 cal 2 cups of arabic cofffee.

I walked fast for 45 minutes ..

So total cal is 1100 cal goood

......

Today was a a day of cleaning my Cupboard clothes and washing my cloths.

Hii everyone

Thank u so much for supporting me..I appreciate that ..

Today I am fine and I have good feels and I am Marveled from who is i am today because yesterday I was another person .I was sad then I stayed alone in a room writing my feels and cry and cry and pray to god to help me ..then I deleted his number forever..

Then my best friend called me and I felt better and happy when she told me that she got engaged ..

And I saw a nice dream yeaterday and I felt good when I wake up today .. oooh thank god

So I am fine and I went for shopping with my sister and I bought 2 shoes , 2 hejabs ,creams and other things ..

Ok for my diet .. I decide to start hard working and today was good ..

Lunch was 2 eggs ,white bread ,and other dish+ 2 cups of tea with milk .. 600 cal

And thank u horn of plenty to for remmberd me about drinking water !

Dinner was cereal with milk+ glass of milk 300 cal

I need to add some vegtabels to my meals !!!!

total cal is 900 gooood Walking for 40 minute ..

Hi everyone

Today I woke up lately on 2 p.m I think I slept long time to forget my pain.

Anyway .. I am trying to keep myself busy ..

My mom was fast and I cooked meat with spicy and cooked liver of a sheep .

My breakfast was choclate milk 80 cal

Lunch was what i cooked 500 cal

Dinner was the rest of the lunch 400 cal

I ate choclate with 5 cups of arabic coffee. 360

So total is 1400 good

I drank 3 glass of green tea .....

Tommorw I may go to s bueaty center for massage .. this will help me .

I am trying to keep my weight constant as much I can until I can mentally start doing exercise everyday to weight ..

Studying will start after 20 days And I am palning to lose 7 pounds ..

Hi everyone

Today I knew that the man who I truly loved him from my heart engaged a girl and his mom choose this girl for him

I really shocked and I chat with him if he want that and he told me that heis now dont has any feeling and I understand that he is so sad ,giving up and he became nevative and depressed ,I really never see someone like his mother in my life and i dont know why she dont respect our relationship and didnt accept me because my weight and my colour ..ooh my god

He is just setting watching my last apperance on whatssapp !!!

I know he feels badly And I am too I could not recover from this at all ..

I just want studying to start so it can help me forgeting him ..

It's too bad that a grown man listened to his mom - maybe that is enough to realize he's not good enough for you?? He should know better than to listen to his mom about your weight / color.
