Hii everyone

So I got back to my city where I live with my sisters and my mom..

Aaand of course there are changes in my daily activitis ..

So today I woke up on 1 p.m Breakfast was cereal with milk 200 cal

Snack was chocolate milk 60 cal

No lunch

On 5 p.m I went with my sisters to visit my cousin.. we had dinner there rice with chiken ,yogurt 600 cal

We watched 2 movies ,talking and I had really intersted time

Then I ate 2 piece of cake lol 500 cal

So total calorie is 1360 umm ok!!@@"

One cupe of green tea

Now as I saied I should put plan for working out and walking because here we go out alot and I need to find time to make them lol

I think I should wake up early to do exercises wand walking ..

Tomorrow ,I may go for a beauty center for massage and body scrubing then go to visit my mom's friend and have dinner . ...

I hope everyone is fine and working hard for weighting lose..

I am working SO HARD for my weight to be low and it's working....so happy with my weightloss progress this summer. SO HAPPY

Last time i weighed my weight this long was TEN YEARS AGO! i did it!

Today I saw my new weight and I losed 5 pound and became 150 pound yeaaah , I will keep losing weight slowly

Hiii everyone

Today is a relax day and i spent most of times with family watching movies and talking and having fun

So my lunch was cooked Jews mallow + cooked white rice + brown bread + green salad 500cal

Snack was choclates Biscuits 400 cal

Dinner was cooked potatoes with brown bread .. 300 cal

I drank 3 cups of green tea

So total cal is 1200 calories good

I did not do any exercises today .. as i said i wanted this day to be for relaxing only

After tomorrow I will get back to my home in my city called Jeddah annd I will see my mother finally =") I really miss her so much and I became cry everyday in the previous 4 days.

aaand when I get back, I will see my new weight..I hope that I lose at least 5 or6 pounds ..

Hi├Či everyone

Today I woke up on 11 a.m So mu lunch was cooked vegtables + egg+ brown bread 500 cal

Snack was piece of cake + green tea 100 cal

I had dinner in indian Resturant with stepparent and my sisters and sister in law and it was woooow we order many dishes to assess the most delicious one so it was many kinds of spicy cooked chicken with tomatoes eaten by their bread . Also Biryani rice. Aaand for me ,I just took 2 spoons from each dish 500 cal

Soo total calories is 1100 gooood

I walked fast for 50 minutes and work out for 20 minutes

Hope everyone has a good day

So lunch was fried cauliflower with brown bread, vegetables soup, one pear 600 cal

Snack was cake 200 cal

I drank cup of green tea

Dinner was cooked egg with tomatoe and onion + brown bread + one piece of fried cauliflower 400cal

So total calories for today is 1200 cal good

I walked fast for 20 minutes and exercising for 20 minutes

Hope everyone had a gread day

Hi everyone.

Today I woke up lately on 2 p.m

So I had lunch, it was biryani rice with chicken(an Indian food) + low fat yogurt 500 cal

Snack was cake 200 cal

Cold coffee in small cup 50

At 9 p.m my father brought konafa which is unhealthy dessert I ate 2 spoons from + little amounts of peanut butter with brown rice 300 cal

Dinner was a cup of fresh fruit and Spanish juice without sugar 150

So total calories is 1200 good calories but not healthy food with those dessert..

Walked fast for 50 minutes and exercising for 20 minutes.

And I want to thank all of u for supporting me I hope everyone reach his or her goal weight and have a good health

good calories...try for more protein / veggies and less sugar so that you don't get hungry as much. when i eat fruit / sugar, i get hungry right after...

excellent exercise and overall healthy things. you did good! wow you woke up very late - sometimes it's really nice to sleep in! (sleep in = sleep late).

Good calories and good exercise! Keep going Duaa! You are inspiring me to get back into drinking tea. I used to drink it regularly and now somehow I've gotten away from it. This week I want to work it back into my days. I enjoy all kinds of tea.

So my lunch was fried chicken with white bread.. It is unhealthy delicious food. 600cal

Snack was piece of cake 250 cal and amouny of pistachio 50

I drank 2 cups of green tea

Dinner was fruits :2 pears and some of grap and cherries 150 cal

So total is 1050 calories. Good

I walked fast for 50 minutes and exercising for 20 minutes

I am happy because walking and exercising become habits for me and I don't force myself to do it.

Hi everyone

Today was a relax day for me.. I waked up lately as usual on 2 p.m

My breakfast +lunch was peanut with honey eaten by brown bread. And 5 spoons rice 400 cal

Snack was one piece of pastry 60 cal

Dinner was beef burger.400 cal

So total cal for today is 860 not healthy

I am not happy with my meals today no vegetables, fruits and also low total calorie

I walked fast for 50 minutes and exercising for 20 minutes

I really worked hard on this week so total calorie almost 1000, walking and exercising every day on this week, and i really see obvious change on my face, arm and stomach and all people around me told me that i lose weight fast, I am happy and i hope to keep doing this hard workimg..

I hope all of u had a healthy day

Yes, you are doing great. thanks for the tip to continue drinking Green Tea. I do want to start having it more often again!

You did great today. Even if you did eat some more veggies, your calories would still be so low. veggies are great because even if you have a lot of them, your calories stay low.
