Hi everyone

Today i walked up lately as usual and my first meal is lunch and was cooked meat with potatoes, aubergine eaten by brown bread. Greeen salad, onions.. 350

Snack was cold coffee, 3 pieces of small size pizza. 250

2 cups of green tea.

Then on afternoon, I went to visit my uncle who did surgery. And there I drunk arabix coffee, and types of sweets and had dinner there. 600

Total cal 1300 or 1200 cal. Ok

Walked fast for 50 minutes and exercising for 20 minutes, hope all of you have a great day

Progress as of today: 43 lbs lost so far, only 17 lbs to go!

Because you've been writing you are drinking Green Tea...i had some this morning! I always keep it at work & finally I was in the mood. (i used to drink it too much, so i got sick of it...finally i wanted it today!!!)

Snack was piece of healthy cake 200

Dinner was cooked bean with tuna 400

I drank also 2 cups of green tea

So total cal is 1000 good

Walked fast for 50 minutes and exercising for 20 minutes

Okra is SO HEALTHY. i love it so much also. Very healthy lunch. lots of fiber.

Why is cake healthy? low sugar? i also like sweets that are low calorie treats. I usually have them before I go work out at the gym.

Dinner also VERY healthy along with the green tea.

I would say your menu is quite perfect.

Really spectacular day. With exercise :)

Wonderful. Good protein at dinner & filling with the beans. excellent.

Walked up lately as usalll on 2 pm.

My lunch was beshamel with meat and pasta + green salad 350 cal

Snack pieces of chocolate biscuit.. 350

Dinner was peanut with honey eaten with brown bread but in small amount, 300 cal

No tea or coffee today, good

Walked fast for 50 minutes and exercising for 20 minutes Hope all of u had a healthy day

Sounds like a good day with pretty balanced food choices & excellent exercise. Good you had a salad. You can always have as many veggies as you want. Also - good choice on the brown bread instead of white.

Hii everyone.

Today I waked up lately as usual and i ate lunch wich is meat with sudanese spices eaten with brown bread, onions 400 cal.

Then the dinner was on 7 p.m the same food. 400 cal

Snack was piece of cake 200

I drank also coffee with full fat milk.60cal

So total calorie 1200 good

I walk fast for 50 minutes and exercising for 20 minutes..

Actually, I am doing other thing everyday, I put jinger sqweezer on both my arms and then shrouded with nylon. This way makes my arm smaller with exercising with dampels and today my sister noticed my arms and I saw it start to building muscles yeee ;)

ohhh nice...that you drank the coffee...you said it perfectly <3 (not drunk!) although i feel like i'm drunk right now - tired....so i feel like i have a "heavy head" but it's ok...it's keeping me in a relaxed state. Staying on the couch and relaxing for the rest of the morning till i go to work late at 1pm.

I am happy you see muscles in your arms....i was looking down at my arms as i was sitting on the ferry (a bit boat) yesterday with my friend Christine, and noticed my arms were not just bigger, but had muscle and that they looked awesome.

Be proud of the work you put into your body - the work you do to stay lean. <3

I am happy becauae I have insistence to losing weight and I start again and doing well

My breakfast was cheese sandwich with tea and i used sugar with no calories.

Hmmm then my lunh and dinner was so nice with different dishes ymmmmmmee cooked jews mallow with spices , okra with tomatoe, and other indian dishes composed of chicken,with potato with spices. All I ate in good amount with brown bread and green salad..

So my dinner or lunch was late at 6 pm

No Snacks.. Although my father went to supermarket and bought some kinds of. Chocolates. >_< and I was tried to stay away from

Total cal.. Is nearly 1000 excellent

I walked fast for one hour and exercising for 20 minutes..

you mean sugar substitute? the one with no calories? good for you. that's what i use, also.

I love Indian. Love the okra and saag. I ordered from another place the other day - not that good. They didn't use enough spices. So if i order again, i'll pay a few more dollars for the GOOD tasting place!

1000 cal is fantastic. Stay away from the chocolate, try to eat other food instead...

i always try to eat something else instead of the higher calorie food. Try to find "substitutes" to eat instead of the higher cal stuff.

I waked up lately on 1 pm and I did rice with chicken ( indian food call cabli) 400 cal

Fresh lemonsl juice 30

Unhealy biscuit 300

3 medium size cups of green tea

Dinner was spinach with tomato And spices eaten by brown bread 200 cal or 300

Hmm only that So the total cal..1000 lol

Also I walked fast for one hour, exercise for 20 minutes.

Lunch.. Rice with meat. 400 Snack.. cake 300 Dinner.. Barbecue but Don't eat much 200

Caramel chocolate 350

Juice 50

Total cal. Is 1400

I hope to start working hard. becauae I didn't lose or gain weight in this week..

Hi hello everyone.. Hope all of u had a nice day..

Yesterday i slept deeply.. And i wake up and my cousin invite me and my sisters to her home to watch movie and have fun.. But before i go i see my mom come to home as surprise to us haha and she said I am fasting aaaand order me to cook masal which is an Indian food with their bread call shabati..

Fortunately, my cousin call me at that moment that she is busy in something and she can't host us today and ask me to come tomorrow.. Ooh my mom is so lucky..

So I cook it for the first time, it is composed of chicken with spices, ginger,tomato and yogurt. Very nice i learned it from YouTube video from jamy oliver channel, he is British famous cooker..

And I did laso shabati which is indian bread

So during morning i didn't eat any things only piece of chocolate 50 cal

Snack was chips i was ate it during cooking food lol 200 cal

Hmm 3 dates. 60 cal

Masala with chabati bread. 400 cal


Then i drank big cup of full fat coffee Because low is finished

Hmm 3 cups of arabic coffee., i drank many cups because the cup is small size

So total cal for today 900. Good

i want to say that i feel lazy to do exercises, i don't know why >_<

I watched YouTube videos about losing weight and see people changing to inspirate myself..

Hi everyone..

Today i wasnt on diet haha

At morning, my sister bought from a famous restaurant sandwiches call tamia, it is Egyptian sandwich.. 400 cal

Then we invited my uncle for lunch we ate the most delicious rice with chicken called kabli, it is an Indian dish. With yogurt salad.. 500 cal

Then i drank 5 cups of arabic coffee with 2 pieces of chocolates.. 100 cal

One date. A cup of Cold coffee with low fat milk.

Small piece of cake 130 cal

Total of my cal is 1310 @_@ and i know if i exceed 1000 i will not lose anything in that day

Then 2 big cup of green tea with lemon

I didn't do any exercises unfortunately..

I think i may not lose some grams today as usual but at least not gaining weight

Yes...agreed...in general Indian rice is always AMAZING...by me also...it's just better than the rest...like Chinese / Thai....Indian is the winner - it's always so soft, tasty, spiced, fresh.

wow...that's a lot of coffee! i like caffeine too and i'm gonna get more soon...from an energy drink...or i'll save it for later...yeah....gonna push myself to only have the caffeine later after work....since i already had a cup now and need to watch it or my skin will get worse...

small piece of cake sounds ok- nice low calories

you can definitely eat over 1300 and still be ok...honestly - you can probably eat easily up to 1800 and maintain a good weight...you do not have to go as low as 1000....

Exercise doesn't need to be done EVERYDAY....do it as you can...i do it mostly 3 days per week....

Maintaining is a VERY important part of the weightloss process because we need to maintain also - so we know how to maintain the lower weight...or it just comes back.

the more you can maintain, for the longer period of time you keep it up, the better off you will be for the long run.

U right about exercises because it become like homework.. I have problem with maintenance, u know if i was in that, i was a thin girl from years but i have problem with eating too much with stressful or emotional feelings.. I am trying to help myself in this point.. Last time when i brok up with the man who i truly love, i gain 4 to 5 pound it 2 week only.. This is bad habit and hard to fight it but i started to improve littler
