Hi everyone I miss you all.. I come back again hoping to continue lossing weight with u guys.

My weight now 158 pound.. I got some trouble last two weeks.. My fiance broke up our relationship simply.. Because his mother's didn't accept me for unbelievable causes as i am overweight, not white skin, and he thinks he is doing right by lessening to his mom and god will bless him! And so it was so hard to me.

I am trying to help myself.. And I want to keep losing weight..

Today I am fasting.

And.. Good luck...

Hiiii everyone ... Hope everyone has a nice day...

So today I may exceed ideal calories as I always eat 1200 calories or less .. today maybe 1400 or 1500..

I went to my exam early morning and there was no time to have breakfast , so after exam I had lunch with my friend rice with fish. ..

Then, we drunk ice moca ymmmmy..

My mom was fasting today and she did syrup and I did Lebanon green salad ... I acutely happy because I used to eat less salt and today all my sisters see the salt of the salad is not enough ! But , me and mom see it is good


Then I drunk Arabic coffee with dark free sugar chocolate.

And finally , black tea ...

My friends will have lunch tomorrow in a Turkish restaurant but I apologized to go with them . They like going to expensive restaurants and I want to save my money ...also I want to eat healthy again to lose weight!!!

I will try to do best tomorrow. .

His everyone. .

Today the weather was cloudy and very buteaful, It was raining also for 2 minutes haha and we was so happy for this 2 minutes , I have never see snow covered streets , houses on hole my live and I hope to see that in the future.

So I eat well today.. My breakfast was one boiled egg , toast, vegetables.

Snacks was 2 dates , and 2 oranges.

My mom was fasting today and we have lunch or dinner on the beach =) Spicy meat with tomato , syrup, Lebanon green salad call tabula, hot green salad , dates with cheese ... Then we drunk Arabic coffee , tea , some biscuits.

I like the weather and I enjoyed at the beach ..

I ate modert amount and Now I have a cup of green tea..

HI everyone. .

Breakfast was one boiled egg with water. Lunch was rice and chicken with green salad also , barbecue.

Then I drunk turkey coffee with my sister..

Dinner was one cup of hot milk..

Today I am tired and I think I will sleep early.. Hope everyone has a nice day

Keep up the good work. Sometimes it's ok to have a very low calorie day. Try not to eat too much the day after...coffee sometimes helps me. Better, nice to see the vegetables :) Have a good sleep!

Hiiiii everyone..

Today I walked up lately as usual on 8 a.m

Breakfast was on 9 .. korflkex..


Then after 2 hours my mom call me that she want to has breakfast with me , so I accept of course.

So she came and we Arabic coffee and I ate 2 pieces of dark chocolate


Then , on 2 p.m , I ate the lunch which is late breakfast for my mom..

I forget to take pictures. . But it was shakshoka which is eggs with onion, tomato another dish is dates with cheese also tahini with dark onion .. Cup of tea...

HI everyone. . Today I was studying most of the time , and I was forced myself to eat ...

Breakfast was on 8 am , 2 tost with mosh and hot milk..

Dinner was on 6 pm.. kornflex . No snacks or exercises... I drunk a lot of water maybe 1 and half liter ..

Hiii everyone...

Today my breakfast was 2 tost and fruits.


Lunch was Kornflex. .. I wanted to save calories for dinner.


Dinner was spaghetti.and futcheni... I ate average a mount.. Oh yes , I ate 2 pieces of Arabic deserts .. which is not healthy .. Drunk tea without sugar. .

I really happy because my relatives told me that I lose weight and become pretty .. and I really don't know about my hair.. because it is curly and I plan to to put chemical material to make it straight. , I don't know the name of that in English , but my uncle see that's I am buteaful with my curly hair.. so I may think again about that...

I am really exciting to meet my fiance and see me with my new body .. last time I met him before 1 month... this man who is really loved me when I am obese .. he loved my soul although I know that he Likes skinny body and white skin .. but never told me anything that hurt my feels .. Thank u all for support.. I really happy to be with you in this group.. and I hope to reach together to healthy strong bodies...

Be proud of yourself for wanting to make yourself a healthier you. You will always be the same person on the inside. Maybe now the outside is a BETTER reflection that you wish for to show your inside. But remember to be true to yourself & love yourself always...

In English, we call the chemical process a "Keratin." I got one last weekend and it lasts a few months. I don't have very curly hair but it gets "frizzy" especially from the humidity (rain). so, this process helps me. I love curly hair on people that have it naturally. Sometimes natural is best and not having to change but I do understand you wanting what you don't have..

The reason your fiancé never said anything hurtful is because he loves you for you, always :)

Hello everyone.

I lose 2 pound in last 5 or 6 days ...

my breakfast was as usual , boiled egg , vegetables, tost and hot milk... I really can't stop drinking milk .


Lunch was on 3 pm ... I cooked spaghetti with vegetables and chicken .. and my sister did green salad ....


There were many snacks ..

My mom did kind of dinner with is cheese , dates and margarine eats with bread it is a traditional dish we called (dates with cheese)... I ate small amount because it is not healthy .


Also I ate cornflex as snack .


And I drank tea with my mom ..

No exercise unfortunately, but I did work in my home ..

I really discover that I don't have something interesting that I can do in my free time .. l don't like watch TV or talking to my friends .. my fiance in his work and sleep early and today he was trying to call me in the early morning but I was sleeping...and now he don't answer to me ... I hope he is OK... I hope tomorrow be better ..

It is important to find something that you DO like to do in your free time. Do you like to read? Walking is nice! I don't watch movies either. I don't usually have the attention span to even start the movie! haha.

I like seeing all those vegetables on your entry too. Nice job on the pounds lost. You want this & it your hard work is working.

Hiiii everyone ... Today was boring .. because my lovely big Sister stayed most of her day in her work !

So my breakfast was on 8:am and as usual one boiled egg with mosh and cup of hot milk ..


I think I will stop drink milk because it cause abdominal distention and uncomfortable feeling after drinking .. I really like it but what can I do !!! So I will try to drink lemon juice tomorrow. .

Snack not snake hhhhh are dates with Arabic coffee.

Lunch was on 3 pm .. I did tona with tomato, onion and green pepper... also with tahini and black honey. ..


No finner ..

I walked fast for 45 minutes ...

I really feel better that when I start to write everything's i should do in the day and do it...

Instead of lemon juice, try hot water with lemon on it! That is good for digestion if you drink it 1st think in the morning before anything else...

lol, we do miss the snakes :)

yum lunch sounds very nice. Tuna with vegetables is always tasty! I should do this more!
