His everyone ... So today I was busy , studying , cleaning kitchen, and my uncle visit us =)

I will Visit my mom's uncle have dinner there .. I walked for 45 minutes. ..

I think I may exceed my total calories for today .. but i will try to keep eating healthy. .

HI everyone...

Today was quite and I could stay alone for hours at morning .. then my mom bring kind of rice with Sheep meet verity delitous we called (mandy) .. so It is was as relax day .. thank god...

SO MY BREAKFAST was as yesterday , one boiled egg , one bread with mosh , and tea with milk..

The lunch was rice with sheep meat..with green salt, hot green salt ..

Snake was Small cup cake ..

I drank cup of tea... walk for 30 minutes and exercises for 15 minutes. .

Progress as of today: 44 lbs lost so far, only 16 lbs to go!

Breakfast sounds very good. And lunch sounds good too. All healthy & good exercise!

HI everyone. . So I am happy because I finally find my own healthy style especially foods.. I start to eat rich testy breakfast ...

So my breakfast was one boiles , one brown bread with kind of cheese (we called mosh ,I think it's original from Egypt or Palestine. . It is kind of cheese with yougart,small pieces from lemon and bell pepper...) with cup of tea with milk..

Hi everyone .. So today I wanted to try eat fruits as a breakfast so I ate 2 oranges .. hhhh but I became hungry after hours at my collage , so I bought ice moca , I really like It ... but I will bring snaks inshallah to eat it at collage ..

I had cheese sandwich with low fat milk and peace of cake in a buteafule garden , so I really feel great to be alone ..

I will visit my uncle and meet my relative and have dinner there today ,, I will try to keep eating well ...

Fruit is not very filling. I get hungry right after I eat fruit also.

Instead of fruit, have more PROTEIN. Maybe a string cheese? Or a yogurt with some oatmeal mixed in? Or a hard boiled egg on toast...and you can have a coffee with all of these things! The coffee can fill you up a little too. As a snack, you can have the same kind of things - string cheese, low sugar yogurt, tablespoon peanut butter and a coffee, fruit.

lunch sounds ok! maybe some vegetables you can add to that. like even add some tomato with the cheese sandwich. tomato mixes nice with a cheese sandwich.

enjoy your time with your uncle and relative! hopefully there'll be some vegetables! either way, you can drink a lot while you eat so that you get full.

I don't find fruit filling either. I find that what sticks with me the longest for breakfast is porridge/oatmeal. Eggs are also a good choice.

I agree with the others as well about fruit not filling me up. I tend to have it as a snack and think of it more as a dessert. Enjoy your dinner with your Uncle and family. Have a great weekend!

Hi everyone... My breakfast was one orange.. My lunch was at 4 p.m , I came from Exam very hungry ,sleepy and tired so I had one white bread with kind of cheese also honey and a cup of hot milk..

No dinner , I not hungry ..

I walk fast for 40 minute and did exersize for 15 minute ..

.....

I think I need to treat some problems in my life , because I think I am overweight not because I like eating much or fast food! But because I eat too much when I feel stress or scary or even happy !!! So because I was stressed from The Exam , I was eating too much ... so I need to treat inside myself ...

Good eating. Make sure not to starve yourself! I like what you ate after the exam – good to have some bread with some fat/protein (cheese) and honey to feel better when you are hungry. Hot milk sounds a great idea! I guess you are smart to not eat dinner if you are truly not hungry. Excellent exercise. Many people eat especially when studying. Try to have healthy things to snack on. Many cut up veggies or something. You can eat those constantly! Also, hot tea has no calories. You can have hot tea and also bubbled water (carbonated water / seltzer / bubbles)

Hiiiiiii everyone .. I miss all of you so much ... I hope you on the right way for a healthy liefsyle..

Amm .. I am doing well with my life , so eating a little junk food , soda , and i eat dark free sugar chocolata ,,I Also go to gem 5 days per week , and my body change but I need to lose 20 pound to reach my healthy weight . so now i designed anew plan with new healthy low calores food and enshallah I reach my goal after 2 months .... hoope everyone has great day

2 months is good...it's good to set goals that are long-term and yours sounds like this is what it may be.

We miss you too. I love having older members come back & adding to our close-knit group! We can always use the extra support of someone who is determined to stay healthy and continue in their life-journey.

Hi everyone .. I am trying a new diet that i found it very successeful for me .. I am really busy with my studying and i cant go to the jem but i will keep losing weight and do a simple excersies as dancing .. For my breafast it was one banana and low fat milk. lunch was tona with tomato , onion and white bread .. also i eat from kind of food which is tahini with honey ..verrry ummy but un healthy .. I drunk a cup of tea at the evening with my mom.. hmmm that is it.. Hope everyone is fine

Hi everyone, i miss u so much ... I am doing fine with my losing weight journey but some times i stop it .

I went for AL Hajj this year . Now i become eat healthy food as much as i can and eat less sugar . Now my weight is 149 pound and my length is 160 cm.. hope everyone is fineاحبكم جدا وكثير = i love u all

Ooh yes i learned many a lot from it . I saw how all people wear a simple cloths and i could not deffrentiate between rich and poor one .everyone eat from the same food and sleep in the same place no one is better from another one and this is the goal of al hajj to teach me that God do not look to my money or what do i have but look to my heart . I hope to do it every year but i cant because here in saudi arabia i can only perform it every 5 years to give the chance to others to perform it.. but it was really helped to lose weight hhh

Thanks for the further description--it was sad to see so many die that one day. I heard a detailed report and was amazed to hear how they coordinate and monitor things closely with cameras and stuff, but things still went awry.

You see it on a video and think oh, there's just one way to go--no big deal. Not so, I guess.

Ooh yeas , I was in that way before one hour from that accedent , It was really sad and it was not related to the number of stuff , they were 100,000 men . But number of people who perform Al- hajj are 3 to 4 milion .
