Hiiii everyone ... Today was boring .. because my lovely big Sister stayed most of her day in her work !

So my breakfast was on 8:am and as usual one boiled egg with mosh and cup of hot milk ..

I think I will stop drink milk because it cause abdominal distention and uncomfortable feeling after drinking .. I really like it but what can I do !!! So I will try to drink lemon juice tomorrow. .

Snack not snake hhhhh are dates with Arabic coffee.

Lunch was on 3 pm .. I did tona with tomato, onion and green pepper... also with tahini and black honey. ..

I walked fast for 45 minutes ...

I really feel better that when I start to write everything's i should do in the day and do it...

Instead of lemon juice, try hot water with lemon on it! That is good for digestion if you drink it 1st think in the morning before anything else...

lol, we do miss the snakes :)

yum lunch sounds very nice. Tuna with vegetables is always tasty! I should do this more!

My lunch was green salad with rice and chicken. My sisters drank cola and I thank God that I could prevent myself from drinking it ..

I drank tea with my mom ,Arabic coffee...

I washed my cloths and cleaned my room so I was tired.. so only walked fast for 30 minutes. ..

Good job on being able to pass on the cola. I have a hard time saying no to that as well even though I drink diet cola it's still not good for a person. I need to drink more water.

Hiii everyone.. Today I was so busy and I was studying most of the time , and I tried to do exercises and I walked fast for 45 minutes ... exercises for 15 minutes. ..

Yesterday when we went to my mom's uncle at night , there were many of our Arabic sweets which is unhealthy at all .. But I just ate chocolate . My mom's uncle is very old women and she is sensitive and emotion. I really like to listen to extremely old people because they have pure heart as children.

So I forget to eating well today .. My breakfast was Kornflex with bread and yogurt. http://up.harajgulf.com/do.php?img=536632

.. Lunch was spaghetti with cup of milk .. No vegetables or fruit =(.. but I will eat them next time...

Glad to hear you will eat veggies / fruit next time. Believe it or not, I find that veggies are MORE important than fruit. If anything, try to eat the veggies. Do you have a lot of them available by you? Are they expensive?

Yes, I like to talk to older people too. I find they have a lot of knowledge and experience. I love to learn from them & have a very high respect for the elderly.

HI everyone...

Today was quite and I could stay alone for hours at morning .. then my mom bring kind of rice with Sheep meet verity delitous we called (mandy) .. so It is was as relax day .. thank god...

SO MY BREAKFAST was as yesterday , one boiled egg , one bread with mosh , and tea with milk..

The lunch was rice with sheep meat..with green salt, hot green salt ..

Snake was Small cup cake ..

I drank cup of tea... walk for 30 minutes and exercises for 15 minutes. .

HI everyone. . So I am happy because I finally find my own healthy style especially foods.. I start to eat rich testy breakfast ...

So my breakfast was one boiles , one brown bread with kind of cheese (we called mosh ,I think it's original from Egypt or Palestine. . It is kind of cheese with yougart,small pieces from lemon and bell pepper...) with cup of tea with milk..

Hi everyone .. So today I wanted to try eat fruits as a breakfast so I ate 2 oranges .. hhhh but I became hungry after hours at my collage , so I bought ice moca , I really like It ... but I will bring snaks inshallah to eat it at collage ..

I had cheese sandwich with low fat milk and peace of cake in a buteafule garden , so I really feel great to be alone ..

I will visit my uncle and meet my relative and have dinner there today ,, I will try to keep eating well ...

Fruit is not very filling. I get hungry right after I eat fruit also.

Instead of fruit, have more PROTEIN. Maybe a string cheese? Or a yogurt with some oatmeal mixed in? Or a hard boiled egg on toast...and you can have a coffee with all of these things! The coffee can fill you up a little too. As a snack, you can have the same kind of things - string cheese, low sugar yogurt, tablespoon peanut butter and a coffee, fruit.

lunch sounds ok! maybe some vegetables you can add to that. like even add some tomato with the cheese sandwich. tomato mixes nice with a cheese sandwich.

enjoy your time with your uncle and relative! hopefully there'll be some vegetables! either way, you can drink a lot while you eat so that you get full.

I don't find fruit filling either. I find that what sticks with me the longest for breakfast is porridge/oatmeal. Eggs are also a good choice.

I agree with the others as well about fruit not filling me up. I tend to have it as a snack and think of it more as a dessert. Enjoy your dinner with your Uncle and family. Have a great weekend!

Hi everyone... My breakfast was one orange.. My lunch was at 4 p.m , I came from Exam very hungry ,sleepy and tired so I had one white bread with kind of cheese also honey and a cup of hot milk..

No dinner , I not hungry ..

I walk fast for 40 minute and did exersize for 15 minute ..

.....

I think I need to treat some problems in my life , because I think I am overweight not because I like eating much or fast food! But because I eat too much when I feel stress or scary or even happy !!! So because I was stressed from The Exam , I was eating too much ... so I need to treat inside myself ...

Good eating. Make sure not to starve yourself! I like what you ate after the exam – good to have some bread with some fat/protein (cheese) and honey to feel better when you are hungry. Hot milk sounds a great idea! I guess you are smart to not eat dinner if you are truly not hungry. Excellent exercise. Many people eat especially when studying. Try to have healthy things to snack on. Many cut up veggies or something. You can eat those constantly! Also, hot tea has no calories. You can have hot tea and also bubbled water (carbonated water / seltzer / bubbles)
