So i dont write my daily food and exercise her .. because as i am from saudi arabia , we have deffrent food and i dont know how to share with u but it is ok , it is not that big problem .. I got supported her and i want to thank u so much and hope every one become thin. Last time i wrote her in 23 jun . I was 162 pound . the holy month that we fast in was finished before 4 days .and now my weight is 154 pound ,, my body is change and i am so happy .. i still need to lose 26 pound and i will inshallah .. i will come in soon and tell u my new ..

Hi everyone.. So i am happy i lose 13 pounds in 3 weeks and now my weight is 169 pounds ,, i will keep going even slowely.. also, Ramadan which is a holy month for me as muslim will start after 15 days and i will fast so i like this month because i usually lose some weight and it is really help!

I ate one small size cockies .. with a cup of arabic coffee.
lunch .. rice with meat but not that much ! With half cup of cola ..
No dinner at this moment but i am so hungry i may drink a cup of low fat milk
I walked for 30 minites

So at morning i ate yellow cheese sandwish with water in my breakfaste .. But i dont know i felt heavy and it stay too long in my stomach i dont know why ! So after hours i ate my lunch at 5 p.m rice with chiken but not too much .. and i just drank a cold coffee .. I didnt do any excersice ..

I losed some weight which is 5 kg .. I found the man who will be my husbend 3> although he dont looks hate my body but i want to lose it for myself and i started a really diet before one week and i really hope to keep going forward ...

So today i measured my weight and i find it 189.. I didnt feel bad from increase my weight... I just deside to stop making diet.. i understand that i just must not prevent myself from any kind of food even sweet but in little amount and eat if am hungry .. I will do the advice of my prophet Mohammed that we just eat if we feel hungry and stop eating before feel full ! I was wanted to lose my weight fast but insted of that it increase
I will tell u later what i eat in whole day ..

i am really happy to joined u in this group that help us to keep diet and lose weight ,,
I joined other group which is an arabic group because i see there are some diffrent in kinds of food her and it easier for me in language..
but I understand that i have a problem that i should treat it . becuse it destroy my diet !
i cant tolerate ice cream or cake iwhen i see them .. i am not looking for food but if i see food i cant prevent myself ,,
what should i do ??
i really need help :(
