Today is my birthday..

My friend give me a nice pink flower:)

I really want this day to be the day of my changing in my life..i wil keep praying to the god to help me and just do my best to see good results in future..

Hi everyone .. I really miss u all all

i am  really happy to joined u in this group that help us to keep diet and lose weight ,,

I joined other group which is an arabic group because i see there are some diffrent  in kinds of food her  and it easier for me in language..

but  I understand that i have a problem that i should treat it . becuse it destroy my diet !

 i cant tolerate ice cream or cake iwhen  i see them .. i am  not looking for food but if i see food i cant prevent myself ,,

what should i do ??

i really need help :(

Hi everyone,,

Yesterday at night, i saw some pictures for me before 5 or 6 months,, i saw how much weight i losed, i felt sad because i really changed in that weight 160 pound ! I HOPE TO LOSE MY WEIGHT AGAIN AND MORE THAN 160 !

So for today, My big brother come to visit us ,, he is unhealthy man , he like cooking so much especially meat and eats sweets and ice cream :-) , i am trying to stay on my healthy diet,, i hope to change him :-)

On the morning i drank coffee , my brakfast,, one banana and brown bread

Lunch , spicy liver { not ate much} ,, I ate cake ,, and drank green tea,,

I will do some excersices and dancing , walking :-)

Progress as of today: 16 lbs lost so far, only 44 lbs to go!

U right, but really my enviroment inside my home dont encourage anyone want lose his weight hhh,, juice ,types of cake and they like to eat meats and force to eat a litter but also i see it is effect my diet, i just wait finish this holiday and start studying:-) this make me busy and away from these unhealthy food:-)

Hi everyone,,

I am fasting today,,

I will walk for one hour and make excersice and dance:-)

So my brakfast after this fasting was eating less food ,, my lovely mom cooked a lot of meals ,,

I ate green salad alot ,, and spaisy meat , it is an andian dish ,, I also drink a soup ,, that is it :-)

Hi everyone..

I am exsiting to start again ,, and hope my god help me to reach my ideal weight ,,

My brakfast was cornflaks with low fat milk,,

Lunch,, shabora with low fat milk,, my snak was some dates with 2 cup of arabic cofee , hmm and 2 paskote ,, I drank also tea without suger ,,

I am not hungry now,, so maybe i will not have a dinnef today :-) Hope everyone has healthy day:-)

Hi everyone,, I miss you all.. I stoped my healthy lifestyle before 3 to 4 months ago ,and i want to start again.. I losed my weight until 160 pound but i become now 182 pound again :( Sometimes i feel it is like impossible for me to lose my weight and how it hard ,,,but i know that is wrong ,,, I will start again ,,

My breakfast was egg with brown bread and a cup of tea and milk,,, The dinner was rice and meat =(

Progress as of today: 33 lbs lost so far, only 27 lbs to go!

love reading the veggies / fruit in with your meals, excellent to see! keep it up, Duaa :-D you must be young if you are in university. I am 31. I made some really bad choices, even now, since around the age of 17....i want to give you advice later...boss just walked in hahahaa!

yay, he walked back out! basically, stay away from the diet drinks & horrible no cal energy drinks. try to eat real foods. real fat, real carbs, real protein. less of the fake diet crud. also, keep exercising, never stop...but don't push your body when it is telling you something is wrong, because you can make it worse that way. :-D keep at it, you are young & you will accomplish everything & anything you put your heart to.

Thank you horn for your advice , i do not just eat this.. i eat vegetable and put oil in salad but i don't write that,, also i really wanna lose weight quickly as much i can because i am really tired from being overwieght ,,
