Not doing so great, but really wanna get off my butt and do better.
I do have big news: I am moving to Houston from Atlanta to live with my boyfriend. We have been long distance for 10 months now and we're both more than ready to be in the same city and take the next steps. We're even talking marriage. :)
So although I couldn't be happier, it was a stressful process to negociate with my job to work from there. AND of course I used food as my outlet and gained a few pounds again! Argh! Today was the first day I are well though, so thats good!
Hope all of you are doing great!

Sorry I haven't been posting, and when I do I haven't been commenting. You're all still in my heart :)
I just have been super busy, getting some extra work, like baking cakes and proofreading a diet book! Haha. Best of both worlds?
I actually really like the book. I will recommend to you when it comes out, but for now, you can check out the author's facebook page that has great recipes and tips: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Inhabit-Health/123676251003381?fref=ts
And for those of you not on FB, here is her blog: http://inhabithealth.blogspot.com/
Her diet (on the book) is really cool, you have a lose phase in the beginning, for people wanting to lose, that is pretty restrictive but doable. Then you start adding back other foods and seeing their effects on your body, so you can choose what part these foods will have in your diet, if you can eat often, seldom, never. So if you have any allegies, you will probably find out.
Anyway, hope you have a great weekend!
xoxo

Finally a little loss! Yay.
I think I will see more of a loss tomorrow, as I just had my TOM! Haha. I will post again if so!
Friday I leave to Brazil with the boyfriend to meet my family and see my country. I cannot wait! He is super excited. We just had our one year anniversary on Tuesday also. Good week for us. :)
Happy valentine's day, ladies. xoxo

A little up today, but it's alright, weighting in everyday you have to look at the trend and not everyday numbers.
Another amazing recipe, if you girls like butternut squash as much as I do:
Creamy Mashed Butternut squash
One butternut squash, roasted (on the oven for approximately 1:15)
1/2 cup of NF greek yogurt
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley (you can decide what spices and condiments you like)
Once roasted, remove the skin and mash squash with a fork or on your food processor.
On a sauce pan coated with cooking spray, combine the squash, the greek yogurt and spices. Mix until combined.
Ready. So easy and delicious with shrimp, chicken, a nice grilled white fish, salmon...
Makes 4 (big) portions. Each portion is ZERO WW points. :)
Note: you can taste the tartness of the greek yogurt, so if you don't like that, you probably won't like this, in which case you can just mash the squash with the spices and no cream. Even lighter. :)
Good night!

Lost a little more! Yay! So happy about that.
Made the most delicious and healthy dinner last night.
Roasted a butternut squash with a tea spoon of fake butter spread, salt and pepper, then got half of it and put on my plate topped by a bed of baby arugula. Then on a small sauce pan I put two laughing cow wedges, 1/4 cup skim milk, garlic powder, black pepper, parsley and another tea spoon of fake butter and mixed until blended. Then added 1 cup of frozen salad shrimp on it and topped the arugula and butternut with it. It was amazing! The sauce is pretty thin, if you want to make it thicker, add more cheese or a spoon of cream instead of the skim milk or even some parmesan. I wanted it to be as healthy as possible, so i was happy with my runny sauce. The advantage is that is spread really well over the whole plate. Yum!!! And only 6 points at WW, which is very low. :)
Have a great weekend!

Fell of the wagon a little the last couple of days but back on track today, hoping that i can make up for it by my next weight in on saturday!
Progress as of today - 9.7 lbs lost so far, only 17.8 lbs to go!
I am enjoying ww online. It's a bit hard to figure out the points for everything at first, but i know it gets easy once you do it for a little while. I am eating way more fruit, just because it's 0 points.
After 3 days I lost 1.2 lbs, so I am probably on track for 2 lbs a week or a little more, since in the beginning you lose extra water weight.
I recommend it. Tracking everything makes you more aware and responsible. :)
Have a nice evening, ladies!
