Heck yea. I feel like all the hard work is finally paying off! This girl I met at Bikram Yoga said when she did the challenge she lost 20 lbs. She was bigger than me and I thought that was too much, but I was not seeing much loss, now I am! Maybe it's all showing this week! Yay!
Bikram Challenge day 16!
Today I took a special class from one of the biggest people in Bikram yoga, other than Bikram himself. She was visiting my studio from San Francisco. Her class was 2 1/2 hours long!!!! I almost died Hahahahaha.

Bikram Yoga Challenge Day 14 :)
Getting to half way! Yay. Class yesterday was good and challenging. I notice my eyes are whiter (they say it happens with Bikram) and my knee's improvement is remarkable. :)

Yay, I'm down today. Eating at home and less calories certainly worked. I think I was making too many exceptions, eating out and losing track a little. :)

Last night class was challenging. The heat was getting to me, which is funny since it was 105 degrees and the night before it was 107 and I was completely fine. And I drank the same amount of water both days. Our body is different every day! Funny!

Bikram Yoga 30 Day Challenge day 11!!!
Sooo last night after I posted I had a mini binge, had a bowl of milk and cereal and a couple cereal bars. I probably had another 500 calories. I was expecting higher weight this morning, but no. Exactly 209.4 like yesterday. Go figure.
I planned my menus for today and tomorrow, that way I eat at home and eat lighter, and also i don't let my veggies go bad at home. Win win.
Bikram yoga is going great. Yesterday was my 10th class in a row and I am loving it. It was my best class yet and I saw progress. The heat is not a big deal for me anymore. I am very happy with it!

Alright, I posted the new weight and won't think much about it. It has to come down at some point, it's odd to be 3lbs up when all I have been doing is exercising and eating less than I burn. It will get better.
Bikram Yoga Challenge Day 10. Yay!
Going to a 6:30 class today. Feel great about it, but my body is a little sore. Since I went in the morning yesterday by this evening I have a bit of a longer break than only 24 hours. :)

Okay so today I weighted even more!!! 210!!!! That's 3.6 lbs more than two days ago. I didn't have my two best days, but still doesn't justify the weight 'gain'. Especially since I am taking a class that makes me burn at least 500 calories a day.
I will give it another two days. I will post the new weight on Tuesday. And I will try not to freak out.
On a happy note: Bikram Yoga 30 day challenge day 9 was great. Went to class this morning, my foot and knee are much better and I was able to do much more today than when I needed to spare my foot. I am also improving in some of the postures and in my overall endurance in class. :)

Bikram Yoga Challenge Day 8:
Wow it's going by fast.
So this morning I weighted myself (I do every day) and i weighted 209!!!! Way more than the last two days (in which i weighted exactly 206.4). I did have a worse eating day yesterday, but not enough to gain 2,6 lbs!! I didn't even update my weight above because it has to be water retention and etc. I will see where I am tomorrow and update then.
On the brighter side, I have a body scan scale and this week alone with the hot yoga everyday I lost 0.6% of my body fat (still not possible that the weight 'gain' this morning is because I built muscle. It's too big of a number). Anyway, we will see where I land in a few days, and more importantly at the end of this challenge!
