 One more pound down and I have been eating well. Had a hearty dinner. I think I found my balance again. Yay!

another 1,1 pound and I reach the 20 pounds lost mark! I'm excited! I feel a big difference!

 Almost better from the flu. I also booked my new trip to Brazi. but decided not to go till May 22nd, so I'd spend my dad's bday there. :)

 Yesterday I ate and drank and still saw a loss! I will work really hard to keep losing and not gain it back because the flu is over (thank God!).

Brunch: crab cake benedits (ate 2/3 of it), fruit, tea with honey 1000

 

Progress as of today: 17.7 lbs lost so far, only 9.8 lbs to go!

So, it turns out I have the flu. Went to the doctor yesterday. It's been a miserable week :(

And I had to cancel my trip to Brazil this weekend. But it's okay, I'm in peace with that. I will have someone take care of the work for me and then plan a trip to go visit family once I feel better.

Mom is coming on the 26th, so that will be nice.

Things going well with Jason, he's out of town, which is good since I am sick. I am hoping by saturday or sunday I can see him if I am better. 

B: parfait 180

L:  juice 200

D: mashed potatoes 150 and veggies 50

Sub: 580

 

Having a hard time eating today because of the flu. So i just forced myself to eat some dinner. Sigh.

Aw, sorry Grumpy! Be well soon. I liked what you said in your Monday post - only one day of eating better an Bikram and you can tell the diff. You did the 30 days in a row - so you rock!

 I go to Bikram and eat less one day and it really shows. Okay, maybe it was two days. Awesome! Need to keep up.

Feel a bad sore throat coming, so I am not sure I am going to class until Wednesday.

So I did go to Bikram this morning and had a wonderful class. i felt strong and capable. I didn't really sit out any postures. just sat once when I fell down to wait for the next. It was great.

B: none since I had to go to class with an empty stomach.

L: half of my pizza slice from last night, with cheese, chicken and broccoli. Not too bad. 600 juice 120 - 720

 Half a pound loss. Not complaining, since I am having a hard time these days.

Tried on a dress today and it was so big I cant wear it anymore!!! :)

I am still very happy though. But I do wanna be more strict and get my act together.

Things with Jason going great. :)
