Still struggling with the diet! Argh!

Tried to have a filling and healthy breakfast this morning to see if that would control my cravings during the day.

Tonight Jason is cooking me dinner at his place and also invited my dog to come along. Awww. He's supposedly a great cook. :)

B: oatmeal blueberries honey 250 yogurt 50 toast with fake butter 200 - 500

 Okay, scale went up, but I know exactly why. Havent been good. So this stops now, as I am 5 pounds over where I was a week or so ago!

B: waffle and peanut butter 400

 This has not been a good eating week. But I am happy. And this week I will be back on track. Family is gone, Jason will be traveling, so it will be yoga and eating in and my goal is to lose 3 lbs next week. If it's just two that's fine too. :)

B: 2 pancakes with blueberries and light syrup 700

L: shrimp, veggies, pastries 800

D: bread and cheese and OJ 700

Had another wonderful date with that guy Jason. Our 4th. Things are going great. ;)

Getting back on track slowly but surely.

Today the eating wasnt as bad, but I still didnt resist the pastries.

B: waffle with honey 200,  2 mini muffins  300 - 500

L: gyro 700 and greek salad 200

S: 2 mini muffins 300

S: two mini cereal bars 180 coconut water 60 - 240

T: 1940

Could be better, but since I went to yoga, it's safe to say I burned way more calories than I consumed. Yay. Need to drop the pastries!!!

*** UPDATE: major fail! I didn't make it to yoga and ate a huge dinner! :( I will definitely go tomorrow and have a light eating day. Sigh.

 

 

 Okay, small set back. 3 lbs up after family visit. I even had donuts when they were here, so I cant whine. I am going right back to it and this should be solved in a week :)

Date last night was wonderful. He brought me flowers and we just went to dinner at a simple place, no fuzz. Food was awesome too. We agreed on not seeing other people while we figure this out. I am not big on sharing when it comes to dating, and I was a little nervous about bringing this up because it's only the 3rd date. But we have been moving kinda fast and i dont see why not. He agreed, thank God! Hahaha

B: waffle with peanut butter and honey 350

S: chocolate croissant 340

L: brown rice shrimp veggies sauce 700

Flowers! Husband brought me flowers on our fist date - 3 red roses to be exact. I had a red dress on (he didn't know I was going to wear red) and he had a red tie on and it wasn't Valentine's Day! I am not concerned about you because you have a level head and you said you are going to "figure it out". You'll know what's what soon.

 Sister and family are back home now. Their visit was awesome. I am sure I gained some pounds back, but I will call it a planned minor set back and I can lose them back in a week. I will weight in tomorrow and go from there.

I finished my Bikram Yoga challenge on Sunday and it all went smoothly! I loved it and recommend it! I thought of going to class last night (first day after the challenge) but I was tired and decided I will go tomorrow, thu, sat and sun. 4 times a week from now on!

Tonight I have my 3rd date with the guy, he is taking me out to celebrate the bikram challenge. :) Seems like more than 3 dates, but his traveling and my family in town kept us from seeing each other more. Hopefully now we will be able to before I leave to Brazil on the 18th for a week. 

All is good ladies. And I am back to logging my food.

 Not going to be the best week for eating with family here! But I will pick up right back when they leave on Monday. And I am not being terrible, just eating out too much, which makes it hard to keep track.

Just went to my bikram yoga class number 28 for the 30 day challenge!!!

Sister, bro in law and nephews are in town and I am off work. We've been having a great time. Went to the museum yesterday and then the basketball game and they loved it! Now they're shopping while I went to yoga and we are about to go to lunch.

Bikram Yoga Challenge Day 26. 

I stayed on the 950 cals yesterday which I know is not enough and I shouldn't. And today I saw a gain! Hahaha. I am laughing but it's annoying. I think I need to raise my calories, these classes burn at least 500 calories (probably more for me since I am heavier than average) and eating 1000 or 1200 calories is just not enough. I will up my calories to at least 1500 every day.

I have my sister with her husband and 10 year old twin boys arriving today to visit me for 5 days from Brazil. So I think my calories will be up no matter what. Haha.

B: bread 100 with laughing cow wedge 35 - 135

L: coconut water 60, tuna sandwich 400, superfood 190 - 650

Subtotal 785

 

Definitely upped my calories today. Ouch. Dont wanna see what will happen in the scale tomorrow, but it's my sisters family first night here, i had tacos, chips, half a doughnut... ouch. maybe 1500 cals.

I will be better tomorrow.

I bet upping your calories will move the scale, and I know it's tough to get into that mindset. Congrats - you're almost done with your challenge!!
