No change in the scale. Odd. But okay. It will show at some point!

Yesterday some of you commented on my hot yoga mention. So I posted on the forum a bunch of info about it, if you're interested.

Also, the other day I measured my mugs and noticed 1 cup is about 4/6 of my mug. So careful if you're using your mug as a cup measurement. I wasn't for the most part, only for my dog food, which is maybe why she never eats all her food. She's way smarter than me about her diet! Haha.

B: 2/3 portion oatmeal 100 blueberries 40 -140 

L: shrimp stroganoff 350 veggies 70

S: banana 100

D: wild mushrooms flatbread 800, brussel sprouts and butternut squash 200

T: 1660

 Still up, but 0.2 less 'up' than before. I am okay with that.

I took a 90 minute hot yoga class last night and you burn soooo many calories on that. I felt great. I wanna go back to do more of it. I still prefer the certified Bikram yoga than the generic hot yoga class though. May go back to my old studio. 

B: yogurt strawberries and granola 400

I don't like to be hot, at least not at the beginning of the workout - so I don't hink I'd like it but I'll try anything once.

 I weighted in more today. But I really think it's because I had most my calories a night last night. Kind of a big dinner, but overall my calories were good, so I am guessing I will be back down tomorrow or the next day. :)

Going to a hot yoga class today. Pray that I won't die. :)

Moving along:

 B: cereal and milk 200

L: veggies 50 2/3 potato 120 with a spoon of fake butter 60  shrimp stroganoff 250 - 480

S: veggie chips 160

same as you, i weighed unexpectedly much higher, like 1.5 lbs higher than usual which is a lot. I'm contributing it to higher calories, but more bloating than anything. sometimes i think it's the type of foods - like very salty, for instance, that can make the body retain a lot of water.

 I feel great! I think I am getting into the habit of eating healthy, less and wisely. And I can see the results starting to show. Can't wait to reach my primary goal and then set up a 160 goal. :)

Exercise: 1 hour dance class (kicked my butt haha)

RYC: last time we ate at this couples house they had roast chicken, roast potatoes, lots of veggies... good, but also appetizers, dessert, lots of wine. Hard to stop when I actually get to have real cheddar cheese so better not to start.

I was psyched to see the same weight from yesterday on the scale this morning. I was expecting a little gain, since I had just lost a pound and last night's dinner was a bit heavy to my new standards. But no. Yay.

 

Had a crazy day rescuing a dog and didn't have lunch, only had time to eat at night.

D: prosciutto arugula pizza - 2 small slices 700

But tonight I am cooking dinner for a friend, so although I will make a nice salad, I will eat some cream in my food and white rice. I will try to control the portion as much as I can, but the plan is to eat a super light lunch to compensate.
