Friday i had light lunch and dinner but had a good few drinks. Oops.

Today:

B/L: bread 150 egg beaters with tomatoes 200, pam spray 50, slice of cheese 150 OJ 100 - 650

Was an awesome day. I may have eaten a little higher cals, maybe 2100, but i got back into the dance classes and had a really awesome class.

Total June exercise: 1 hour

 

Today:

B: banana and granola with honey - 270

Yep, still got a sore throat. Sucks, as I was looking to have a fun filled weekend, and go to dance classes and be out in the sun. At least the weather is not nice.

Going to see Sex and The City 2 with the girls tonight, I figure that's low key enough for me to be able to go.

Still no dance class. With the trip and being sick, this month I did only 15 hours of dancing. It's not terrible, but not ideal. Maybe 16 if i feel better tomorrow. :)

B: skipped, woke up at lunch time haha.

L: half a chicken pad thai, left over. 500

S: tea and honey 70

 Did well yesterday. Still feeling sick, so as long as I eat healthy I will still lose weight even if i am not going to dance class. Hope to get back soon, though.

No use going to dance class while ill. You'll recover fast (eat lots of veggies and fruits to get vitamins) and you'll compensate! :)

 Major set back after my trip. But I really didn't watch what I ate.

Oh well, starting again. I can do it.

Feeling a little sick, so no dancing tonight.

I need also to post here my water intake, as I have been bad about that.

 

B: oatmeal with a little honey, - 200

2 glass of water 

L: chicken breast 300, veggies 50, corn 80 pam spray 10 catchup and mustard 40 cheese 30- 510 

1 glass of water

S: grapes 40

2 glasses of water

D: mixed greens with beef carpacchio, mushrooms with cheese and a little bread 800

treat: a couple of drinks 300

So Im back from Brazil! Didn't stay on the computer at all over there, so didn't post (can't really post here from my phone).

I did poorly while there. I mean, could have been worse, but still not good at all when I was in a good kick. But now back straight into it. I will try to go to dance class tonight, even though i flew back overnight and didn't sleep at all and now im working all day. I'll rally!

 

B: half a cup of OJ toast with cheese and egg. 500

L: chips 140 roast beef sandwich 450 - 590

S: yogurt with granola and berries 450

T: 1540

Exercise 1 hour

Total May exercise 15 hours

 Didn't do that well yesterday, but at least the extra cals were healthy. Probably ended at 2300 cals. Ouch. But still maintenance levels for me.

Ok, new day.

I forgot I had a meeting that run through lunch and didn't bring food, so I ate pizza which is what they had. Okay, but unhealthy.

B: grapes and strawberries 40 half a blueberry muffin 200 coffee 0 - 240

L: two slices of pizza 700

S: 7 almonds 100
