 veggies, fruits, baked potato, etc is the lunch plan today.

 

made potato chips on the oven, with no butter, just a little of the Pam spray. well, it's definitely the butter and salt that makes it so good. mine were blah. but i am pretty sure i can develop a way to make them delicious. maybe melt a little of the fake butter and put some herbs on it. i will make more trials in the weeks to come.

I LOVE to make sweet potato chips with pam and then roasted red peppers..the sweet/spicy taste is awesome! Have a wonderful day!

If you wanted to go Italian, you could try oregano and a little grated parmesan - you wouldn't need much to get great flavour.

Or middle eastern with coriander powder and cumin, we could go on like this forever, these oven baked chips are going to be fabulous in the end!!

Semi healthy yesterday and extra healthy today. Made a great oil and fat-free vegetable soup (great in health, not in taste, dont take me wrong hahahaha) and had that as part of my lunch and dinner, so I make sure I get my veggies in and eat less of the rest. Also had a lot of fruits for breakfast and snacks.

I will continue on this veggie and fruit packed diet so I get my nutrients and fiber and am less likely to overeat.

We'll see.

vegies and fruit, fills you up and has lots of nutrients. Just watch the fruits, some are really high in sugar and will slow down the weight loss. Just go for as many veg as you like. Have a wonderful weekend.

 Okay, so now it's when I start all new. It was about time.

My cholesterol is a little high and I am very unhappy with my appearance as well. I need to start off new. Today is the day, oatmeal, here I go.

Ate at home yesterday, not little but at least I know exactly how much and what was it in. Today 1 less lb. Which I really wont celebrate much, I havent been doing enough of an effort. but i hope to start.
