So i had 5 great days and 3 terrible ones. I need to go on with the good days. I am at my wit's end.

L:  1/3 avocado 90 shrimp 85 catchup 30 tomato 10 cheese 40 pasta 200 - 455

S: bread 50 pb jelly 125 - 175

S: yogurt 80

D: tomato 10 avocado 90 feta 50 garbanzo beans 360 - 510

S: banana and pb

T: 1840

Exercise:  1 hour dance class

Total May exercise: 3 hours

The 3 terrible days are behind you. I've been struggling horribly too but was able to pull it off yesterday so I'm sure you can do the same thing. I know yesterday morning I was about to throw in the towel and throw the scale out the window while opening the refrigerator. So many people here were so kind and encouraging that it really helped. If you had 5 good days before, you can have another good one today. Chin up. People are behind you!

Saturday was not a good eating day, even though i went to 2 dance classes. At least. And also it's my first bad day in a week, so not too bad. will do better today.

a word of encouragement: studies have shown that you will actually lose more weight if you do not eat a consistent number of calories. They actually encourage you to binge once every few days because it confuses your body and does not let you body adjust you motabolism down to accomodate the calories you are always taking in. So, you don't have much to feel bad about, and you probably helped raise your metabolism!

A lot of you ask about my dance classes. I take mostly variations of hip hop and 80s. But one of my teachers always makes videos, so here's a couple for you. Hehe! I am the girl in black tee and black pants on the left of your screen (on the back).

S: pb choc sandwich again (ok i will go shopping tonight) - 225

S2: cheese 100 and turkey breast 90

Subtotal  1090

D: pizza 570

Dessert: yogurt 80 -  nf cool whips 20 - 100

Total: 1770

haha, thats what I fear. Not knowing the next move and then looking like a fool. But Im sure everyone else is so busy worrying about the same thing and dont even notice when other people mess up. Anyway, the most important thing is that you're having fun while getting healthier. Keep it up girl!!

Eating dinner out tonight, so I need to keep my calories extra low till then.

L: egg whites 100 with little feta 20 veggies 30 chicken 85  bread 50 -  285

S: watermelon 50 bread and fake butter 125

S:  cereal bar 140

Subtotal: 710

Dinner out: halibut 120 olive oil 100 veggies 50 two pita wedges and humus 50 glass of wine 100 capuccinno 2% 120 - 540

S: cereal bar 140  

2 slices of ww bread 100 with pb 100 and chocolate sugar free syrup 20 -  

Total: 1610

 

Disclaimer: when I count my calories if I don't put an extra 100 cals for the foods I cooked, it means I cooked with no oil at all, just a spray of PAM (zero cals) and use onions, spike, salt substitute and peppers to give taste.
