I was positive I had posted today. I guess i didn't click on post and lost the entry.

 Up today as expected. Trying to be good. It's been hard. But i did have a healthy lunch, although I snacked some. Sigh. Wish me luck.

 

Okay, i went to bikram yoga an that was a huge effort. I didn't do great with food but didn't do terrible either. all and all it was an okay day.

Tomorrow will be better!

Progress as of today: 14.5 lbs lost so far, only 13 lbs to go!

Aw - just a weekend - new day today! I ate too much lemon pie myself. I am blocking it's memory and eating healthy today - plus exercise tonight - so maybe I can cancel the calories from Easter!

S: cereal and milk an honey 250

D: bread 200 chicken 100 and cheese 70 chips (why?) 250 juice 80 - 600

Total: 1580

 Booked my trip to the beach in Mexico with Jason. We're going May 11-14. Definitely wanna slim down some more till then. I am aiming for 8 lbs. So I wanna be at 192.4 on May 10th. :)

Oh, I have always wanted to go back to Mexico. It's been a long time. havae fun. It's 1 month and 4 days - soooo....you can do it - can you do the daily yoga classes til then? Would you want to? Visualize the trip and you'll do it!

Exact same weight, but had a bigger dinner than I planned. Not complaining.

Having a bigger dinner tonight as well, going to a nice 3 course dinner with Jason. So I will eat very light during the day to compensate in advance.

 I knew those pounds didn't belong to me. Haha. Yesterday I ate well and my period is over and I saw a huge difference. I guess I was retaining water. :)

 I have been bad. Got my period last week and went nuts. I wanted to dive into buckets of ice cream (which I may or may not have done) and I ate burgers and fries (yes, plural form). So honestly i am happy with a 4 lbs gain, especially when I had just lost 7bs while having the flu. I am still in advantage here and it stops now. :)

 

Jason is coming home for Houston tonight and I am picking him up at the airport and having dinner with him. Things have been great. Only now he took a job in Houston. Sigh. He may take months to move there or maybe even not move at all. So I'm hoping this doesn't affect us if things are still going well by then.

 

We are planning a long weekend in Mexico :)

 

B: superfood 190

L: baked potato 160 fake butter 100 feta 50 veggies 50 - 360

Subtotal: 860

My scale today was reading 187. Hahaha. I wish I could take it but it's wrong. :)

So I will put here what I weighted at the doc's office: 198.4 with clothes on but it was noon and I hadn't eaten anything, so those things counter balance and it should be about accurate. Hopefully my scale comes back to its senses soon. hehe.

L: 1/2 sandwich 370 with chips 150 and big cookie 300 - 820

D: 1/2 sandwich 370

Sub: 1190

Tonight I am going to a friend's house because a friend of ours who moved back to Brazil is in town and we will all see her. Should be fun. I will try not to snack much and I really don't need any wine. :)

Oh and I will add some calories in gatorade, since i went to the doctor and my blood pressure was 84/57. So low. It;s usually low, luckily, but this time it was a little lower. She said it's not an issue but to rest some more (no yoga for another week) and drink lots of liquids and some gatorade.

Had a wonderful dinner with Jason last night. Very mellow. He is so adorable I never get tired looking at him. Hahaha.

I am having dinner out with Jason tonight, but I plan on having something light, like a tuna tartare flat bread. and a glass of prosseco, should be around 700 cals.

butter is an interesting subject! I was born and raised in Hungary (I am Hungarian, period :)) and there butter, as from animal origin, is something gourmet and people don't really eat it every day. The packs are very small (100 gr). Hungarian people therefore prefer margarines (vegetable origin) to real butter. Then I moved to Portugal, and I faced an other reality here: butter, 250 gr packages, and margarine is rare/"diet". Butter makes part of the everyday living here in Portugal. Salted butter, goat butter, butter with herbs and garlic... all types. Well, I LOVE butter on a hot toast, but... I still have Hungarian blood in my veins (and will remain like this till the last day of my life on this planet, hehe), and I am unable to eat butter to everything. I also let the margarine go, so nowadays my toasts are plain, and I just slice a bigger tomato and put it on top to make it juicy and easier to swallow! :) Yummy!
