Never in all my life did I ever get pms cramps before my thing...but had them a full 2 nights and day before it - very bad period with more breakouts than usual. Hormones sorts outta whack feeling bad, had extra bananas and potassium to help - and gonna attempt a good workout, no excuses. Calories so far are 1850.

With my body under such stress and pain right now, it's not a time to limit calories. Had chips right before bed. Maybe needed salt. Hoping to feel Better soon.

2350 cals.

TOM is such a pain...literally! Hope you feel better. I'm impressed with your no excuses workout. If there were any excuse not to exercise, I'd be using that one!

It's been a nice, slow morning. Slept in a bit. Got my laundry done. Did food shopping YESTERDAY :) may pick up some things today, but prob not.

wahoo. Just relaxing, all day!  Gym in afternoon followed by dinner. Such a darn easy day and I don't regret it at all - wishing for more of these, actually...I like the slow change of pace from the workweek and more & more I like to take time away and just relax on the weekends.  If my ankle was better, i'd probably opt for the park - but it is what it is & it seems i'm doing what my body wants me to do - relax! even my skin is starting to clear up from last week. I needed this!

Little eating thru morning thru 1pm, just snacks, planned it this way purposely. And happy that I was very relaxed and it was easy to stick with it since I had planned to have some low calorie kombucha and seltzer with stevia, also some fruit - kept me full. kombucha 40, small plum 30, large plum 50, seltzer with stevia. total here: 120, good.

cucumber salad 80.

Before gym (not really the right thing bc it bloats, but I was craving peanut butter with it since yesterday) 2 tablespoons pb 200, oat bran with coconut water 150, sugar free raspberry jelly 30 (big craving since yesterday for all these ingredients), plain greek Fage yogurt 100: around 500.

700, wow, good....now just craving caffeine of course....may have some on the way to the gym...

and calories are perfect, wow....

I think around 1550 - hopefully not more - had bigger dinner than originally planned. Was on phone and completely distracted.

Friday was around 2200 cals....

Friday: At most around 20 minutes exercise and 30 minutes spent in two stores. Ankle still sorta weak but much better. Wow it took 3 weeks since the time I first started jogging in it - April 26th - that's a little scary that I needed 3 weeks recovery after a jog / mostly walk - but it was over 5 miles and more than I have done for at least 2 years.

I will keep Saturday calories at 800-1200, fasting till at least around 1pm. Have dentist at noon, will be a slow and restful weekend....changed mind about fasting.

Pint of blueberries  200 and 1.5 servings veggie chips 200, fruit 100, protein bar 200. 700

May actually go to the mall and buy some shirts if I feel up to it. Just wanna relax this weekend, maybe just watch movies today.

12:45pm Lunch pea chips 100, all kinds of veggies in salads: at least 150-200, cooked yellow rice leftovers, full cup at least, 250 cal, dark meat chicken drumstick around 250 cal. 750-800.

1500...I don't think today is a good day to limit calories, at least I got a balanced meal in at lunch. I think I needed it...real food. now I feel better.

3:30pm snack: fruit 50. more fruit 50, cottage cheese flavored 100. 200 total

1700...

total not more than 2200 today and definitely healthy. I did great. ....tomorrow I will attempt a morning fast and also am planning for 1500 or less calories.

Revised: total was 2350 - good....because tomorrow I plan for 1400.

I've already gone food shopping for the week & only things I need to do tomorrow are laundry and gym. Planned a slow weekend on purpose as I was feeling run down this week - and needed some time alone. my best friend was also busy, so it worked out well.

Next weekend I may be busier, already plans for a BBQ on Saturday and possibly seeing my best friend Sunday. but that's it....bc of my schedule, I crave the downtime on the weekends as it provides a necessary relief from my busy work weeks - and I've decided it's about the only way i'll make it till thru next winter with only 5 days off for activities planned in summer. LOL.  it's the way I have to go - in order to get in shape for NYPD....and my sister's wedding. before it April 2nd, 2016 (less than yr away)..and feel good.

no exercise, but did walk around the supermarket for around 1/2 hour, maybe tad less. perfecto!

Still no cardio, but full upper body weights routine.

Last night I came home around 1am & it's good I got all that extra sleep because I didn't feel like I was falling asleep on the drive home & enjoyed watching a couple movies with my folks at that house...

Got some good sleep last night, too, and planning the same for tonight.  I will have to wean off the sleeping pills soon, but, boy do they help me.  And when they help me sleep, my body (especially my ankle now) can heal itself better. Ankle is still weak but I will be going to the gym today for upper body weights.

8am early breakfast before going back to bed: chips 200 and small banana 110: 310

Late snacks: some broth with extra pink sea salt & chips, kombucha type drink, around 90.

total here: 400.

I feel my pants are tight and that I've gained weight - so now I am determined to eat 1500 calories today.

2pm lunch: tons of veggies, some sauce, like 200 cal, oatmeal 150, yogurt 150: 500 (and not the best combo)

900. snacking: banana & coffee 200

light dinner: lots of veggies, blackberries, and a protein bar. 400.

total: 1500 or so, GREAT!

me too :) the brace I bought seems to be helping, but I wont attempt cardio until the pain is fully gone.

I've had success with valerian root and St. John's Wort for sleeping if you're looking for something less potent. I hope your ankle continues to improve!

dinner out with family for Mother's Day.  Tonight it tonight because it's easier than a Sunday when you don't live with your parents anymore & sister also lives with her fiancé. Saturdays always better!

We are actually bbqing fish at home....

Prob around 2250.

No exercise. Lots of sleep. Took pills to help slept till around 5am, back to sleep by 5:30, woke up at 9, back to bed around 10, woke up at 1pm finally.
