8am Breakfast: 650, good.

11pm snack: 150

11:45am lunch: cooked veggies 50?, chips 150, apple 100, veggie burger on a wrap 200...total here is 500. eh.

1300, good but having sugar cravings again!  maybe I am just very thirsty and had too much diet orange soda!

Well done on your loss. My tip for sugar cravings is canderel. Or whatever sweetener you can get but in powder form, not tablet. A cup of tea is a real pleasure now I have a spoon of powder sweetener instead of the bitter tasting tablets. Hope this helps

7am breakfast banana and strawberries 200, chicken on wrap 200. Maybe small iced coffee before abs at gym.

Still coughing but only a virus so I don't need prescription medicine. I stopped by the doctor quickly yesterday.

Plan for today is abs at gym, maybe inner and outer thighs as well, getting hair done, afternoon and dinner with my bestie :)

700 cal before lunch. 450 cal lunch.

1150 perfect.

150 cal snack

Dinner def not more than 700.

Total 2000 perfect!

Exercise was abs and inner and outer thighs.

Cannot wait for upper body weights tomorrow afternoon. I have to wait till around 1 to wash my hair since I got it keratin straightened with a 24 hr formula.

After work dinner half big turkey wrap 200, water....can't remember if I had anything else! So I will say 250

Late dinner / snack cooked veggies 200 at most and a bar 200. 400

1750 = great! Exercise was physical therapy. Goodnight!

lately feeling really low on sugar...so ended up having a bit extra this morning including a big granola bar after the peanut butter on a wrap after my breakfast! so, 850 in the morning, before my snack at work.

around 1050 before lunch, fine, hopefully out of here by 4:30pm and on my way home.  Taking a break from the gym tonight also.

Oh and I was asked to work an hour more - even though I was sick.

So I worked 8-6. Aszholez

Hi! It's been so long! How has everything been?

Have you ever tried taking a vitamin b complex and iron together? I don't know if that would help with the sugar craving/low energy feeling.

SICK SO DEBATING SKIPPING PHYSICAL THERAPY AND GOING HOME TO GET SOME REST TONIGHT AFTER WORK.  yup - def no physical therapy...going home to rest.  lots of people sick at my office last week so i got it...hopefully i feel much better by tomorrow so i don't have to skip my arms workout at the gym!  tonight i plan to enjoy a dinner of lots of veggies, relax, and go to sleep. NO phyiscal therapy, not worth staying out late for it.

Breakfast and fruit snack: 400 good! 10am Snack 1 lox on a wrap 250 11am protein bar 150 800 good!! Decaf coffee and gym for hardcore upper body routine starting soon!

decaf coffee before workout...followed by 300 cal shake.....followed by pickled vegetable salads and some tofu chicken....nice.

1450 so far all healthy....!

Around 2100 :).

Good morning :) feeling a lil bit under the weather today. Had breakfast around 6am and just relaxing a bit. My plan is to do all laundry tomorrow since the machines are probably packed now....but I can see myself changing my mind!

During last week, I would say I deducted around 1000 calories or 1/3 of a pound. If I can keep this up each week, I can lose a few pounds by summer.

550 breakfast, 150 snack, 50 coffee, 150 cabbage, eggs 160, chips 150, wrap 100. 1300 so far.

Prob around 2200. Good!!
