Taking these two days off. I am preparing for a job interview on Friday. It's at a public school near me. The teacher left unexpectedly. I am have the interview Friday and will need to get mentally and physically (all my stuff is at my parents house) today during the day.

550 cal

Cancelled the interview.

Around 2000 calories.

Leg PT.

Feeling upset with myself and my life desperate for change even though I decided not to.

thanks for all the wonderful bday wishes. it was a busy day & today I am gonna get some much needed rest tonight :)

home early, no exercise.

I did go to the doctor to set up an appointment to get bloodwork done again. gotta get these shin splints gone for good!

calories before dinner: 1500, all healthy.

dinner: mostly roasted veggies and a small salad ...and some sweet potato: so....lets say...400 here. and then a darn protein bar 250. 650. calories add up so fast, man!

2150. I would have liked lower as I'm not exercising as much these weeks, but what can ya do!?

I just hope to read some more of my book and go to bed soon!

 it was a great bday. overall work was good, my boss gave me a wonderful card & gift.

great weights workout at gym. rocked it. best workout in at least one year. killed it there!

still resting legs at lunch.

total calories: around 1850 I think. nice.

Morning :)

1st Breakfast: slightly bigger than usual. 1/2 banana, liquid vitamin, lemon water, lots of butternut squash soufflé (it's sooo good!) 200: 300.

2nd breakfast: lox on a wrap with some spread: 250

snack: small coffee? small bar 200

750, good.

lunch: wrap - chicken 250, wrap and spread 100, soufflé 50: 400, good. and maybe a coconut water 100 more.  500

1250, good.

snack: nuts and fruit: 250

1500..

late dinner: wrap with chicken and veggies  around 1850-1900, good.

cannot keep calories lower than this today.

1600....

Breakfast: nothing too healthy. 950 so far.

snacking: around 500 I think.

1450...help me!!!! oh well..what am I doing!? we all have our struggles sometimes. at least I relaxed this morning & afternoon...off to the gym for upper body weights / abs.

1650 or so (lots of snacking, on vegetables & fruit but cooked with some seasonings / oil) fine.

snack before gym (trying to eat better, healthier) pb on a wrap with 1/2 banana. around 300.

I overate today at breakfast but instead of eating a weird, nasty, unhealthy dinner all because it was low calorie, I ended up eating a very healthy dinner. cooked chicken with some tasty sautéed veggies in a low carb wrap...followed by a peach.

around 2500, but at least I ended the day on a positive note.

stayed on couch most of day, legs bothering me, but did a hard core weights routine at gym in the later afternoon.

I do need to watch calories and balance things out a bit as I have gained a little weight because I've been eating more than I need to.

dental apt today, yay.

then maybe laundry probably.

then long island for a birthday dinner with friends.

tomorrow I may go clothing shopping or wait till a couple weeks (I have bday coupons!)

Not getting my act together ... Till lunch: 1450 Snack veggies and almonds 200? 1650 ugh just so hungry and annoyed...

lots of veggies cooked...200? 1850. plus another 250 at least...

2100 before dinner. ouch.

1800 so far and pretty healthy too. Been getting better sleep and feel overall a heck of a lot better for a Friday....maybe also bc I worked less and had 4 days this week. So happy this week was fast and short :) A snack before bed for sure, good calories today. Maybe just fruit we will see. Really I should have more potassium...lol we will see!

overall 2000 cal today. perfect considering I did a leg pt workout and a lil walking at lunch.

no loss in cals and no gains this week. good week overall, eating healthier & feeling better getting much more sleep this week than I usually do!

Well it's a great thing that it's Thursday almost Friday :).

Cals so far: 1800 or so far and so tired and unmotivated at the gym buying some sugar free drinks to get me thru.

Exercise some cardio like 20 min and upper body, no abs.
