accidentally left really small diamond earrings at the pool in a locker. went back this AM at 6am only to find one.  I guess the other one was swept up or stolen sucks, but glad I went to look back. at least they were the REALLY small ones, but a sentimental gift from my parents. glad I found one & that I chose to go back and look. I may call to see if the other is in lost and found, probably not.

I may meet my dad for dinner tonight....he works around here....we shall see.

breakfast: one freshly hardboiled egg 80 on a roll with smart balance spread 140, 2% greek yogurt with stevia and cinnamon 150: around 350

snack 1: iced coffee half reg half decaf? 50

snack 2: bar. 210

lunch: sweet potato chips, sandwich with chicken?

snack: almonds 150

1350 before dinner...

dinner:700-800?

like 2050-2100. maybe less. it was healthy, but big. my dad took me to a VERY unique Chinese catering hall for dinner....yes, I did write that. it's a restaurant but also can be rented out for major parties. it even has a stage, actually, it used to be a diner. and the food is out of this world unique. I ate a lot of sautéed veggies (but really you could tell the place specializes in its meats/fish) so there weren't too much veggies to choose from.  I also had a piece of steak and some fried tofu (didn't realize it was fried until it showed up at the table as I learned a lesson to ask first if it's fried! lol, I remember I wrote this not too long ago about fish at a thai place which was also fried but the menu didn't say so....ask always!)

exercise: 45 min walking thoughout day. :-D

delectable breakfast: 1 egg on a roll 210, greek yogurt with sunflower seed butter and stevia 250: 460.

snacking: regular coffee, but not too strong, bar, some almond milk with a lil protein drink added in, stevia: 300

760 or so, PERFECTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lunch: chicken on roll...?....chips??? not sure, but will try to keep it relatively light.

snack: almonds 150.

dinner: bar and iced coffee..(I do need to work on this...) 300

snack: wasabi peas 300

total: 1850. EXCELLENT, but not the healthiest.

exercise: 30 min swim.

Happy Monday!? lol.

maybe i will try to eat less veggies...my body isn't able to process them well anymore...when i eat them in too large amounts...

1450 so far..

nothing was crazy healthy really, until dinner: 

early 5:30pm dinner: grilled chicken 300 at most, on a potato bread bun with a little smart balance spread, some health salad and leftover sautéed spinach, 3 smallish plums, water...i'm guestimating 600ish...nice. needed the healthy protein.

so far, 2050, good. will relax....maybe read, before heading the gym for weights. no need to exercise just after having a full dinner...or at least I don't want to!

around 2100-2150. perfect.

weights were superb.

Happy Sunday....blessed with a sunny, 80 degree day...great for the beach! can't wait it's been a couple weeks at least! :-D

Breakfast: 600, healthy. strawberries, sautéed spinach!, 1 egg on a roll with a light spread, hot wasabi peas around 150 calories for them.

snack: 100 cottage cheese with stevia

snack: iced decaf coffee with stevia and skim milk

light lunch: some health salad 100 at most!, roll with light spread and little bit of chicken 250: around 350ish.

total so far: 1100 perfect...

 snacking at beach: 450 at most

healthy dinner: tons of cooked and pickled (both types) veggies, some chicken.

not more than 2200.

exercise: lots of walking at beach. perfect day.

overall great day.

full weights in AM. some swimming in PM. good dinner with my best friend. and got some important errands completed.

total cal not more than 2200 or so. good day!

tomorrow should be GREAT too!!!...going to the BEACH! haven't been there in at least a couple weeks, if not more.

Bored as hell at work, being bad and going on DD :-D

Calories are great, as per usual for this week. Getting more sleep, sleeping in later, and eating quickly on the way to work most of these days.

1750-1800 PERFECT.

exercise: some walking, hoping it wasn't too much & that I can walk a lot on Sunday at the beach :-D

1300 including a snack for after lunch. very good calorie-wise.  lately been getting more sleep, feeling better, sleeping through the night. still a lil tired, but getting to do exercise after work and getting everything done better. feeling good...

slow day at work again...

around 1850 calories. a big success.

30 minutes of swim.

really happy about doing well lately.

I enjoy feeling better :-)

Good Morning!

Good day so far, calories up to lunch: 600 :-) 

Very boring week at work,too much time to drift off onto the internet...and waste time & procrastinate. i hope i don't ever drift into these bad habits when i start the NYPD. it will be pretty impossible, as the classes are only 6 months. no time to get into bad habits in a 6 month time frame when a new job/career will be on the line! :-D that is next year though...11 months away to be exact :-)

1350 so far, too much coffee...otherwise healthy/balanced... 1700..

dinner: 300.

perfect, 2000 cal.

goodnight.

workout: full weights.

last night i ate prob more around 2300, but is ok. i think i am slowly losing again. and, I am going to give myself a goal...to eat a lil less these next 2 weeks before i meet up with my Marine Man...before he leaves for deployment for probably 6 months? i need to ask him how long. this is a different man from my regular, my regular may be done, as last time we got together he treated me poorly, dropping me off bc of something i said rather than talk to me about it... 

Calories after lunch: total so far: 1200...1350 snack of almonds.

snacking after work nothing healthy: some milk/almond milk/decaf coffee/stevia mixture 50, iced coffee decaf again 50, apple 100, protein bar 210: 410....on my way to 30 minutes of swimming...it was pretty good, too!

dinner: healthy I guess. some small cucumbers with dressing 50 at most, tofu 100, on crackers 150: 300, great!

total is good! 2060 :-) excellent.

(2250) ok. evened out that high cal day from like last week, finally. now, on to real weight loss. even if I manage around 2000 per day, I will eventually lose some weight. doesn't have to be fast, just steady. harder  and slower than we want it to be, but it works (steady weight loss)

swimming is such fantastic exercise! YAY! Walk away from users..don't give up what you have that is precious because guys will say anything to get it and drop you hot as soon as you push for more of a commitment. And, trust me, they can go for a REALLY LONG TIME, pretending to be more to get what they want, and even after years run away fast when you hint at committment. You are worth the wait and the man who is willing to wait, is the only one who will respect you, cherish you, and protect your heart. The old saying why buy the cow when the milk is free, is very true. It took me FOREVER to realize that myself. Not preaching, just saying what I've learned. I hate to see more of us getting hurt. Sex doesn't define love. Having sex doesn't make people fall in love either. Goodness I sound like a mom LOL sorry HOP!

Good Start, slept in a little before work.  Brought breakfast to eat on the drive.

Breakfast: 2 tablespoons cashew butter on hamburger burn with two warmed bran crackers, iced coffee with stevia: all around 450

snack: bar 200

650...excellent...

lunch:  

2200-2300 or so. maybe more. is ok.

skipped exercise tonight. in lieu of a bigger, filling dinner and early to bed later. I was dizzy all day at work.

goodnight ladies. praying I do get to sleep tonight, I was falling asleep all day today. and, if tomorrow is better which it should be, I should have a nice workout after work at the pool.
