6:00am up early bc i only have this one day off, doing some laundry, cooking breakfast, all good things...

1:00am: orange.100

6am Breakfast: acai juice 100, eggs 200, pita 150, eggplant tomato spread 50, yogurt 100, sf juice, tea: 600 good healthy ones.

9am: protein bar 210

11am: fruit and ices 140

 1050, good.

4 mi walk, 1/2 hour fast weights, 2200 cal. good.

 

Progress as of today: 10.5 lbs lost so far, only 5.5 lbs to go!

(2000) = calories still need to get rid of!

I prob didn't really burn 2200 cal, but I'm assuming it anyway. i was busy mentally at least, today...and did a good amount of cardio after. 1800 food calories = 400 cal savings.

Breakfast: eggs, pita, yogurt, strawberries: 500 good ones....busy day today - need good energy!

Lunch: TBD at music festival...

Snack: more strawberries/diet drinks:

long walk tonight outdoors at park (even if it's dark for sure!) after music festival...

good day!

calories: 1800....nicely done to me! :-)

exercise: 4-5 mi walk/jog in the evening. pooped now! in a good way though...

breakfast: a healthy but big 550. all good - eggs, whole wheat pita, bruschetta, yogurt. healthy and lasting!

snack: nuts 200

lunch:  600...very healthy of soup, chicken breast, hot peppers (a ton!), pita bread.

dinner: some fish thing, not bad as i was STARVING haha, some baked potatoes with olive oil, veggies, piece of garlic bread: 500?

snack: fruit: 100

snack: soy crisps apple cinnamon flavor 150

2100. good enough.

not enough exercise though, only 1/2 hour and weights for 20 min.

LONG day. worked 7-1 (haha, took lunch at 12:30) then did another job from 3:30-9:30pm. tomorrow i work, but a different kinda fun work - but still work - from 8:30-4:30maybe 5:30...every week of March will be this way. sheesh!

Nice healthy breakfast: eggs 200, pita 150, bruschetta 50 ,yogurt 100: 500 good ones.

snack: nuts 200.

lunch: will be very healthy...probably tofu, veggies, maybe chicken instead? maybe pita lol.

calories till after lunch 1300

calories for dinner: 450?

calories after gym: 250

total: 2000. pretty good. decent. stressed, not sleeping enough..... not happy about it. nothing i can do really.

calories saved: 200?? maybe!

not feeling great about this day. tired and a bit stressed over something...

breakfast: 550 of eggs, bruschetta, pita, yogurt! yum!

snack: nuts 200 and coffee...gotta get out of this habit again!

lunch: a lot, but healthy..,would be less but ate some of boss' food.

dinner: more of the lunch...well, another whole meal, actually. chicken stuffed with herbs, eggplant spread, veggies, pita. good stuff!

snack: fruit, kombucha type drink also. 150

total is approx 2150...shoot small binge on crackers 200 more., not horrible. and that's what i'll say about that!  2350 today...

exercise: fantastic and HARD cardio. one hour, some weights and pushups for fun for about 15 min.

(3000)...so happy this total is going down! (i am generous, and let myself believe that i burn 2250 cal a day. so since i ate 2000 today, that's about a 250 cal savings. yay.

2000 cal, good.

exercise: little bit of weights for fun!, pushups for fun, stairmaster for 1/2 hr, treadmill for 1/2 hour, good.

breakfast: nice flatbread 200?, yogurt 100, eggs 200: 500 yum!

snack: hmmm bar? 150...

lunch: healthy chicken, veggies, maybe chips too: 550 or so. maybe tomato juice 50.

snack: ?

busy day. meeeting in a different town after work. work starts at 7. meeting starts at 5:30pm hopefully just an hour. then going to the gym i think, just for cardio.

Why don't you get yourself checked over a bioimpedance test? It's quick, 5-min and you'll know how much you burn per day without doing anything extra. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bioimpedance

2350 cal today. not terrible.

exercise: 3 mi only...and weights, good job on that though...

4am: 250 cal, good. fruit, protein bar.

7am breakfast: banana 100, nuts 200, bar 200: 500.

10am snack pita bread 300

11am snack: ices, pickles 150

12:30pm lunch: microwave eggplant rollettes (a favorite comfort food for me) and corn rice cakes. yum.: 550

1750.

today's plan:  i finished a book from the library i was reading...time to pick up a new one... :-) nothing else as far as plans - but buy an already cooked chicken for lunch this week, walk at the park, pick my parents up at the airport, lift weights, and go to sleep. it's going to be a very long month, working 6 days a week for 4 weeks straight & long hours.

(3150) calories to burn...getting lower even on the weekend, very proud of myself.

 good morning.

breakfast: banana 130, cereal w. sunflower milk 200. bar. 170: 500. pita. 650 total.

ready to break through the weightloss plateau i've been riding. lower 120's here i come!....by April, I will weigh 119. that's it!

1600 before late snack at 10pm.

late snack/dinner: fruit 80, chips 180, nuts 200, yogurt 100: 560. decent.

total, good!, 2160 = nicely done.

exercise: 4 miles.

can i have calorie savings? not sure, but let's say, based on a 2250 cal diet, I saved 100 cal today. good job on not binging :-)

124.5 on the scale this AM. that's nice.  back to original low weight about a month ago...time to forge ahead. i'd like to weight around 120 (maybe 119 but i know that's being really pushy) by vaca time, April 8. 5 weeks to go....but i really consider it one month because by April I am going to be thinking about vacation, not weightloss, like, i'll be content with whatever i am, because 1 week doesn't equal major weightloss, but 1 month can turn successful, sure.

breakfast: warm fiber cereal with sunflower milk 200, chocolate fiber bar 200: yum 200.

snack: protein bar, small. 150

lunch: microwave meal 400, fruit 100, tomato juice: 550

 calories before gym: 1500...

calories before dinner: 1650.

calories from dinner at bar: chicken salad: 250?

calories from beer: 400

total:around 2200-2300 = success.

exercise: 45 min cardio, stairs and treadmill slow.
