snack: monster energy drink 20, bran crackers 80, other drinks 20: 120

dinner: large salad i made: 500...and a large orange.

tsf: 2100.

exercise: GYM...did it all!

good day.

breakfast, snacks, lunch: 1350

snack in pm: large orange 130, cracker 20, yogurt w. pumpkin butter 140: around 300

snack before hour bike ride 200 (protein, not really helpful energy-wise)

dinner: 350 eggplant rollettes, cooked cranberries and bran 200: 550

total: 2400.

i've been a little out of sorts lately with my eating. but i'm just gonna go with the flow. no major binging episodes. so maybe i should just relax and concentrate on something else in my life...not the food!

going to practice some music now.

home doing work on such a sunny day = frustration!!!! haha.  eating has gone ok though....i'm just dealing with it - doing work...sitting here...it's an online reading asignment, 150 pages....and questions after...i'm on page 5 or so...blah.

happy easter to those who celebrate today!

i weigh 133. I am feeling soooo good. I haven't felt this good about myself since last summer '09. what a great feeling.

breakfast: weird. to say the least. was ok. large orange 150, 2 granola/protein bars 220, yogurt w. pumpkin butter 140: 510

snack: protein bar, coconut water: 200,

snacks after gym: propels, juice:200 gym was fantastic! i arrived, did 10 min of cardio and then an hour of weights, back, abs, pushups. these guys were watching me hehe. many guys watching me...impressed by my pushups.

late lunch: taco bell 350, yogurt 200, bran 100 650 total

snack: kombucha 60

5pm snack: cereal 200

1820

dinner: nasty popcorn that i ate all of 420, old chocolate cake that i didn't finish bc i think it was spoiled 700??, and ice cream that wasn't even fantastic 500....i hate doing work at home! total here: 1620...and an apple beforehand, 80 more...1700 bleh.

total cal: 3520. bleh bleh bleh.

but, i'm not calling this a binge. so there! all is good. i'm full and done.

 i could use a walk though...maybe later.

thank you, love~ im so happy you feel great and im sure you look awesome too. i will go get that book- i have a couple books that are along those lines, but this sounds like something i could share with seth too, to help him better understand my struggles. im not sure what the right thing to do in terms of calories is. im considering going to a nutritionist for a consultation to see what i am and not getting in terms of nutrients and calorie balance. hope you have a wonderful rest of the weekend! her name is "Grumpy" xo

I'm so glad to hear you're feeling better lately, and congrats on the loss! =) Hang in there and keep it up! Good job with your eating, and I like how you stated that you're "full and done" and aren't calling your extra calories a binge. I guess I have to look at my evening the same way...I ate extra treats but it was because I was hungry, and now I'm full and don't feel bad. Thanks for the inspiration! Goodnight!

wow. weird weekend so far. but good. mostly good... :-)

foods during the day saturday added up to 1450...

then i slept, from 7:30pm-1am. totally passed out in my bed, totally skipping the plans i made since i didn't wake up from my alarm or the doorbell when my friend came over to go out. i'm such an ass! i'm sure she'll forgive me...

the, i woke up around 1am and had something to eat soon after: oatmeal 160, yellow raisins 150, yogurt 80, and some leftover charoset 120 perhaps: total: 510

total cal approx: 1960.

just some casual walking today. friday was casual walking as well. no structured exercise.  i'll get to the gym, if it's open, for a full workout tomorrow.

lately, i've been confronting my feelings....even around food. i've been having many "up" days in the past couple weeks. i'm so happy with how i've been feeling and choices i've been making.

breakfast: coconut water 80...2 hard boiled eggs 160, matzah 50, charoset 200.  500 approx.

snack: some kind of natural bar: 130

lunch: more charoset, fruit, chicken: around 600 perhaps healthy selections from chinese....sooo good. buffet that was ordered by the doctor where i work. wow. around 600 probably.

snack: when i was hungry: fruit 120, bar 130....when i was not hungry but i realized this and then stopped: dried fruit: around 250 total here: 500.

total so far today: 1730. and then whatever dinner i make. i think i'm gonna just have taco bell. i'm in a "calorie counting" mood today. for the past few days, when i was super busy, i was just happy and getting through the day and finishing without even wanting to count calories, which were definitely not bad.  i was eating really moderately, doing really nicely. i still am. but i feel some "panic" in my thinking right now. i'm a bit feeling out of sorts. not sure why. i plan to walk to the library and read. no other exercise, even though i was gonna force myself to do more.

dinner: salad and a large orange 200, microwave meal lasagna with bran crackers 400, yogurt w. lots of apple butter 150: 750 and actually i did feel it was a bit too much for dinner. felt sorta gross after.

total cal: 2480. not too bad.

gym: 10 min cardio and full weights, back, abs, pushups :)

bed early probably.

good morning. today will be a nice, very scheduled day. school till 3. a massage at 4-4:20. teaching lessons 4:30-6pm. out to dinner for a friend's bday at 7. drinks maybe after...but i have school the next day so i am doubting drinks after as something i'll be attending.

breakfast:oatmeal 160 and charoset (chopped apples,walnuts,wine) 100, yogurt and apple butter 120: around 380.

snack: coffee/bar?

lunch: chicken breast and leftovers: 500 yum

dinner and family get together was great. i ate what i wanted and had almost no feeling of ever wanting to binge. what a relief. i felt more like myself than i have in years when it comes to eating get togethers.

early breakfast: coconut juice unsweetened by Goya (good price): 80, tons of strawberries 100.  total 180.

dinner with family: passover, tons of guests, 20 people in my house.

no exercise today.

i had a massage today on my ankle and lower back...boy was this guy great.  i hope to see him again soon, not that i really should be spending cash so frivolously...but i do it bc i have pain there....eh, whatever. it's my life right>!

i have such a darn headache. i feel like i'm too busy. and i'm still naseous and now hungry. but it's almost 11pm. i need to get to bed. ugh.

ate well today.
