breakfast: 350...

rest of day up till dinner: 1,000.

dinner: taco bell 350, tofu 200, jello 60: 610...i'm not satisfied. :-( 180 for shake...790 total.

exercise: cardio 30 min strong!, and abs, back, lots of weights.

shake also, so total cal are: around 1800.good.

but, the weekend went by too fast. i rushed everywhere, since friday night. i'm unsatisfied with the past few days and not as happy as i'd like to be. i hope for a better monday. i'll probably get up extra early or something, so i don't have to rush tomorrow.

i found myself driving 85, yes 85, miles per hour way too much...not good, not good.

breakfast: healthy 320 or so.  yogurt w. my added cooked cranberry preserves i made in microwave, and maple brown sugar oatmeal 160. cran-pom diet juice.

GYM - definitely weights... everything got messed up today.

snack: good.

lunch:good.

snack:good.

calories a bit high but still absolutely good: 1550 before dinner.

dinner: chalupa 350, yogurt and cranberries 200 ice cream 150 total: 700 it's ok..

total cal: 2250 again. like yesterday.

Have a good day! I had to laugh at your wallet story. It's the family joke how many times I've left my wallet somewhere! I've been lucky getting it back, but I have had my pocket picked three times in my life! Funny, I don't think I look like an easy "mark", but......

Do NOT let the mood get you - I'm determined not to either. I can do it and you can too. What has changed in the last day or so that might be bringing you down? Whatever it is - what does it have to do with you eating habits? Probably nothing. I have been thinking lately, I do better when I'm able to SEPARATE things in my life. I mean by that-why does my eating have to reflect my mood in any way? I can still be in a bad mood,or anxious or sad or angry and still eat right, can't I? I've been asking myself that. Why does my mood dictate how I eat anyway? One thing doesn't really have to do with the other, UNLESS we choose for it to, right? I am going to work to choose food based on health - not mood (again yes). I wish I didn't havae to stay so well aware of it, but apparently I do! Have a good day HOP! Hope I didn't get on too big a soapbox here!! LOL!

Great breakfast! Hope the rest of your day has gone as well =) Yes, oatmeal with cinnamon is my new favorite in the morning! Especially in the bitter cold months! YUM! Healthy eating is something I strive for. I just feel better at the end of the day and so does my body. You eat very healthy as well! Best way to go! =D

i am busy. and forgot my wallet after paying for some takeout....had to drive all the way back realizing that's where i last had it...lol. at least it's back!

gym was sucky. i had no energy despite caffeine and snack. did 30 min cardio and abs.

breakfast: 300 cal. good.

snack: 400 total or so.good.

lunch at cafeteria:almost around 600...no clue, just a guess. healthy.

snacks around 150 more. good.

dinner: gordita fresco style ...need to look up. around 300.., tofu 200, jello around 100

total: around 2200-2250 good.

bed early probably.

have a wonderful day everyone...exercise: will be cardio - elliptical, bike, and treadmill, maybe some abs also.

felt a little anxious this morning...

breakfast: 300 healthy.

snack: bar? 150

lunch: at hospital: 500 all healthy

snack: stuff. 150, gym: drinks 60

dinner: good.  400.

total cal: 1560. wahoo!

BED EARLY.

gym: will be lots of weights/some cardio/back and abs/pushups...did it ALL.

I AM SO HAPPY WITH THIS DAY. WOW!

TOTAL CAL AROUND 1550-1600.

THEN, I WAS SOOOOOO TIRED. WENT TO THE GYM ANYWAY. WAS ON A CHALLENGING ELLIPTICAL MACHINE THAT I USUALLY DON'T USE FOR....ONE HOUR! WOW....

OK, I'M ON A HIGH. I DO NOT WANT TO F--- IT UP. SO, I REALIZE I'M FEELING VERY "UP" RIGHT NOW AND I WILL KEEP IN THE BACK OF MY MIND THAT I DON'T WANT A DOWN.

GOT IN FRUITS AND VEGGIES AS WELL AS A GOOD AMOUNT OF CARBS...LOW ON THE FAT WHICH I DO NEED MORE OF.

I AM DOING GOOD. AND I WILL REACH MY GOALS THIS MONTH/YEAR. I WILL PROVE IT TO MOST IMPORTANTLY, MYSELF.

WOW.

SO PROUD I AM MAKING BETTER CHOICES.

FEELING SOOOO GOOD.

TOMORROW WILL BE GOOD...MUST GO TO BED EARLY.

Just reading this entry has lifted my spirits. So, thank you, because i've been a bit of a grouch lately! And you know what? I have the same highs and lows as you do. I enjoy my highs to the fullest, because I know they won't last forever and I need to squeeze every moment out of them, save it up in a bottle, and open it up every so often so that I remember in those 'down' moments that there will be better days. Enjoy your high!

gym: almost 2 hours of 35 min cardio, the rest weights, pushups, back, abs, and stretching. can't ask for more.

good morning. its 19 degrees this morning and WINDY! very windy! i've already been out, around 8am to pick up the paper, drop off some clothes to donate in one of those bins, and then food shop for just a few items. feeling slightly anxious and bingy...the week is about to start! i have some lessons to teach and then vacation will pretty much be over! that's quite alright. can't be on vacation forever, but that would be a wonderful wish!

breakfast: oatmeal and yogurt: 300, some juice 20

snacking during lessons: 3 coffees/teas large with probably a cup of milk in each! 400, snickers marathon bar 150

snack before gym: snickers marathon bar, rest of a tea, and half a diet coke. 150

late dinner: soup, steamed veggies, sliced carrots, microwave meal, jello: around 500

total cal: around 1500. lovely day.

bed early.

thankfully the weather held out today and wasn't too terrible. it was actually the pretty kind of snow that looks wonderful coming down and doesn't even stick to the ground. :) sounds like you had a great day too. hey, how do those snickers marathon bars taste? any good? how many calories? look at me, 1,000 questions! haha have a great day tomorrow :)

Great day on calories and workout! I wish vacation could last forever too. Thanks for your encouraging comment you left yesterday. I know how you feel about carrying weight on a short frame, I am only 5'3 and 211, but hopefully that will change :)

***I weighed in last night after not weighing for probably over a month, maybe two months, and i weighed around 136-137...but after lots of food. so, i know if i weighed in the morning i would be about 135. so my weight is actually accurate. nothing wrong with 135 to start the year!  I can tell you that in a few months, I will not be in the 130s anymore!***

breakfast: 340.

snack: similiar to breakfast: 320.

lunch: 550

snack: 250 cookies, apple

snack:  150, jello 100

1710...

dinner: i was planning on going out...then not...then going...then not...ended up not.  talked to a good female friend for like an hour and a half and promptly fell asleep!

exercise: will be cardio 45 min and abs/back.

new year, new me in 2010. i will be the person i want to be, inside and out. and i look foward to sharing my progress here on DD.

Good morning! Jan 1st, 2010...

8:00 breakfast: oatmeal/yogurt: 320 :-)...back to sleep lol.

11:30 2nd breakfast: same thing: 260....caffeine: 20 more: 280

snacking: different vitamin waters and stuff like that at the gym: 150

dinner: tons of tofu, small fries, salad, jello: 600. :-)

150 milkshake at night.

total cal: 1500. beautiful. i couldn't have asked for a more complete day.

exercise: a LONG time at the gym. at least two hours. weights, abs, 30 min elliptical, 10 min bike. i am happy.
