including dinner: 2050 overall....

late snack:

gym: 30 min cardio, and all the weights, back, abs :-)     NO GYM.

I am looking foward to the gym. I took a whole week off and feel silly about that.

2nd breakfast: dunkin donuts croissant with cheese

snack: large coffee w. lots of milk: 150

snack: bar 190  lara bar, cookies and cream.

snack: another bar, snickers marathon: 210

dinner: fries from checkers, cut up celery sticks, and a pizza hut pizza. diet orange soda.

the end...rather, goodnight!
no gym since last monday. hopefully this monday, tomorrow, i'll get back into it. i didn't have the energy. i was teaching lessons 11-5 straight and i couldn't build up enough energy to see myself being productive at the gym. hopefully i'm done being so exhausted. Last week I felt like I could hardly move....?

so, with that, my gym bag has been waiting for me to use it, in my car. So, Monday looks like it would be a good gym day. I plan on 1/2 hour cardio and weights/back/abs...or at least 1/2 hour cardio...weight machines may be very full.

many errands, visiting grandma for lunch, lessons till 6pm...great....

not really enough time for the gym...i may not even go...we'll see. still tired and i slept a lot...

pooped. again. movie, then sleep early....getting up early, maybe, to get to the gym...haha. otherwise, sleeping late, and gym late...i like this better! we'll see!

ha, no gym since last monday...i need to get back into it. the main reason is because i was in MAJOR pain last week. my ankle was throbbing all week. it's finally better. i think it's because of the massage i had monday. my ankle couldn't handle it!

total: 4650, ice cream 5,000...and fruit. total: 5300 or so. blah.

yay. NO binges in the past seven days! wahoo. i can do this. I know i can!  :-)

Taking ONE day at a time...

up early to study at school.

early breakfast: grapefruit 120, oatmeal 150 with milk 50, and yogurt 100: 420 :-)

snack: bar...and coffee? 350

lunch: at hospital: subway 700

snacks: bars, drink: 330

dinner: taco bell 350, yogurt 100, apple 100: 550

total: 2350. ok. :-) goodnight.

today i will get an ankle massage! yea! it should help my tendonitis which i've had for many years now due to a snowboarding accident a long time ago.  i'm fine, but sometimes it causes too much pain so i'm getting it massaged. $26 for a half hour....perhaps i'll ask also for my back as part of the half hour....

exercise: will be some cardio after the massage!

bed, trying for going to bed as early as will be possible!

Congrats on 1 week without binging! That's awesome =) You're right, you CAN do this and it is definitely a one day at a time journey, but it's possible! Keep it up!

wow, i really enjoy the "acoustic sunrise" music on the radio. so light and pleasant in the morning. slightly emotional, especially this Adam Lambert song..."what do you want from me...."   :-)

breakfast: warm cereal 160 made with milk 90, golden raisins 130, butter 80, cinnamon, and plain greek yogurt 100 to have on the side: 560 :-) tasty.

snacks: coffees and bars: 660

dinner: taco bell 350, ice cream 300...maybe something else too...

dessert haha...? buttery popcorn and red peppers: 440

total: 2310. good.

exercise: weights, abs, pushups...20 min elliptical, 20 min bike.

later, i'll be drinking tonight in NYC on a rooftop of a hotel for a friend's bday...something different for a change!!!  free drinks...but i will probably stick to light beers...ehh, we'll see...maybe my usual is better which malibu and diet coke, yea....that sounds better!
