Sore all over, in a good way I guess!, from a wonderful weekend. Lots of walking along the shoreline yesterday.

i was gonna exercise, but didn't feel like it...ended up sitting around, having a snack, large one, and going to study at the library for the rest of the morning...

8am Breakfast: 3 light crackers 60, wrap 80, 2 yogurts mixed 260, and cherries 50: 450.

10am snack: ice cream, honey mustard pretzels, cake: 600

lunch and snacks...

total so far: 1710, good.

dinner: not more than 300.

total: 2010 yay!

exercise: cardio at the park.

lol, i can't believe i didn't finish logging in friday or saturday. Now, it's Sunday. Time is moving so fast!

ok, some of you may find this kinda weird. I was taking some naked pictures of myself, to see it from the camera's point of view i guess, and what I see is a need to lose weight for sure. I guess that makes sense as I've been eating really poorly lately as I try to study. I'm starting to get a bad pouch in my stomach area...So, I am working on this, as well as continuing my weights, abs, back routine...I'll get my body back...I am trying starting NOW.

early snack: 2 small fruits: 100 at most.

breakfast: some almond milk, 1.5 protein wraps: 200 total.

snack: greek yogurts 290, rest of the wrap 40: 330

lunch carrots 50, sandwich 300

dinner: cheesecake factory: 1200? i think this is an overestimate, but it works.

great day with christine!.

was feeling really hungry late at night, yogurt 130

2260 total. great! really, i'm happy with it!

exercise: 30 min bike ride in the AM, walking at the beach at least 1 hr but i think longer!

not weird at all, I wanted to do the same but.. I have too much weight and I will need a surgery so for me dressed photos are fine by now

I also agree...not weird... I haven't done it but I have definitely thought about it... I think I'm going to start doing it after the bar ... I also bought a true measuring tape and I'm going to record my measurements and weight daily... I think a photo log would definitely help too... to either inspire you that you don't look as bad as you think you do...or remind you that yes you need to lose weight! GOOD LUCK!

I don't think it's so odd to take pictures of yourself (naked or otherwise) to gain a better perspective of one's physical self. I do this for the back of my legs (esp. the knees), although for that, I do not have to be naked (so I'm not). Honestly, you're more normal than you think! ;-)

You are so right about the "guilt free" noodles alone YUCK! However I make put them in fat free low sodium chicken broth, i usually cook my chicken breasts for the week in the broth and it gives the broth a really good flavor,after removing the breasts I add the noodles to the broth and voila. Since I can have unlimited amounts of broth this is a great filler if I am feeling a litter hungry. I also made Mac and Cheese with the noodles as well and let me tell you it is a little slice of heaven..My friend gave me a recipe for Smoked turkey sausage Jambalaya using the "guilt free rice" I will let you know how it turns out.Have a good evening!

plan is to take a walk this morning and head over the library to study. then, have lunch. then, head back to the library to study...take a break....study....something like that.

snack: 2 yogurts, mixed together: one greek 2% plain and one low fat strawberry regular yogurt: 250

lunch: chicken sandwich 330 approx?, fruit 80, ices 100:510

tsf: 1090, more like 1150......great...  :-)  NOW LIBRARY to STUDY.

snack: starbucks  vivanno, 300?, pretzels 240, plums 80: 620, fine by me.

tsf: 1770, totally cool..

snacK lg iced coffee, bar: around 250

dinner:  beans and mostly egg whites around 250

snack: plum. 50

total: 2320, slightly over, oh well!

gotta complain: not a happy camper. studying is not going well,  and i'm starting to get somewhat nervous that i'm gonna have to push the test date even further into July...not good...

snack: ices 100

breakfast: bar 240

snack: bar 140

snack: chips 220

lunch: lots of sauteed mushrooms and tofu: 500?

snack: ices, diet coke, tons! 100

dinner: maybe 350, that would be estimating low, hopefully not more :(

snacking: more of the cole slaw...hoping it's not too much more than 200 more cal.

tsf: 2050....eh. didn't eat dinner yet...will want something....i HATE studying.

Hi and steady as she goes, HOP! Darn those bad dreams! They are just a manifestation of our fears. They don't come true. They just reveal our anxieties to us sometimes. You WILL PASS the test! Shake off that dream and don't let it derail you.

HAD A BAD DAY TODAY.  calories around 5,000 or more. i stopped counting mid-day.

woke up in the middle of the night, actually around 3-4am...bad dream about flunking a test i need to take! lol.

3am: 720 mostly carby foods.

9am: 200 in a bar before a 3 mi walk.

snack: cherries 100

lunch: cereal 200, pineapple cc 220, bran 40, lg banana 150, chocolate 100, peanut butter 200: 910 blah!

tsf: 1930 blech...oh, the glass of milk: 80

2020. so far.

lots of pretzels, ravioli (750 calories here alone), and other high cal things. having a VERY DIFFICULT time right now, with studying for this test. eating is absolutely insane.
