went to bed at 9:30. woke up at 6:30 still feeling like a bus hit me. it must be all this overeating...

breakfast: i wanted an orange, but my mom would not let me take one of the six we have....so i had some light juice....

second breakfast:biscuit, cheese, and coffee.

lunch: rest of my fish from sunday night.....and salad/veggies. healthy 300.

snacking: 400 over a period of 3 hours....it was sooo hard to warm up....and i needed energy for the gym!

dinner: moderatley healthy, but overdone...700 total.

exercise: fast weights exercise for a half hour.

total cal: 1950 or so. i was aiming for 1550. not possible right now...i'm too used to eating high cal.

exercise: not sure...i was thinking to do some weights but i'm probably gonna call it an EARLY night, come home early, bed early again. not feeling great. i have NO energy.

Progress as of today: 2 lbs lost so far, only 8 lbs to go!

Hope you feel better. Sometimes when I'm not feeling great, I force myself to move around/do some type of physical activities and it often makes me feel better (sometimes not:( Anyway, feel better soon.

Maybe you should read a book on overeating, and how to help it. It's good you have a normal weight but there's a problem around those thousands of calories plus...

I was bulimic when I was in highschool. I used to binge and then throw up. It was the only way to keep my weight down. Im not saying you are but its just your eating habits reminded me. Good luck and wish you well :)

glad i went to bed EARLY....as in 8:30pm.  I work up at 4:30 to do work purposely at that time. i'm a morning person and i'm more productive in the AM.

early 5am breakfast after shower: bran 60, fiber one 60, grapes 50, raisins 130, milk 120, coffee 50: 470.  wow, that's a lot...i guess raisins really do add a lot of calories.

snacks: mcdonalds 450

lunch: shakec 250, eng muffin 120, roasted mushrooms 70, roasted squash 200 total here: 640, yogurt 180, sweet potato fries 380 1200 total

tsf: 2120...today i plan on going over calories...muffin and cauliflower 320...2440, nuts 680, more yogurt 180 960

snack: granola and drinks 250

dinner small pizza, bran, tofu, drink.

total cal: around 4400. day's over and a new day begins tomorrow!

exercise: probably steering clear of gym and going to the park,, but i'll bring my gym bag anyway in case i feel like going.

bed early probably.

it's amazing how the small things add up, like raisins and so on. why don't you try swapping the mcdonalds snack with some fruit, and divdeing the calories you would have at lunch with dinner, this should cut the calories down a bit. xoxo

breakfast: fiber one 200, milk 130, raisins 150, muffin with butter 140: 620

snack: yogurt w. added canned fruit: 180

snacks: 450 calories worth: included items during the morning/early afternoon: large coffee, mountain dew diet, two marathon stickers bars 300., fuze drink

at the gym: lots of zero calorie waters (3 of them)

dinner: healthy. around 550

total: 1800 or so. great! :-) especially bc i was feeling so bingy today. so i'm glad that didn't happen! :-)

exercise: slacked on the cardio....and a bit on the weights. i did them both, but not as hard as i wanted to. i was tired and went home after a bit.

probably bed earlier, i'm feeling so wiped out lately.

lunch: 300 healthy.

more for bran 50.

snack: coffee more! 100 and sucking candies 50: 150

dinner: out at a fish place. no clue what i want....we shall see! probably gonna choose something healthy, but not so low cal that i'm not satisfied...

total cal: not more than 2250. great day.

so, yeah. i'm feeling really fat lately. but, then i just went to look in the mirror. and overall, i'm NOT really that bad.  In two months I can be super. I always do badly when i start saying "in two months..." It is not good to try to make a short term goal if it's too hard to keep.

so, i will have to keep on keeping on. what does that mean? well, it means i need to continue with the gym and try to manage my time better so that by summer i can be looking and feeling good....which pretty much means a lot better than i do at the moment.

but, how will i prevent these binges from getting the best of me??? i will try my absolute best.  but i hate rules, so really there are no rules i want to enforce lol. i will just try this: jackie's attempt to stay calm and focussed even under pressure. :-) think this can work. i need to think OUTSIDE the box. and not "i graduate school in two months and i want to look good for that..." bc that doesn't work.

4:45am breakfast: 650 good ones.

7-11am snacking: coffee, mucha coffee 150

11am snack: bar 150

2:00 snack: granola 200

4:00 late lunch: carrots 120, tofu 150, roll w. butter 150: 420.

1570. feeling really fat lately. ugh...definitely a possibility that i'm over 135....grrrr.  i keep thinking about it even though i'm trying to just move on with myself!!!!

dinner: probably around 500-600. all very healthy veggies/beans.

total today around 2,000. and it feels great to say that. totally healthy, not deprived. how it should be.

exercise so far: walk at the park, maybe another later. 1.5 miles so far....went back to the park, total was 4 miles! good.

good morning.

breakfast: 450 calories. fiber one, milk, yellow raisins. not totally satisfied. i'll buy some decaf coffee later for sure. need to take a walk, i feel so bloated - just in general not from breakfast.

i hope all of you are doing good today.

:-) exercise i hope to get to the gym to do both a little cardio and lots of weights.  i've slacked on the gym this week due to my schedule and chooosing sleep over gym.

cal up to dinner: 1350.

dinner: large but tasty? 1150 calories.

total: 2500. fine with me.

wednesday was a busy day yesterday. ate a wide variety of foods, 2200 cal.

not much exercise. but definitely some movement working/school at the hospital.

taught 3 music lessons later in the evening.

got home around 9:15pm. long day!

dinner: chalupa 350, some bran and carrots 100, too much pb 250 and a yogurt 150: 850 alright.

around 2700. ok.
