breakfast: 480, around 500 cal. good. fiber one, almond milk, protein bar.

snack: DECAF coffee, bar.

lunch: tuna & brown rice 330...and either english muffin or boss' food...he brings things...600 total

snack: lots of fruit 150 maybe more...

dinner: 400 approx. veggies, yogurts, warm cereal.

exercise: tired, but will do something...cardio 45 or 50 min worth..

total 1900 cal. perfection.

 

 

Progress as of today: 11 lbs lost so far, only 9 lbs to go!

snack strawberries 100, breakfast fiber one and almond milk 220, protein bar 180: 500. good.

snack: bar....tea??? maybe decaf?

lunch: sardines in olive oil on roll....yup. and seaweed salad...yup.

dinner: not sure...REALLY STRANGE...SEAWEED SALAD IN A PITA, TONS OF STRAWBERRIES 350 TOTAL WHICH IS AWESOME.

snack: protein bar, small piece fruit...am i gonnna get sick from protein bars??? :(

2050 total cal.

ohhh man, I could have slept even MORE wow, but the alarm woke me and I need to get to my final bootcamp class! :-)  I think I went to bed around...11pm?? woke up around 7.  I will def be trying to hit the pillow EARLY tonight....like 8pm, earlier if possible but it's not lol.

BOOTCAMP WAS AMAZING....and the owner told me about the awesome summer program deal...I signed up. Saturdays & Sundays in the AM for an hour each day....wow, it is an awesome, very challenging class...and I'm hooked, at least for the next TWELVE weeks!!!! yay!!!! (one weekend i'll be in Toronto...so the next 13 weeks, lol...)  So, if this bootcamp doesn't help me change my body, seriously, nothing will....I am gonna get exactly where I need to be, and prove to myself anything's possible....

breakfast: fiber one and almond milk 300, protein bar 200.  good.

snacking: fruit and lots of it (including a large banana) 300

lunch: egg whites on a roll, celery sticks 300

snack: 100 calorie itlalian chocolate flavor ice :-)

dinner: at diner: massive turkey burger, different grilled veggies, healthy stuff!, fruit. 850 maybe 900. probably not.

total: 2100 perfect.

exercise: hour bootcamp, walking at beach. perfect couldn't have asked for anything better today.

feeling a bit exhausted, hungover. I didn't drink, did have an energy drink yesterday though.... I need more sleep!

10am: last hour bootcamp class from my Amazon two week deal :-)  next week bikram yoga :-)

breakfast: peach, fiber one with almond milk, protein bar: 500. good.

1:30 lunch: 1050.;

5:30 snack: fruit and big fruit/nut bar: 320

dinner: fiber one and almond milk 220, 2 protein bars 320

total: 2410, believe me, that's good. happy with it.

fell asleep for almost 2 hours this afternoon after lunch...went out for a 3 mi jog later in the afternoon and it was great. going to bed early, so i can feel 100% tomorrow. it was a rough week.

since i missed last night's bootcamp, the owner was so nice and actually asked me if I wanted to go Sunday monring too!!! I didn't even ask, presuming if i missed it, i'll go today and it would be the final class. she was so nice to me....and i took her up on the offer. so tomorrow will be my last bootcamp...and who knows!?..maybe she has done her job well...I think I will try to come back time to time, when i can, when time permits and within reason, it is expensive.

late night: veggies & protein bars oh my! 600.

exercise: 1.5 hr slow walk :-) fine.

breakfast: egg whites 120, yogurt 100, english muffin with butter 200. 420, good.

snack: bar....tea??? or coffee?

lunch: chicken breast, some salad, soup? bread?

I worked 12.5 hours: 7AM to 7:30PM.....angry bc i will NOT get enough sleep tonight.  got home around 8pm...then had to get clothes for the gym, got there around 8:15 left around 9:15, late snack at 9:30 or so. Tomorrow will be easy...boss is actually taking a day off...and I'm not working a minute extra.

calories: 2250....eh.

exercise: hour cardio, some easy some hard.

got out of the meeting really early...and I got to the train station just in time for a train that was about to leave in less than 5 min! amazing. So, home around 4pm..wonderful.

calories through the end of the meeting: 1400.

4pm EARLY DINNER: chips and veggies: 350 :-) and two greek yogurts. 200.

snack: 360 (protein bars - 2)

2310, good.

exercise: so far, relatively a little bit (like one mile total) walking in city, bike ride to and from train station at my house 20 min.

1.5hrs weights but I may take a nice nap first!!!!!!

and it was nice to read on the train this morning and afternoon. a really lovely day - I should definitely be able to catch up on some sleep tonight. weights tonight....need to be at work at 7am...almost forogt! punishment for being out of the office at a meeting for two days....LOL.

breakfast: 350.

really interesting day today, especially after the meeting...it was in NYC, a break from my usual queens destination.  my friend met me after work and we went to dinner...had a very nice time in the city with her, even though it was a short time. i got home at 8pm and went to exercise for about an hour. now home and going to bed really soon!

food: before dinner calories were about 1400...

dinner: too much, although everything healthy, but still too much...maybe around 800 hopefully not too much more :(....

2200 today? maybe slightly over that. but worth it for eating healthy, seeing a friend, and having a good day.

exercise: hour cardio, plus some extra walking in the city :-D
