binged last night close to midnight on around 2000 calories in one sitting - from low blood sugar and exhaustion/lack of sleep during the week.  i was trying to stay up and read because that's what i really wanted to do, but i guess i really needed sleep. I ended up getting hungry.

4:45am breakfast: corn muffin 150 and yogurt 180

7am snack: bar 170

 9am wheat bran pita 200

9:45 bar 230

10:00 jello 20 need to watch myself today i am still out of sorts.... :-(  working too much has got me totally messed up from the lack of sleep. if i slept more, i'd lose the weight and stop this nasty binge cycle.

lunch: 600

snack: drink 60

snack: 2 sugary snack bars 390

2000. 3500 cal

aiming for around 2500 today.

so, by looking at my weight chart, i've noticed that this year i did well. weight stabilizing to a lower weight, healthier than when i weiged 135.  Now, I need to get a move on, make some changes, try to prevent the infrequent but damaging binges, that are preventing me from reaching the teens. I would like to reach 119 in a couple months, maybe 3 months...more sleep should also help...

breakfast: bran and yogurt,

snack: bar, coffee

lunch:salad,chicken, cooked corn/peas

snack: fruit/veggies/seltzer

dinner:

2300. something inside me clicked wrong,i binged from exhaustion, lonliness and boredom. 4500 or so, extra 2300 cal or so.

thank god it's the weekend.

4 mi jog/walk.

I would KILL to be 124 right now! Unless you are 4'11" I'm guessing it's a good weight for you. LOL But good luck in your endeavors :-)

I have you by an inch! I am 40 and weighed in at 143 and the doctor told me my BMI of 25 was "perfect" and I told him I wanted to drop more weight and he said, "That's called body dismorphyc disorder." I'm still guessing you are gorgeous at 124 ;-)

You know, I don't ever remember being 124. I think I skipped over that sometime when I was about...oh....14 or 15. Have a great jog tomorrow and a fabulous weekend!!!

750...breakfast around 500 snack around 250

lunch: 600 at most...mostly chicken, veggies

snack: 400...mostly good carb pita bread and some veggies

snack: 200 protein bar

total: 1950.

exercise: weights 45 min, treadmill/stairs 40 min.

long day. bed too late, but then i wouldn't have gone to the gym. very thankful i did!

splurged on tasty high fiber/protein bars after dinner. is ok though!

2250 cal, nice.

exercise: hour of bike/jogging/walking.

goodnight all...still need to get much more sleep!

5:45am breakfast: oatmeal 140, yogurt 120, banana 120: 380.

Snacking: bars? decaf coffee?

lunch: chicken, lemon garlic sauteed spinach, (Boston Market all week - i bought an entire chicken and 3 large sides to last the week...when you put it in good tubberware/glassware even the chicken lasts....all week) hahaha ...and bread

snack: apple very small, strawberries seltzer

dinner:

bed!

around 2250. good.

exercise: good, hour cardio and a lil bit of pushups/bicep curls to motivate me when i got to the gym. i love working out around the men!

745: snack of two protein bars, 340, followed by 8:45 breakfast: oatmeal, yogurt, banana, milk: 410.

11am snack: fiber bar 130

tsf: 880, good.

lunch:  salad with tuna, some pastrami just a little, strawberries...the crust of my grandma's sandwich lol.

1450 before dinner.

dinner: 750 at most.

around 2200, good.

exercise: nice, 3 mi walk/jog, bike ride for about 25 min, weights for one hour.

nice, big breakfast: 660.

 so far lots of healthy stuff, a little bit much, but totally good.

1580 cal, 4pm.

maybe around 2300-2400 cal. good.

exercise: 4 mi walk, some jogging but mostly walking. easy day.

worked 8-6. went home before the gym, trying to get a nap in and then heading over to the gym...trying not to eat the whole house! lol.

calories before gym: 1700, good. extra bar...maybe i will also have a little bit of energy drink...

weights, slow cardio.

snack after gym: 450?

2150.
