healthy breakfast: tons of water with chocolate stevia (at least 5 cups), yogurt with some pepper tapanade spread 130, 2 tortillas (light) 100, egg whites 150: total: around 400. very good.

snack: bar, coffee 250

lunch: healthy sauteed greens, leftovers.., salmon, tortillas probably. tea. some other food from coworkers 750 total

snack: fruit, avocado and veggie wrap... 300.

dinner: healthy, but overloaded with grilled veggies (way over one pound!, maybe over two pounds), small piece of salmon, small 50 cal tortilla...maybe 800 cal.

total around 2500, was worth it.

exercise: over an hour run/walk AND 25 min hardcore stairclimber!

BED :-) So i can enjoy the 4th of July!

around 2100 today. good.

staying up a tad late bc i wanted to get in weights, in addition to cardio...and i got home very late from work, at 8pm.

Good Morning!

Got maybe 7.5 hours sleep, better.  I woke up bc the other people I'm living with were up, may go back to sleep soon though, after I put away this laundry...

9am Breakfast: fruit, 100, yogurt w. pumpkin 150: 250., lots of water with chocolate stevia.

10:30am snacks: more of the yogurt and pumpkin 200

12:00pm snack: iced decaf, extra milk:100

2pm lunch: lots of veggies/avocado wrapped in rice paper (maybe like 200 or so) two light roll up wraps 100, more of the yogurt/pumpkin bc i'm lazy, don't wanna cook or prepare another type of protein...150: 450, fabulous

5:30pm snack/early dinner with grandma: 700 or so?

8:45pm snack:300

exercise: not in the mood, actually, but I will get there...maybe a jog around my town? , and weights tonight after visiting grandma. jogged 30 min in 95 degree weather, felt really good to have nice cool water after and relax, later a 3 mi walk in the evening.

2000 calories. good day.

I weighed myself the other day on an early morning, very empty stomach...was the same weight as what is listed here...wow. but, once again, I may have been slightly dehydrated.  still, that's good news, the weight, that is.  It means I only have approximately 10 lbs to go to reach an ultimate goal of mine before turning 30, 115 lbs...

5am early morning breakfast: bar 170

breakfast: yogurt w/ cinnamon and (canned) pumpkin 150, pita 140, salad and egg whites/chicken: 200: around 500 :)

1100 morning snacks...

1300 after lunch, good.

1450 snack, quite hungry/snacky today, i think bc i'm tired..

overate a little today, partially bc i was up from 5am-midnight...

maybe like 2600-2700 cal.

exercise: a total of 1hr 45 min biking, 25 min jog.

breakfast: egg whites 120, pita 140, yogurt w/ pepper tapanade mixed in 160 420 total good!

snack: yeah, coffee, protein bar  260

lunch: chicken 300?, pita or two (100/200), veggies 100 600, good.

1280 or so, good. actually, was 1350...added in some other things..

snacking: 200 in fruits on way to gym...plus iced coffee 50..

snack after working out with weights: 150 protein shake

snack after late walk: 2 protein bars, was hungry 340

total: 2100, good...

exercise: hour walk, over an hour weights. decent.

Good Morning. I've been up since 3:00am with insomnia.  Went for a jog from 5:10-5:40.  I'm stressed bc I've had late nights with work/meeting Mon, Tues, Wed and I haven't slept well all week including Sunday because of this...

Sleep is important, I'm trying, but it's NOT possible to get sleep sometimes when I want to exercise after work when I have to work overtime...

Breakfast: big wrap 250 with chicken 250 and plain greek yogurt with a oil/pepper spread mixed in (very satisfying) 160: 660. fine.

snack: coffee for sure....protein bar. 250?

lunch: green beans/almonds 80, chicken, a lot, 300?, pita bread 100 200, pickles. 500. that's it....not taking boss' food today....

1410-1450 approx. ended up closer to 1600 after lunch...ok...

snack: blueberries, seltzer, protein shake, pickled cauliflower, a large tomato, (leftovers i had at work) 350...

dinner: i have no clue and don't wanna think about it right now...350, two protein bars.

2300, total....good considering i was up since 3am...........!

exercise: half hour in AM bc i couldn't sleep, thank god i did it now i can sleep earlier!, and about 40 min in PM...mostly bike, some walking.

My Adult Life Weight Fluctuations:

17yrs-20 yrs...weight gain. 110lbs-130lbs This issue begins senior year of high school lasting my first 2 yrs of college and has continued ever since....

20yrs-21yrs Weight Loss 130lbs-105lbs Junior and Senior Years of College (lots of mainly good stress, important classes and performances(

21yrs-24yrs Weight Maintenance 110lbs Senior Year of college, first 3 years as a music teacher (lots of usually healthy stress, decent jobs)

24yrs-26yrs - Weight Gain 115lbs-140lbs at times.. hired as a Teaching Assistant, not teacher (despressed, low salary), Xray school first year (change of lifestyle in a bad way, needing to study again at home/procrastinating, binging during studying/before studying)

26yrs-27Years - small weight loss, not enough, starting to maintain at a lesser weight, but not lowest weight 130lbs/135lbs Xray school second year/teaching music lessons, working as a substitute teacher (After a summer trip to Israel, I lost a little weight & getting used to the xray program, I began to mesh with life better and eat better, binge less)

27-29 Weight Maintenance while at this current job (lots of stress, first year...desire to look good/give a good presentation of my apperance at work), sometimes weightloss, but holding onto extra weight despite my gym/exercise efforts due to a sedentary job and big but thankfully very infrequent binges... I started at 27 around 135 and slowly got to 130 at 28...even getting back down to 124 at age 29...but recent binging has brought me to around 128....need to get back on track more...Would like to be 115-119 again.... (working in an office desk job, no physical activity during the day at all)  second year on the job has been depressing, but i know i don't want to go back to weightgain and i'm doing mostly everything to counteract that. MY MAJOR BATTLE RIGHT NOW IS NOT GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP, WORK HOURS ARE TOUGH AND MAKE FITTING IN THE AMOUNT OF EXERCISE THAT I NEED TO BE A REAL PROBLEM FOR ME.

yeah...not great sleep Sunday night, and then activities Monday & Tuesday night after work....I am pooped and it's only Wednesday. I'd love to tell my boss that I'd like to leave on time, at 4:30...but can't/...my face is clear at the moment, but if I keep stressing myself and missing sleep, it won't last...

breakfast: pita bread big 250, yogurt 100, spread 70, deli meat chicken 80: 500.

breakfast worked out good...gonna do this similiarly tomorrow...

calories before i left work, 1500.

snacking before gym: protein shake 150, coffee 50, lots of blueberries 120: 320 or so.

snacking after gym: two protein bars 340.

total: 2160,not great....COCONUT WATER IN MIDDLE OF NIGHT...2250 TOTAL. OK.

exercise: 1 hr and like 15 min cardio, biking mostly.

fun breakfast: lots of peppermint tea w/ stevia, smoothie made with ice, little almond milk, greek yogurt, very healthy variety of Vega Vanilla Chai protein shake, some warmed bran crackers: 320.

snack: protein bar, coffee? 210

lunch: really fun lol....chicken breast, tomatoes, salad, seaweed salad, tasty new herb flavored pita bread: 650/700....

1250 or so...

snack: blueberries: like 250 at least...

1500...

snack:

exercise: planning on a walk/jog if the weather is nice at the park late tonight after the meeting which is after work

schedule: work 8-5, drive to meeting in different part of Queens, NY which lasts from 6-7 or so, exercise at the park on the way home, home.

long, not so great food-wise day. it was primarily healthy foods, but just too much eating. total cal around 2300..

exercise: 30 min cardio, 45 min weights.

last night i slept poorly...got home late after the gym after only doing 40 min cardio there...not a good way to start this week....but staying happy, actually...

2000 cal, i would have liked less, but this is good despite. busy day and i wanted to go to bed satisifed, not hungry or with any appetite, so instead of one protein bar, i had two (approx 200 for each one).

mostly healthy. but 4 protein bars whoa...one as a morning snack, one after work at 6...and two before bed. i know it's too much.

exercise: minimal, 40 min cardio.

worked 8am-6pm. appt from 7:15-8pm. gym 8:15-9pm.

breakfast: protein bars (2) will try to stay away from them for the remainder of the day. 340.

snack: will be a nice smoothie! piece if watermelon, then, smoothie made with vanilla chai vega mix, canned pumpkin, vanilla almond milk, ice: 220 nice!

lunch: salad i believe, with tons of roasted veggies, chicken. tofu 700..

snack: fruit? iced decaf with extra skim milk 100

exercise: morning walk bike ride half hour; afternoon 3 mi jog, gym for weights for a little over an hour.

dinner: a nice 200 cal onion pita bread, 2 yogurts 200, pickles also, 20 more. total 440, great.

calorie total, also great: 1800, brava to me, well done!

bed early.
