Breakfast: 650, healthy.

snack: 150

lunch: 650

1450 = super...

2250 = perfect.

exercise: at least walking 6 miles and maybe more...some was planned and some was at the mall.

Happy Friday, Day Off!!!

...gonna get active after a do some reading...this weekend goal: stay outside, be happy, have lots of vegetables and healthy food around for good choices. Thanksgiving is over, no more cake till another celebration, time to get BACK ON TRACK...no binging, just eating to be full and satisfied and for energy...

I will spend these 3 days in the best of ways, staying active and with friends. A happy day off :-)  I used to use days off so poorly, before this job, and now I am learning to spend them for the better....

so although i don't have many plans, i do plan to be active outdoors...

6am: Breakfast: a type of fiber cereal cold, with almond milk: 310, bar 210: total 520, excellent. i was tempted to have pie, but why!? Thanksgiving was yesterday ;-)

9am: 2nd breakfast: yogurt, pita bread, california amy's veggie burger, some roasted veggies with olive oil: 460, great!

980, fantastic.

11am sheeeettttt....but at lunch, actually 11am, i gave in to temptation: 2100 calories just here...

1:30pm snacking: kombucha and peanut butter 300...

3pm: snacking: chips 200

and dinner was around 500-600

and 200-300 cal snack.

total: 4500, not terrible, but i know i can't continue this way either!!! moving foward, for real, at least dinner was healthier tonight than what I ate the rest of the day...

my goals remain.  I will be a cop one day in the NYPD and maybe push to get into the Nassau County Police Department if I can one day....I am taking the Long Island police exam early December. If I ever had the opportunity to get into the PO Department for my county, I'd hop in a flash on it! But NYPD will be a dream, as well.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone :-)

5:30am breakfast: protein bar, fiber one and almond milk: 470.

9am snack: small apple 80.

9:10am: hour jog/walk...

10:20: late breakfast, similiar to above 450.

1:30 snack: kale chips 150, kombucha 60: 210, later a bar.

total so far: 1210, good!

1420 before dinner

healthy dinner, but a lot: maybe 1100 calories.

dessert: baked apple 180?, 1 piece pie 400, another piece of pie: at least 400: 1000 for dessert.

total: 3500, not bad...if i'm estimating correctly that is....and also a bar around 4am. 250 more...

yesterday and today: extra consumtion: around 2500, not terrible, easy to burn....just staying positive :-)

Weight this morning: 121.5.... (and I gained less than i thought...)

4:50am: tea and half an avocado: 150.

very healthy breakfast: 400

550 so far, good.

snacks: coffee, bar: 300

850...

lunch:

2450 before gym.

2850 total.

not great, not terrible.

exercise: hour walk/jog, some weights.

almost weighed myself, but clothes are a good judge, too :-)  probably around 123 lbs now.

500 cal breakfast :-) .....

around 2300, good.

exercise: 5 mi jog.

perfect day.

Happy to hear you had a nice evening out with your friend as well as having a really short work week :) Yayyy! I noticed that you eat cooked cranberries, I have an extra bag(it was BOGOF at the store) so my question for you is how do you cook your cranberries? Do you eat them hot or cold?

early meal: 3am: 2 bars, 400.

6:30am breakfast: fiber one and almond milk, bar, 450.

9am in a bingy mood, i think i am nervous, gonna attempt 2 hot yoga classes in a row, totaling 3 hours with about an hour break inbetween... 200 cal protein bar.

snack: lots of cooked cranberries 200.

big lunch: tons of cooked veggies, some sauces, dark meat chicken, pita bread: just a guess, maybe more, but saying 600.

total so far: 1850, calories will be a lil high today...is ok, nothing i can do so much now...

dinner: overall calories no more than 2500, i did good! :-)

going to the city tonight to celebrate a friend's 30th bday for dinner at 6...i am so happy it's gonna be an extra SHORT week haha, happy thanksgiving!....

...but i will try to be as healthy as i sorta can tonight...as long as i like whatever it is i order! at least i've eaten lots of fruit/veggies, right??? must get back on track, but at least what i ate has been healthy, just a lil too much.

gonna be a beautiful weekend. yoga in the morning and evening...and some walking in the afternoon. i cooked veggies last night, too. food is already mostly bought for the week. everything is done. even laundry, lol, for now!

lunch: sardines, pita, lots of cooked veggies 550.

total: 1110

healthy eating.

around 2250 cal. :-)

full weights, some abs, some cardio (around a half hour, but 15 minutes were pretty hard!)

2250 cal. would have been lower, but was i guess too hungry after a great jog.

exercise: long jog (at least 4mi - maybe more like 5.5mi) and a few leg weight exercises at the gym (i was running to and from the gym with extra running added into the mix...!)
