2350 today. no regrets.

45-50 min of cardio exercise.

i was really beat, but got to the gym and did my thing. this is very important to me - to continue no matter what.

I will reach my goal by my 30th birthday, 9/9/12.  why not?  I have ample time, summertime! the best time for cold drinks and weightloss.

115...is my ultimate goal.

right now i'm in the upper 120's, close to 130 but not there..

so, 10 lbs? i can do it, just one lb or so a week....let me get there! I know I can do it if I put my mind to it, especially weekdays....weekends i will not be so strict, you can't be all the time, not me anyways....

that's why keeping up exercise is sooo important, with a damn desk job........

1700 calories today, and all healthy...really. wow. good carbs, veggies, fruits, protein. wow - proud of myself hehe.

exercise: biking to and from gym with a little extra, around 30-40 min and full weights for about one hour there.

i burned a good extra 500 today yay...

so this week so far, I burned 1500 cal, about 1/3 lb...and i am gonna totally be weighing in the teens for my bday...but small steps, since i am really good at screwing up (getting scared of the change!? of getting out of my comfort zone..) when i almost get there!

got basically a full night of sleep, finally! :-)  or close to it, lol. fell asleep while reading a book, and i needed sleep way more than the book...so this is good.

i may do weights tonight at the gym, but prob just biking after work today.

breakfast: tea, bran crackers that i warmed and softened and then spread my yogurt/pumpkin/cinnamon/choc stevia on top of: 300 cal, great.

snack: bar, tea. 200

lunch: same as mon/tues: 600 at most. 50 more for orange slices from boss.

snack: fruit, SELTZER... 150 at most.

dinner: 700, a bit much, but worth every drop...well, every bite of sauteed spinach, salmon, and chocolate protein bar. eww, but yes, good.

2000 cal. = success.

hour of biking around neighborhood/to gym, stairclimber at gym, 10 min treadmill walk/jog at gym...did the gym to break up the monotony of doing just the bike. it's a lot easier when i do mutliple cardio activities than just one and time goes much faster!

(burned around 1,000 cal since Monday = success....doing well again!)

really tired. monday was good, today was not as good.

calories before dinner: 1150.

biggish dinner, but mostly healthy: one full roasted acorn squash!!: 400?, hamburger roll with lox: 300.

total: 1850, good.

wanted to eat that full acorn squash, and who knows, maybe it's not as many calories as i thought. either way, good eating, no complaints, good calories. :-)

exercise: 4 mi jog/walk after work. half was jogged, half walked.

icelandic yogurts w canned pumpkin, cinnamon, chocolate stevia, ginger tea. 200. :-)

snack: bar. mostly protein and the healthiest, tastiest i could find. even has omega 3s and fiber...and chocolate flavor.

lunch: sauteed greens, tofu, 1/2 hamburger, some tomatoes, ketchup & mustard, pita

dinner/snack: fruit, big falafel ball from boss, vegetables

late snack: 4 leftover fresh from deli half sour pickles, lots of icelandic yogurt with extra pumpkin,cinnamon, some chocolate stevia...

1650.

full weights, took a break from cardio.

breakfast:2  icelandic (nice and thick and low calorie, better than greek if you can even imagine that!) yogurts, 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, lots of cinnamon, and chocolate stevia all mixed together, only 250 cal. and ginger tea with a stevia packet. pretty good breakfast for just 250 cal!

snack: protein shake?200

snacking: bran cupcakes, all 6 throughout the afternoon lol. 600

1050, good.

dinner bbq with family: 

total cal: around 2250, excellent for a bbq day with family and great food.

exercise: another very good: umm, like 2 mi in the am, then 3 mi more, then 1.5 in evening...at least 6.5 mi today :)

I didn't care for the Icelandic yogurt too much but it does sound yummy adding the pumpkin and cinnamon to it!!

breakfast: ginger tea, rest of the butternut squash soufflee 150, two icelandic yogurts 200, plum 50: 400.good.

2000 cal.

exercise: 3 mi walk, pilates trial (last one, i had a 3 class deal, was great!), 1/2 hour bike ride, 45 min weights. good.

called in sick, taking the day off after getting my wisdom teeth out last night...my best friend advised i don't drive much while taking pain killers but also she advised to relax and rest :-) R&R.  I think it's a great idea. lol. would you take the day off after getting your wisdom teeth out?

6:30am breakfast: 2 icelandic style yogurts with 1/2 cup canned pumpkin mixed in, cinnamon, chocolate stevia: 250 good stuff.

9:30 protein shake 160

11:00 sauteed squash, treat from a fancy food store, some freeze dried fruit 150

1:00 oops, forgot what i ate in the car on the way home: raspberries...100

1:30pm big late lunch, healthy: sauteed collard greens, tofu, microwaved portabella mushrooms (now sick of them for awhile!), pita bread then 2 yogurts lol. 760, ok.

6pm snack: protein shake 100

 late dinner: 8pm: a lot but decent for a weekend/day off: health salad 100, some seaweed salad 50?, yogurt 100, butternut squash soufflee 150, the eggplant rollettes that i love, but def more than 300 cal...maybe 450 at least! : 850, OK. smallish plum 30.

total: 1520 + 880 = 2400, fine.

exercise: 5 mi at park, some other walking during day. at least 5.5-6 mi today. good. tomorrow i may do weights, or wait until sunday am. relaxed weekend.

thanks for all your kind words! i recovered really well from the oral surgery!! :)

Hope you heal fast with minimal pain. I've been too scared to get my wisdom teeth extracted, oral surgery is horrifying to me. Feel better :-)

OK - did you really have to have oral surgery to get a day off??? LOL Can't belive you went to the gym after oral surgery, though! It's a good decision to stay home and rest today and take the day off work. I definitely would! Your boss would, too, I'll bet! Hope you feel better and the surgery is complication-free for you. Take care and REST UP!

6:30am Big breakfast: huge pita, lots of egg white, greek yogurt: 500. good.

9am/11am/12am snack: protein bar, tea. 250.

1pm lunch:canned salmon 160, salad, corn/peas seasoned mix 100, pita140. pickled stuffed eggplant from boss. 700

4pm snack: grapefruit 100

7pm dinner: protein shake 230

9:30pm snack: protein shake 170

3am hungry: protein shake 150

so i ended up, sorta spur of the moment, getting my two last wisdom teeth removed. i have been wanting to, but there were problems and complicaitons iwth the last oral surgeon i went to. this time, it worked out most perfectly - and they gave me an appt the day i called. really, really nice people. thankful for them.

got two wisdom teeth out after work, gonna take tomorrow off, you heard me right! my best friend suggested i don't drive while taking pain meds...and that i should rest up! i am taking her advice....

i DID go to the gym after having the teeth removed, made sure not to do too much to aggravate the stiches/mouth (like no fast motions like lower back work that requires my head being the lowest point and lifting my upper body back up, no sit ups)...i went to the gym bc i know i'll be in worse pain tomorrow, that i didn't wanna skip the workout, so tomorrow will be relaxed, prob just walking no jogging, a relaxed day.

calories: 2050, 2 protein shakes included one before gym and one after.

overall, a good day.  good to have tomorrow off to relax and recooperate properly. maybe get a massage, haha.

big dinner as i was feeling quite hungry, but moreso exhausted, left the park after a two mile walk, my ankle was throbbing...

big dinner, since i already had a 400 cal snack right before the two miles: my go-to of eggplnt rollettes with tomato sauce and a tofu type filling made by celentano: 350, pita 200, popcorn 100: 650.

2350, good.

goodnight. will be sleeping a lot tonight!
