Happy Monday Off!!!

5am/6am awake so early snacking: 3 clementines, kombucha: 200.

8:45am breakfast: greek yogurt 120, cottage cheese 110, oatmeal 200.: 420. and some bread with apple butter! nice. 200 more.

11am snacking: kombucha 60, candies 60.

12pm lunch: cottage cheese 110 and bran 120 w. soy and sunflower milks 80 (ran out of sunflower so had to use some soy...haha): 310

5pm snacking/6:30pm snacking: bran muffins 360

7pm dinner: microwave stuffed eggplant 350, lots of veggies sauteed w. oil and butternut squash: 290, crackers 110: 750. ok....and cooked cranberries. 80.

total: 2450, decent.

I am feeling so tired and wiped out. I need to go to bed early tonight.  I did some cleaning, laundry, organizing during the first half the day and finally left the house around 2:45pm :-)

exercise: 3 mi walk in the early evening.

Merry Christmas to those who celebrate!

(4000 since Thanksgiving) (3250 extra calories since Thanksgiving - I'm doing a good job reducing these extra cals) Tomorrow I plan on a hot yoga class, also.

exercise: 4 mi walk, at least, and hot yoga. good.

4:30am couldn't sleep & got hungry: 2 persimmons, very large 250? and 2 smallish pieces of baked, seasoned chicken 300: 500-550cal.  I am not going to count these calories in with my total today, i don't think.

9am Breakfast: oatmeal w. sunflower milk! 200, greek yogurt 100, kombucha 60.

light lunch: chips 160, drink 40.

snack: couple munchkins, coffee: 100

snack: fruit 50

dinner: healthy! big bowl soup 350? and some of a sandwich: 200? total 550.

total today: 1750 = PERFECTO! and a protein bar before bed, so actually 2000 cal, still pretty darn good considering my eating at 4:30am!

weekend plans: i want to be able to do hot yoga maybe a double class on Sunday! just gonna relax this weekend/month...no crazy partying or anything.

2250 calories today...maybe a lil higher = success for sure with Chanukah holiday dinner with family.

exercise: light, easy walking for an hour and hot yoga which i really sucked at...i was very tired and got really hungry 2/3 into the class. ugh.

tomorrow is a date but i'm anxious because it's not planned yet - the time and movie and place we are eating at, that is! it's always last minute and iget so anxious oh well...we planned that we'd meet up Sunday last Tuesday, but the exact plans are not set. doyou think i should calm it a bit? do most people make plans the same day? maybei'm going overboard.

i am still very tired. at it's only 10:45pm....i hope nothing is wrong with me.

Saturday breakfast: XLarge Persimmon 130, Protein bar 230: 360.

Look at this awesome weight update, 6am on Saturday, and the scale showed just slightly under 125!!!! I'm making progress still, yes I am, even with higher calories! The reason I'm doing well is because I'm not binging! boy does this feel GREAT! Almost everyday this week was 2200 or higher. I've been trying to exercise, since I have a sedentary job, to counteract and help with the weightloss and it worked. I will also do a Bikram yoga class tomorrow afternoon, that should help!  And then I'll probably take a walk at night, since we'll have company over for Chanukah dinner in the afternoon/evening.

 Friday Entry:

early, big breakfast 5:15am: humongous persimmon - maybe 160, protein bar 240, sunflower milk! 50, english muffin with apple butter 150: 600. good.

snacking during work bc no lunch and left early: coffee and some of protein bar, half a bagel from a breakfast party, little fruit, two chocolates.

lunch: cheezits, maybe, and my beans/collard greens mix. maybe a walk outside if we get out of work and the weather is nice. half large orange. 450

snacking: fruit, lots of diet snapple and other drinks

dinner: tasty protein bar/health food bar 200, roasted/sauteed in olive oil and spices sqash, quite a bit!

snacking: extra large iced coffee, other drinks.

2250 calories. good!

exercise: weights for about a half hour, elliptical for about 40 min. goodnight!

my gas problem update: still a problem, my fault, been going on for about 2-3 weeks. but eat better to be in good shape for my date sunday eve. :-) movie and dinner!

as for my weight: i have been eating VERY high end calories lately: usually 2200-2300 per day! and amazingly, and i say amazingly, i have not gained. I may have even lost enough to weight 125 again. or even a tad lower. success! I am not looking for fast weightloss, yes, we all want it and so do i, but this time success will ONLY happen for me with patience & perisistance. cheers to success, even if slowly.

6am snack: jumbo sized persimmon - maybe 150?

510...oops, forgot the coconut water this AM: 550.

yes tons of gas today...and my boss could hear my stomach gurgling the whole time...no smell, obviously i would not do that in the office or i'd have to leave! that would be horrible. but it's completely crazy how much gas i had. :-( I will have to work on this, maybe start eating better, and not loading up on bad food/bad fiber. like protein bars that have sugar alcohols, etc, and so much coffee.  i may try harder with this. at least a little bit.

6:30pm: MASSAGE. one of the best ever! was so good and he did say "you should come again!" so i will.....perhaps next month with him after the new year sometime for sure.

 calories till after work: 1300

calories up to massage: 1450

calories after the gym - after the massage: 250 more. small protein bar and coconut water

total cal: 1700 - could not have done any better, perfection in my mind.

exercise: hour of cardio, half hour of good weightlifting/pushups.

successful day, thank god i went to work late.

tomorrow i will start work at 7am but i think we leave early....i hope so! and if so, i am gonna enjoy my afternoon for sure!  i will not be getting a ton of sleep though, oh well. happy 3 day weekend!

(3500) extra calories still since Thanksgiving, lol. one pound. but i think i may have lost it anyways.

Reminder to self: do not binge because it takes FOREVER to get rid of those excess calories, what a waste of time and effort.

yes, the beans will give gas... try to do a cleaning. Gases are so bad... it also kills relationships, believe me...

yes, the gas was horrendous during work....so uncomfortable to sit from 7am till 5:30pm...and from like 2pm on i was dying!!!!

snack: BAR??? coffee?? yes, i'll have a bar. 140 i think..

lunch: greens 80, rice 50, rest of the chickpea mix 210, chips 120 460

Today is gonna be a short worday: 8am-4:30pm...NO OVERTIME, i'm telling my boss i'm going to a Chanukah dinner party. (although I'm not.)

breakfast: light coconut water drink 40 (kinda like a sports drink and pretty cheap, sport sized containers for 50 cents each - not $1.50 or $2 or $2.50 like the rest of the sports drinks!)....and oatmeal 300 made with rice milk 50 and cottage cheese 100 i think...gonna have a big breakfast i think: total: 500 good.

lunch: brown rice and chicken leftovers, some hot pepper, some tomato...all warmed up.

snack: fruit, maybe a carbonated diet drink...? or kombucha?

dinner: maybe healthy collard greens? and tofu? and kombucha?

BED EARLY...need this.

exercise will be a walk i think, no weights....i think i wanna weight to do weights till tomorrow bc they take a long time to do and i want to go to bed early...maybe, i could always change my mind...

i do have therapy tonight, which i moved the appt earlier to 5:45...till 6:30...so i still get home sorta late, so i'll have dinner, take a walk, go to bed, i think.

breakfast: 450. (2 servings oatmeal made with one cup of brown rice milk and cottage cheese on the side.)

small binge in the evening after the gym...i wasn't satisfied with the two protein bars, so i had an english muffin corn flavor 150, drink 200, and tons and tons of sauteed broccoli with olive oil and garlic. so instead of 1750 cal, it's 2250. still ok.

exercise was decent, 45 min cardio. mostly walking. and some pushups, bicep curls.

6am breakfast: protein bar 250, and TONS (like at least 3 cups) of roasted delicata squash - maybe 500 for the squash bc it was roasted with olive oil: total: 750, good.

9amsnack: drink: 50

10am large morning snack oatmeal made with whole grain rice milk! wow, tastes like brown rice and it's good! and lots of greek yogurt: 410

total so far: a healthy 1210.

2250 or so. good.

exercise: 4 mi walk/jog

bikram yoga in the evening.

also visited my grandma and got a foot massage.

until the new year and fully though February my goal is to eat much more fresh foods: more veggies and fruits and natural foods. I think this will really kick-start more weightloss.  I will spend more money on buying HEALTHY PREPARED foods so that i have them available to me...from the deli sections of several stores and even the mall food court has really healthy steamed collard greens. I will make this work.

weight: approx. 126 :-D  Five pounds to go and I can do it!...yeah, i'm gonna lose all the weight i want because I have access to simply ever food i could ever want around this neck of the woods (long island/ny/queens) there's simply NO REASON that i can't succeed. I've got this, this time around!  :-D So happy.

6am: protein bar and drink: 260.

snacks: coffee 50, some fruit chew samples from the store 70, yogurt 100: 220

early lunch: roasted olive oil and herbs veggies and a good amount of quinoa seasoned and with some veggies.: approx: 470 or so.

tsf: 950 good!

snack: 400. coffee, protein bar.

dinner: tons of chips 400, tons of broccoli raab with tons of sauteed garlic cloves 350?, edamame salad250?: 1000 or so.

total: 2350 or so. good.

exercise: 3 mi walk in the AM and 2.5 mi walk in the PM. good.
