2350 cal and too many hours at work.

 

2500 cal, a nice jog anyway. thank god this day is over.

late-ish breakfast: 7:30: plum 80, big soufflee 4 servings lol 280, fiber one and almond milk (yes, all of this for breakfast...) 300: 660, good.

9am bootcamp...

snacK:

 overall an awesome day.

total cal around 2400, could be worse, i'm ok with this amount. dinner was a bit bigger than i wanted, but good, mostly healthy.

rest of day consisted mostly of walking on the beach, like 2 hours worth!

successful weekend.

Weight Update: interestingly, after so many high calorie days for even two weeks straight!!!, i weighed a low of 123.5 today! First time in 5 years!  So the proof is in the pudding, literally, eat well, don't binge, and exercise, and you will lose weight!  I would like to reach 120 by September, but even if it's really slow weightloss and takes longer, I will be very happy.  I am finally successful, again, after FIVE LONG YEARS.

Early Breakfast: 6am, even a lil before that time, dad was up and woke me of course lol. pineapple greek yogurt, protein bar: 400.

Morning before bootcamp: some organizing, a little cleaning, little laundry :)...and reading too.

9am: fiber one and almond milk, protein drink 350 great.

hour bootcamp followed by some clothes & food shopping...tonight i have dinner with my best friend and then out to another friend's 30th bday...good weekend...

11:45am snack & early lunch after bootcamp: coconut water 60, HUGE salad with lots of good, healthy ingredients 250, and soup 150: 460 pretty darn perfect in my book!

snack: starbucks drink which gave me gas of course my fault...200 cal.

so far, 1400 cal! :-)

okay, dinner was a bit much, but all healthy. total calories today around 2400. good.

eating more has been helpful. less binging. also, my upcoming Canada trip next month excites me! :-)  I'm going for my bday and to visit a great (male) friend!

breakfast: healthy

snack: bar, coffee

lunch: healthy tofu and toast and good stuff.

dinner: fruit and same as lunch and chips. 450 only.

exercise: gotta get it in!....7pm currently...and exhausted...1.5 hour crawl of a walk, so happy i got outside, was on the phone the whole time...

eating after walk: fiber one bar, a protein shake, protein bar. around 420

total cal, good, 2020.

worked 7am-6pm

YAY for Thursday! haha

Breakfast: two slices toast 150, mango 2% yogurt 160, protein shake 160: 470 GREAT.

snack: some kind off coffee, bar

lunch: egg whites and toast, tomatoes (maybe veggie from boss?) 500

snack/dinner: egg whites, toast, tomatoes (maybe boss' food?) 400

exercise: hour walk, total upper body weights and some ab work.

snack: 350: protein shake and granola bars. yeah, gave in to what my body felt it needed. tasted good, just late and right before needing to go to bed.

1950 total cal, can't ask for better, this is good right now for sure. like i said, i cannot any longer cut calories like I used to, but my weight does decrease ever so slowly - this works for me.

found out LATE around 8pm that my boss wants me there by 7am sucks! at least i can skip out on any weights tomorrow (i wouldn't want to do them the night before bootcamp) and have an easy exercise...relax, bed early Friday night before bootcamp saturday morning. and i do have a friend's 30th bday sat night! :-) ....BEACH sunday. so, definitely i have some nice plans for the weekend.

My weight drops sooo slowly too and I cant cut back on calories either...Its annoying!

Good Morning :)  I definitely got better sleep last night :)

Breakfast: protein shake Vanilla Chai flavor by Vega brand 140, milk 100, seed/nut bar 240: 500 approx. = GREAT!

snack: protein bar 210...and smaller latte or coffee (decaf)  250

lunch: healthy tofu and veggies in tomato sauce (just a lil bit...) in a pita...so good! 500.

snack/dinner: similiar to above...small plums...550

total after dinner: 1800...small granola bar binge after my walk at 9pm....low on sugar and sleep...

just a leisurely walk tonight...around 3-4 miles :-)

total cal: around 2300. ok!

oh, wow. I've just checked in on my calories over the past week...and oh my gosh...they have been pretty high each day. time to back off a bit or i'm not gonna reach my goals! :-)

BREAKFAST: fruit 30, water, milk 100 , healthy nut/pumpkin seed/grain bar 240, yogurt 80: 450 = awesome.

snack: coffee (decaf) i'm thinking, bar: 300

lunch: egg whites with seasonings and lentil soup, some kinda grain/bread not sure, and maybe boss' food...but i might save either one for dinner....

1950 total cal, PERFECT.

see ya later....gonna do weights tonight - upper body & cardio...

I have a question about the egg whites vs real eggs, is it that egg whites are so low in calories, do they stick with you like a whole egg does? Your food is so awesomely healthy!

good eating today...was really hungry after the gym at 9pm though!

9pm: small plum, two protein bars, and a water: 400.

total today: 2000. good.

exercise: some leg and ab work (now i do 1-2 days of legs and abs each week, finally getting it done!)  and 45 min cardio. 

worked over 11 hours. 7am-6:15pm. 45 min drive each way.

Progress as of today: 11 lbs lost so far, only 9 lbs to go!

8am snack before bootcamp @ 9am: oatmeal 130, fruit 70: 200 :)

10am snack: coconut water 50

11am lunch: egg whites on flatbread, veggies 300.

exercise: hour bootcamp, lots of walking at beach (1.5 or 2 hours worth)

calories: a bit over at dinner (some extra fried rice...) around 2500 cal - OK.
