Breakfast: eggs w. salsa, bran/sunflower bread, yogurt 400.

snack: bar, coffee 300

lunch: chicken, salsa, salad, maybe pickled/stuffed eggplant if boss brings them...lol

snack: fruit/veggies

ooopsie! maybe like 2500 today. grrr.

exercise: 2.5 mi walk, kickboxing.

REAL goal: weigh 119 lbs by July 1st.

that's about 6 lbs. gonna try.

plan: eat around 1800-2000 cal per day.

Progress as of today: 10.5 lbs lost so far, only 5.5 lbs to go!

BED...still not getting near enough sleep & waking up every night during the night this entire week.

around 2100 cal, pretty good.

exercise: full weights routine, just skipped abs, and full cardio of 45 good minutes. awesome day....I left work on time...4:30, since the boss left also.

dinner: chicken, ugh...bread?

snack: too much lol...can't think anymore, not planned...

before 9pm snack: 1820 or so.

after: 340 more...

2160...wanted less, but this is decent.

exercise: around miles or so.

worked 8-6:30pm.

880 a bit much, but not crazy...gonna go to the gym soon...

gonna loose a nice chunk of time today, going to a grad party for a fam friend...leaving early saying i have to get to another...i haven't even went food shopping yet..the party starts in less than an hour at 5...so i plan to stay 2 hrs and then jet outta there...too busy...not like i'm gonna meet anyone there...like a potential guy lol...i'm just not stayin!

I had a good night last night with this guy I knew from high school. we went for a drink and walked around in my town.  We hung out for about 3 hours and both enjoyed it very much.  I think I may even start dating him, we'll see.  If not, he showed me a great time on the town last night!  I'm happy to report something positive on here :-)

On another good note, I weighed myself, of course I wasn't fully hydrated this AM (I only had one beer, but still...), I only weigh 126 or so.  Not near as bad as I thought. So I will continue to keep up the exercise and healthy eating! :-)

day ended a little rocky eating-wise bc i went to the diner late at night and had fries and egg omlette, i didn't order it, but agreed to share with the person who did lol. i'd never choose it on my own...

so, hopefully not more than 2200-2300.

lots of walking, some biking, pilates. good day.

Fun Friday night....

I met up with someone from high school...was supposed to be fore coffee tonight, but we went to a bar instead :-)  better on a Friday night! I live in a town that is always hopping on weekends...even weeknights actually!  so, it was really fun. he's a really nice guy.  nothing crazy just the bar catching up and then walking around a little bit. nice guy...we'll see what happens. maybe some excitement this spring/summer dating him.

calories were so-so. 2250-2300 or so.

exercise: ****ty, walked 2.5 miles before meeting up with him, then walked around with him a little. 3 miles?

bad mood at work still.  i have got to forget about everything and just be happy...gonna work on this. bad mood has to stop.

ELEVEN F'IN HOURS at work sucks...i was exhausted and didn't plan on that nonsense. fckin annying, man. 8am to 7pm...left the house at 7am and got to the gym around 8pm pretty much straight from work, dinner in car.

gym cardio part cut short due to exhaustion, fatigue and needing to get home to bed.

weights for about an hour.

thank you for the kind words...really...i think i will ask my boss to leave again at 4:30pm today (that really is my set hour, although i almost always stay till 5:30 or later and start sometimes at 7 instead of 8 lol) so, today, 8-4:30 as I am still a bit beat...i think i will take 8-4:30 today....

breakfast: eggs 150, ricotta 50, pita 200: 400 yum.

snack: coffee, bar

lunch: tofu, some beans, english muffin, okra in a rich tomato sauce..

dinner: fruit (melon) like at least 2 servings 150 and an english muffin and a granola bar....before gym.

snack:protein bar

so i wanted to tell my boss today "i'm leaving at 4:30" but i decided i'd stay till 5:30 so i can ask another day....but f u c kkk he had me stay till 6:15pm. now that sucks. I'm home close to 9pm after a short gym session, dinner in my car while driving of course as usual, and one hour to possibly fall asleep tonight. no time to read, relax. this bites my behind. it really does though. i don't know how long i can hold this up for.

lunches are usually too big, as i'm starving at work even with a snack, lots of stress, my face is not clear like it was in high school, i actually have acne almost all the time now. because of stress and total lack of sleep the majority of the days of the week. i can't help it. everyone needs some time to relax at home.

I am 29. no life. no boyfriend. i don't have a good job to support myself for the long term but i will be moving out despite. even if i end up losing my savings, because one day i will have it all....

you should get some extra sleep in... sometimes I sleep almost all Sunday. That's a very good and instant fix, a real beauty treatment. :)

Dang HOP! Back in the day (before I was ever on DD) for years I worked 60-even 70 hour weeks and eventually I was miserable! I wouldn't do that now - unless dire circumstances dictated (i.e. I HAD to). I made "a nice salary" but it didn't pay enough for the physical and mental stress it put on me. Are the long hours cyclical or constant? Do you get paid the overtime? Is there possibility of promotion for all the hours or what incentive is there (other than keeping your job, I guess)...was it understood that you would work long hours when you took the job? Is it due to change (are they about to hire more employees to help with work load???) Can you use this job to network to get a job with better hours? I don't mean to play 20 questions, but am trying to understand . I hope you can manage to work less hours and have more time for yourself.

f u c k e dd Up.  that's how i feel.

breakfast: split pea soup, eggs, english muffin: 500.

snack: bar 250

lunch: tofu/split pea soup, chips?

snack: fruit.

dinner: maybe more split pea...have a lot in the house. fruit and a pita, coffee before gym, in car, on the way home from work.

i'm not a happy camper. i've got to get out of this horrible rut. i'm constantly tired and depressed. not  feeling well at all.  plus, i've gained about 4-5 lbs.
 

3 smallish protein bars after gym, but then luckily i stopped: 550.

total: 2300. ok. did full weights and good cardio.

Hey - HOP - hope you feel better soon. Do you think it is kind of a "letdown" after vacation. I have a better time when I am working toward something - even if it's a project on the weekend. If I just set little goals (unrelated to my weight goals - but sometimes they are fitness related)it helps me. Like this weekend I wanted to ride a certain # of miles on the bike on Friday after work because we were gone most of the rest of the time this weekend. I knew I had to eat well all week to make that goal on Friday afternoon bc I am usually very tired on Fridays. Also I had a goal of keeping the laundry 100% caught up before the weekend and getting the flowers planted in my backyard this weekend. Those things aren't eciting but help me stay focused. Hang in there -
