slept through my alarm...actually forgot to set it. thank god. i was supposed to be out work really early, but glad i slept in. thank god. :-) really just going on time, not an hour late.

breakfast: bar 200, protein shake 100. 300.

snack: banana 100

lunch: 650

dinner: 550

snack: 300....a bit much, oh well!

1900, alright. wish it were a 'lil less though!

calories saved: 300 or so (i'm being generous with myself!)

exercise: 3 mi walk.

(4250) calories need to be reduced bc of weekend small binge.

HIGH, PLEASE NOT TOO HIGH!, fiber breakfast: bran cereal w. sunflower milk, high fiber chocolate protein bar, diet cranberry juice: 400 :-)

Snack: protein bar? maybe a banana instead.

lunch: 2 eggs, pita, soup: 450.

total by end of work: 1150

snack: strawberries, yellow pepper, cherry tomatoes...1350....

dinner: pita bread, protein bar. 400.

1750, perfect calories.

exercise: 50 min. good enough right now. just wanna read a book and go to bed. tough with a sucky schedule. wow.

trying to go to bed early. last night was OK. in bed around 10:30, but up at 4:45am.

very tired day and my boss asked me to come tomrorrow at 7am as well....NOT HAPPY about that!

I hate those early mornings. I work mostly mornings which start at 6 am. I like the shifts that start at 9 am.

breakfast: fruit, yogurt, protein bar: 400.

calories before dinner: 1400 :-)

big dinner, spread out a little though, soy chips 140, two pita breads 300, korean kimchi from the supermarket 50?, fried tofu 260, yellow pepper 30. around 800.

total: 2200 or so. good.

exercise: 4 mi run/walk....and a sucky, sucky weight routine. maybe 30-45 min or so.

breakfast: pita bread 220, oatmeal w sunflower milk 200 420 and bran 80 = 500,good. diet cranberry juice w. lime too...

light lunch: 200 cal.

snack: soy chips and coconut water 220

snack: protein bar 200

early big dinner: 800

2220.+ dessert = 2700

snack: 400

total 3100, alright.

1600 cal perfect.

600 cal burned yay. :-)

weights and slow walking.

long day worked 7am-6:30pm.

mainly, calories were low bc i have my period, i wasn't very hungry, but moreso because i was doing an assignment for my boss and i couldn't take lunch till after 1:30pm. as well, i didn't have a snack all the way from breakfast at 6am until lunch. horrible, but i lost my appetite (abnormal) because of my period (still usually not normal for me). just tea in the AM. wow. good to know it's the weekend.

(4450) cal to burn. and actually felt fat today.

 

yay it's already thursday.

nice breakfast: eggs 200, sauteed store bought eggplant in a tomato sauce good! 100, fruit 50, bran crackers 50, yogurt 100: 500 and healthy.

snack: protein bar? maybe nuts...let me think about it....trying to start eating better.

lunch: not great, not terrible, microwave meal, diet snapple, chips: 

1750 cal and a ****Kin horrible fight with my parents.

2:50am up and hungry: protein bar 150 (i hardly had any protein for dinner &this is why i work up!)

big, healthy breakfast: starfruit & apple cinnamon soy chips 200, oatmeal with rice milk 200, yogurt 100: 500.

snack: protein bar 150

lunch: grilled chicken salad, chips, tomato juice

having a bad week, moodwise.

calories: around 2250. not great, not terrible.

exercise: weights and cardio for 45 min.

exhausted, not enough time to sleep.

woke up late...so i rushed to get ready and actually got to work early bc of the teachers being out this week, far less traffic with the schools closed. so i had breakfast near work for 15 minutes at a dunkin donuts. was a waste of calories, because then i also had a smallish but very high cal indian treat a work brought in by a coworker. it was good but just added to my breakfast calories. and then, i really was hungry, so i had my snack, only 150 cal (and the indian thing was probably also around 150). now i am up to 950 cal.

i waited to have lunch at 1:20pm and was lightheaded and dizzy by then...starting work at 8am, it is a long ways away. i had not too much, thank god, because i had some healthy food. grilled chicken, salad, tomato juice, whole wheat toast. worked out well! but, i had a lot of the chicken. so, lunch was around 600. and, then i had a couple sucking candies.

so, 1600 cal even before leaving work.

snack on the way home, i am tired and too hungry again, soy chips 2 bags and two plum tomatoes: around 300

1900...

then, i skip the gym, go home to take a nice warm shower. i'm tired. and have dinner, i think only around 350.

total: 2250. saved.

must exercise on the treadmill before my parents claim it...i'm not heading out of this house again tonight! gonna take a small walk outside later probably.

(4950) -----> excess calories i still need to burn off! ugh. i overindulged a little, little bit this weekend, but no big deal, almost healthy to have higher calories days (like i had saturday and sunday) to up my metabolism.

8am: weirdest breakfast: cinnamon apple soy chips 140, with a baked eggplant spread 80, yogurt 100, squash soufflee 180, milk 80, cereal 150: 730 good.

11am snack: big banana, protein bar 350

lunch: healthy. orange pepper, 50, baked chicken breast/spinach combo 200?, popcorn 100. 350. ice pop 60 410 or so

2 candies at gym: 40

snack after gym: 250 (1.5 hours at gym!, some walking soon.)

total so far: 1800 not great.

dinner:

late, big breakfast: starfruit 50, eggs 100, bran 100, red pepper spread 100, other side dish spread 200, 2 protein bars 400: 950.

cal: 2650, good.

exercise: around 5-6 miles! walking.

going to bed early.

tomorrow's a day off, to spend outdoors! :-)
