up till 12:30am doing a job application...it was worth it to get this out ASAP!

breakfast: 2 glasses milk 200, cereal and cocounut milk 300, nuts 100: 600.

950 throughout day.

1550.

dinner: 500...and then some gum and also strawberries.

total: 2150. good.

exercise: 3.5 mile walk

calories before dinner: 1150.

dinner: 600.

total around 1750. good!...small chocolate binge...total 2250.

binged at dinner and after dinner..cheesecake, baklava, and mcdonalds sundae, cinnamon bites, and cookies. ate it all.

today breakfast: 500.

i'm doing surprisingly OK.

Just shake it off, we've all had a good binge every now & again (even the women that we THINK have it "together" have their days). Like the saying says: Today is the first day of the rest of your life ~ OR ~ Make it work ~ OR ~ Today is a new day, filled with endless possibilitie... etc, etc, etc. Just pick one & go live it! early lunch: rice cakes 250? cheese 100, veggie burger 120, spinach 30, chips 300: 800.

tsf: 1100.

unavoidable 2nd lunch with grandma...it was too good, i picked her up lunch and she didn't have it all, i couldn't resist! lol. 500.

1600.

snack after park: protein drink 110, fiber bar 140: 250

1850. not great, but alright.

out to dinner tonight.

breakfast 400, snacks 250, lunch: 400, snacks 300, dinner: 600, sorta big...had two servings of chips after dinner. totally OK...probably needed the carbs.

total: 1950. good.

exercise: 3 mi walk outside. yay for the weather finally drying up (it was pouring all during the workday!)

complaints, complaints...ok, i'm doing ok. i made 3 hours of extra money yesterday! wahooo.

It's late. I worked two hours overtime and that's awesome. I went to the gym, didn't do any cardio, but did an hour and a half of weights. It felt amazing to get that done and done well.  It ends up that I like the new gym despite the equipment being old and NOT female friendly.  the machines are what are not friendly, lol. the guys are nice.

nice to be paid 3 hours extra for two hours overtime. can't complain! :-D

goodnight.

calories were good.

(my weight is up, a lot, but i'm not weighing and not changing the weight). I probably weigh in the upper 130's...like 138. But, like i said, NO SCALE. It'll depress me. I'm just gonna do my thing, go to the gym, at accomplish things!
