Breakfast @ 5:45am can't sleep of course ugh. (reason is because I don't have enough time to do everything I want to do with work...) 2 bars 370, cereal 180, almond milk 50: 600 good.

all good calories, till night. binge at 8:30pm.

around 3500 4500 cal today.

exercise: 35 min cardio, better than nothing for sure! and 1.5 hrs weights, back, abs, pushups.....gettin' back into da groove baby! haha.

trying to get back into the swing of things.

breakfast: heavy, but good 700 cal of peanut butter & ricotta sandwich on wheat bread and milk.

2200 cal today. finally. back on track.

exercise: very slow walking, 3 mi. i was feeling terrible.

breakfast: english muffin 120, oatmeal/egg 200, yogurt 100: 420.

 2150, went to the gym and pretty much skipped cardio completely and did a half ass weight routine. came home and ate. exhausted and pissed off. worked 7-6:30 today.

total cal later: 540 more.

total: 2700.

 2850. a lot more, too much to count calories.

2400 cal.

overall decent day.

5mi walk.

goodnight, work tomorrow! 1st day back tomorrow.

tomorrow i will resume good exercise and healthier amounts of calories.  my goal is to weigh 115-119 in July. about 5-10 lbs less. nice.

9:30am breakfast: oatmeal and egg 210, bran and soy chips 200, ricotta cheese 50, yogurt 100: 560.

10:30snack: fiber bar 140

noon breakfast: soy chips 140, veggies/kombucha: 110: 250, good. and protein bar. 160

1110 so far.

2250. successful day. hour walking, over an hour of weights. very nice!

gosh...it's ok...but 1400 or so for breakfast...

soy chips: 550, bar 150, ice cream 250, popcorn 100, milk 100, cookies 250, jell candy 150, big orange 150: 1700 ooooops...even more than 1400.

lunch: big egg white omlette, lots of a matzah/grain side dish, sauteed veggies in my house: 600.

2300..i'll be generous, give myself some leeway today. i know i'm gonna be a bit over in calories. it's OK. nobody's perfect.

4200 total cal. alright.

exercise: 4mi run/walk.

last saturday 1000 cal too much. cruise, maybe 800 over in total, not bad.

time to restart and exercise, focus on weightloss day by day!

 saturday: 2000 before party, 250 after party, late night stayed up: 500 more.

Early Snack at 7am: fruit 150....gonna try to relax, go back to bed for a lil bit. i went to bed at midnight...maybe try to sleep a lil more.oatmeal, almond milk, eggwhites 260, bran 50, yogurt 120: 580. good. might as well have the full breakfast.

3000 cal ...now need to pack...

3mi walk/jog.

This morning, I weighed EXACTLYthe weight recorded at this moment. After a month of working 6 days per week, any excess weight from binging is now gone.  NOW, i need to jumpstart my plan...and get into the teens by summer. That's around 5 more pounds till i get to 119 or so. Pretty decent.  My new plan will be challenging: MORE SLEEP. Even if that means doing weights a little less, my goal is to sleep more - which should really HELP weightloss more than anything.I will be less hungry if I sleep better and my body will run more efficiently if I am sleeping better. And, overall, a body does better with the right amount of sleep.

sooo, to move from 124.5 to the teens. sounds so easy - and it is!  So far, I've lost about 10 lbs over a year. Now, for this year, I have the same goal. 10 lbs. After I lose them, I think I will be pretty CONTENT weighing around 115, always. At points, I weighed only around 105-110, and I think that may have been too low, even at 5'1" - too low for me, anyway. So, let me acheive the 115 lbs that I strive for!

Good deal! Hang in there. I agree with the thought about 105-110 probably being too low. You are doing so well with your weights and more sleep can't hurt!

you're doing grrrreat! :) I agree, sleeping more will help you loose weight AND downgrade your stress levels, so binges will be out of the question! :)
