lately my weight is around 126. decent.

(1900) even though i prob didn't burn 2250, i'm going ahead and lowering the calories i need to burn by 50 lol. i feel good, didn't binge at all, and i am happy!

breakfast: squash soufflee 280, yogurt 100, bran crackers 70: 450.

snack: big banana 150

lunch: seafood salad, lots of squash, soup: 650

2200 cal. a lil high but healthy foods, trust me on that!

exercise: 45 min good exercise of treadmil walk/jog and stairs. some weights, like 15 min or so.

worked two jobs today. office job from 8-12:30 and left early. then, came home and actually had the time to nap for 20 min and woke up thinking it was the morning! lol i was soooo out of it and exhausted that the nap was perfect! then, went to the other job from 3:30 till 9. then, gym from 9:30 or so till 10:30. home by 10:45pm. tomorrow i will also work (paid job but i volunteered for it - just this month on all Saturdays) from around 8:30-4.

Progress as of today: 10.5 lbs lost so far, only 5.5 lbs to go!

(1950) going up, unfortunately!...the amount of calories i'm trying to burn off. tomorrow will be better! and sunday too!

2am cant sleep: strawberries and rice cakes 130, chips 140, bar 160: 430...ok.

6:30am breakfast: eggs on toast with eggplant spread 420, yogurt 100: 520

tsf: 950, ok.

snack: granola bar 150

1100

lunch: soup, tofu, pita tomato juice? 500

1600..

snack:

dinner:

total cal: 2350. mood today: exhausted.

exercise: leisurly hour walk outside.

life's being caotic again? :-( I'm so sad you have sleeping issues. Sometimes I wonder, we should all move to Tibet and live with the monks, and learn their ways of "taking it easy but highly disciplined"...

I swap out the sour mix for club soda since there is tons of sugar in most of the sour mixes out there and they are just as tasty :P

(1800) (100 cal more than yesterday, is ok.) approx. 1/2 a pound to get rid of.  should take me a week, or less if possible.

Healthy breakfast: whole wheat toast 200, eggs 200, eggplant spread 50, yogurt 100, tea, vitamin: 550. good.

snack: big banana i think or nuts or both. 150

lunch: healthy salad, toast, chicken, soup: 650

dinner: kombucha, fruit, veggies...some more chicken, buttery popcorn 550

snack: more fruit & veggies 100

dinner: 2 yogurts and a bit too many rice cakes...460 ( i meant just to have greek  yogurts with extra cinnamon and chocolate flavored stevia sooo good, but it's OK!)

overate a lil bit, but not really a binge at all.

2360 or so calories, hoping it's lower! but not really sure! i think it's pretty accurate, though.

exercise: 4 mi, 2.5 of them were done jogging. good.

sooo, overate around 100 cal today, that's ok.

(1600)  cal left to get rid of from my last binge a few weeks ago.

breakfast: 300. oatmeal, almond milk, greek yogurt.

snacks:

lunch:

VERY depressed right now. things are challenging with a total lack of sleep. yes they are. nothing you can do when you work 7am-6:30pm with an hour commute each way.

calories: 1700. perfect.

exercise: hour cardio. 45 min weights.  pushups were horrible...couldn't even do like 35 per set, usually i do 50+ per set!

Progress as of today: 10.5 lbs lost so far, only 5.5 lbs to go!

6:00am up early bc i only have this one day off, doing some laundry, cooking breakfast, all good things...

1:00am: orange.100

6am Breakfast: acai juice 100, eggs 200, pita 150, eggplant tomato spread 50, yogurt 100, sf juice, tea: 600 good healthy ones.

9am: protein bar 210

11am: fruit and ices 140

 1050, good.

4 mi walk, 1/2 hour fast weights, 2200 cal. good.

(2000) = calories still need to get rid of!

I prob didn't really burn 2200 cal, but I'm assuming it anyway. i was busy mentally at least, today...and did a good amount of cardio after. 1800 food calories = 400 cal savings.

Lunch: TBD at music festival...

exercise: 4-5 mi walk/jog in the evening. pooped now! in a good way though...

breakfast: a healthy but big 550. all good - eggs, whole wheat pita, bruschetta, yogurt. healthy and lasting!

snack: nuts 200

lunch:  600...very healthy of soup, chicken breast, hot peppers (a ton!), pita bread.

dinner: some fish thing, not bad as i was STARVING haha, some baked potatoes with olive oil, veggies, piece of garlic bread: 500?

snack: fruit: 100

snack: soy crisps apple cinnamon flavor 150

2100. good enough.

not enough exercise though, only 1/2 hour and weights for 20 min.

LONG day. worked 7-1 (haha, took lunch at 12:30) then did another job from 3:30-9:30pm. tomorrow i work, but a different kinda fun work - but still work - from 8:30-4:30maybe 5:30...every week of March will be this way. sheesh!

Nice healthy breakfast: eggs 200, pita 150, bruschetta 50 ,yogurt 100: 500 good ones.

snack: nuts 200.

lunch: will be very healthy...probably tofu, veggies, maybe chicken instead? maybe pita lol.

calories till after lunch 1300

calories for dinner: 450?

calories after gym: 250

total: 2000. pretty good. decent. stressed, not sleeping enough..... not happy about it. nothing i can do really.

calories saved: 200?? maybe!
