Friday total calories: 2800, but i'm ok with this. definitely had the munchies in the evening, but I did get under control and fell asleep eventually lol. i think i was really exhasuted which caused me to give in.  i was also very cold and couldn't warm up no matter what i put on or how many covers i was using. anyways, i'm glad that night is over!

weight approx. 126 this AM.

breakfast: chips, yogurts, cooked cranberries: total around 550 (I'm thinking it has to be more, but that's what the calories added up to according to the packages.)

friday exercise: somehow, not that much! a litttle jog in th AM for 20 min and a lil walking in the pm for like 10 min or something, if i remember correctly....it was a couple days ago lol.

Progress as of today: 10 lbs lost so far, only 4 lbs to go!

Definitely no change in weight, yet! :-)  around 126.5 this morning - that is good though!

big breakfast: cooked cranberries 50, oatmeal 150, yogurts 200: 400 :-)

snack: protein bar 300

lunch: chips and veggies/tofu: around 400

snack: 350

dinner: protein bar 290 and coffee 60: 

1800 and chips. 1950.

i worked from 7am-6pm today. i am fully exhausted.

yesterday i worked 7am-6:15pm with an hour commute there and  hour commute home. i'm exhasuted. thank god today is the LAST day of work for the week.

I worked an extra 10 hours of overtime this week. approximately 200 extra dollars, sometimes not even worth it?

I received a compliment today that went like this "You are getting prettier everytime I see you!"  wow. made my day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  It was from the boss' driver. (driver for the boss of the entire multimillion dollar company.)  he has a really friendly driver, ex cop actually, who told me to take the police exam. and i did and passed. i hope it works out for me....and so on. i have to wait many months, but i will update when i find out.

 

breakfast: oatmeal 150, yogurt 100, oatmeal raisin tri-o-plex protein cookies 280: 530.  i felt like i wasn't going to be satisfied with just the oatmeal and yogurt and i wanted a banana, too. but, everytime i eat bananas in the AM, i get extra hungry afterwards in the morning at work. so, i remembered i had an extra package of something high protien and had those cookies. the protein cookies actually taste VERY good. just like soft & moist oatmeal raisin cookies!

(very tired this AM...i would have liked to sleep at least an hour more to get a full 8 hours, not a little under 7 hrs.)

AM snack: protein bar 270 (and coffee throughout)...

lunch: lots of veggies and tofu, small chips, maybe fruit too.550. 400 cal.

snack before gym after work: 2 apples, a tomato, a snickers "fun size" very small candy bar, diet snapples

after gym: protein bar 300 cal., diet canada dry and more diet snapple.

1800 calories.

just too much caffeine. everything else OK>

exercise: no cardio, only weights, but a great amount. also pushups, which now i can do up to 50 in a row, in one set! i used to be able to do none, so anyone can get better and improve. i was not born an athlete and never even attempted exercise until i was 16. i was always thin, but my parents didn't implement or teach the importance of exercise - i learned from myself, physical trainers, and others.

today was ok. kinda got really hungry late at night after the gym, so i gave in. not a binge or anything, but i ate what i wanted.

1600 calories before gym.

after gym: biggest banana ever 170?, 3 plum tomatoes 90, lots of chips 450. total here: 710 oh well, better tomorrow.

total: 2310, NOT terrible!

exercise: hour cardio.

big breakfast: 2 thick greek yogurts 200, oatmeal 160, chips 150: 510 was very tasty. some added cinnamon and chocolate splenda to the yogurts and cereal. yummmm.

healthy snacking, coffee at work almonds and some ginger sucking candies

lunch was decently healthy with cooked/stirfry veggies/ yam noodles (hardly any calories - look them up - "miracle noodles" or "shirataki noodles" and they can be found in many local markets or online to be ordered and shipped, tofu, some chips.

snacking before gym was fruit and veggies and lots of diet drinks - it's how i fill myself up in the car before the gym.

after gym: protein bar that was very tasty, big, 300 cals. even some fiber which i love.

total today was approx. 1750 = very, very good day. i was planning and thinking it would be higher, but i made good choices after work. 

 to all the ladies that starve themselves, eat only 1200 cals a day, i'm telling you that even eating this much will continue weightloss for most women. even without the exercise. 1750 is not a lot. but if you aren't looking to starve but not eat this much, 1500 cals a day is also a good amount for weightloss. you do not have to eat nothing in order to lose weight.

exercise: no cardio, but some squats, and then upper body weights today and pushups.

Hope your day went well..Oh hey I forgot to respond to your comment as far as nutrition...In order to build more muscle it is crutial for me to fuel my body properly for the rigorous workouts I put in 6 days a week, 24/7..I research and mix it up as much as I can always i search of energy super foods :)

I agee 1200 calories is not enough. I would have trouble losing with 1700 calories but you may be more active than me. I'll have to look for the yam noodles.

Yes, 1200 is not enough for some. But then, don't forget about the older ladies here, they need to reduce consumption, even without dieting...

I am doing so well that i'm changing my goal: 121 lbs is my new goal!  by the way, i've lost a total of 10 lbs. I don't feel like I have because the weightloss has been really slow, which is good bc it's easier to keep off this way. but it's so weird to think i was 10 lbs heavier... i feel so good about this weightloss. so, so, so good!

can't wait for 121!...It should take a bit - and won't happen in just one week. I'm gonna work at it, accomplish it.  by the end of this month, i do hope to be getting close!

 

exercise:

1. short bike ride before breakfast for about 20 min.

2. afternoon 1/2 hour bike ride and hour nice walk around neighborhood.

big breakfast: fiber one and milk 400 cal, and a bit much on the chips (probably even a bit more than i'm listing, but so tasty) 400 cals for chips. 800 total. very tasty.

fell back to sleep for a couple hours i think.

lunch:greek yogurt w. added cinnamon and chocolate flavored stevia drops, and cooked cranberries 150 calories., more yogurt, frozen kefir - total 450.

afternoon snack: 50 drink.

dinner: at the diner, a really good, humungous, turkey burger, mushroom barley soup, and a salad: 750 at most.

total: 2050 or so = AWESOME for the weekend!

I am so happy and proud of myself, good eating all weekend, no binging at all. very successful weekend.

2450 calories, good day.  indulging but no crazy binging.  just an hour of slow walking though. oh well, great day - no work!

I weighed in at 125 this AM. :-) 9 overall pounds, gone. Of course weight fluctuates, maybe I will weigh 126 tomorrow lol. I will probably weigh in sometime at the end of next week again. :-) I am very happy and proud of myself.

I have lost an overall 9 lbs. that is fantastic! :-D  I am on a roll and I am looking foward to continuing. Sometimes, at a point like this, it's so easy to give up because it's a slow process - but slow and steady wins the race.  I am going to continue. I will win this "battle." But to tell you the truth, I am enjoying a low weightloss. I feel good and happy about it.  To lose it all at once defeats the point of a learning to do it gradually and keep it off. My goal is to do this for the long run - My goal for life is to weigh in the teens again.  I am short, 5' 1.5" so this is a healthy goal. Realistic goal. I feel really good about this goal. It does make me nervous now, because its a lot more weight to lose, but I have seriously done a good job so far. 

My weightloss has been 2 lbs per month, on average. This is good - 1/2 pound per week.  I would like it to be faster, but who's complaining?! Weightloss on any level should be celebrated as a succes.  I insist this is how I feel and I hope that this helps some of you who may feel discouraged.

 

breakfast: 400 banana, fiber one, milk.

lunch: protein bar 300, coffee w. milk and equal 70

snack/afternoon meal: large apple 100, cooked veggies w. little bit of noodles 200. 300 total

1070 good.

dinner with grandma: chips, more veggies/noodles that i cooked, half sandwich?

126 this AM. at least something is working and a success. nice and steady loss. around a pound a week, maybe every two weeks. good. just two more pounds to go. maybe by the end of the month, but never rushing it.

around 1850 cals.

exercise: not enough cardio (half hour) and weights one hour.

i worked 7am-5:30pm and was in the worst mood all day. i feel horrible for my boss and coworkers. i didn't do anything wrong but i just wasn't very talkative. :-(

i literally sat at the computer all day. horrible job for me.

excited to step on the scale tomorrow, it may even show 126 if i am lucky....i know this is too much info, but with my period this time, i have been having lots of muscle contractions in my abdomen and i've been pooping seriously many times today....i feel like my intestines are near empty and clean as a whistle. haha. yes, i really did write that.

 

breakfast...............150.

work..............

i need more beauty sleep haha. not enough. woke up with a pimple.

today work was 7am-almost 7pm. you try to sit at a computer that long!

took a short break at lunch to step outside for a few minutes. beautiful weather, thank god!!!

anyways,

snack in am: 300 (but some of these calories were actually eaten at lunch - it was a large protein bar)

lunch: 450.

snack: 50

dinner: 450

snack: 50

total: around 1450-1500.

the only thing, and maybe it's not even a good thing, about working so much is SOMETIMES, when really, really, really super busy, my calories will be lower. but this is not always the case and with extra and too much stress, it can backfire into horrible eating on the weekend. so i have to be careful and i will never eat too low bc that never is helpful or healthy. i am not a starvation kinda chica!!!

exercise: when i got home after having dinner in my car, i jogged in the neighborhood (nice weather!) at 8pm till almost 9pm. jogging and walking.

Progress as of today: 8 lbs lost so far, only 3 lbs to go!
