breakfast: plum 50, cereal 130, milk 50, banana 100: 350

dunkin donuts before work: toasted bagel with egg/bacon and iced coffee: only have half the bagel: 450.

snacks: protein drink 100, almonds and part of a cookie 250 more.

lunch: microwave meal and a red pepper? 550 cal at lunch.

dinner: big salad with shrimp and chicken 450 at most.

snack: fruit and milk: 1950, not higher. good. i was so hungry today.

exercise: half hour bike ride, i got home at 8pm.

Progress as of today: 4 lbs lost so far, only 6 lbs to go!

breakfast: crackers 300, cereal 300, milk 100, banana 100, raisins 150: 950.

lunch: small plums 50, yogurt 100, tofu 50, small burrito 220, kombucha 80: 500.

1450...ahhh, gosh, so hard not to overeat today.

kinda a wasted day. calories probably around 4000-4500.

been eating too much, i'm starting to feel it...

anyways, early breakfast: 350

late breakfast with coworker, egg omelette with lox, 1.5 pcs toast, coffee. hopefully not more than 700? was a lot of food...(and seems they used a lot of cooking oil for the eggs)

lunch: party for another coworker's son...lunch foods, cake 1000 cal

snacks: chips 400

dinner more chips, many, sorbet 2 cups, and a small burrito.

3200 calories today.

can't complain. i had exactly what i wanted.

30 min strenuous bike ride.

1 hr weights.

damn technology, i hate it when my entries get deleted like that.

you done good; i still can't believe you can manage 1.5 hours of weights. i think i'd go crazy and start checking myself out in the mirror like all the tough bodybuilders do LOL.

so you wanna be a cop? well i'm from Canada so i don't know much about the system in the US but if you've got the skillz i don't think it much matters how tall/short you are. and if it's a dream of yours, i can't imagine not giving it a try. heck, i'm 5'5" (and a little) and i force people to call me supermodel names. a dream is a dream, don't let it get pushed under the bed.

BREAKFAST: 250: GREEK YOGURT MIXED WITH BANANA ON TOP OF BRAN CRACKERS.

today should have been an easy low calorie day but i stayed at work really late, blood sugar went way down, and even with snacking in the car on the way home, I had ben and jerry's still. so, i stopped before it got anymore out of hand (and it could, because we have the most decadent pie in the fridge my parents bought coming back from vacation - glad i didn't touch it, i would have felt so disgusting tomorrow!)

2250 approx.

total before end of work: 1250

snacking in car: 220

home: 300 pretzels 530 ice cream.

total: 2300 or so. could be a lot, LOT worse.

NO EXERCISE. worked 11.5 hours today, half hour lunch. i get up an hour early for tomorrow, as well....feeling like ass.

little too big dinner...still working on eating less calories.

exercise: 45 min bike ride.

total calories: 2050.  alright.

i'd go out with him again, story in entry below. BUT, when you sleep with him, usually that goes out the window, you know?! so we'll see.

i had to drive by the police precinct in the area where i had got into the accident last week in order to pick up the accident report, after work, only to find out that it can only be picked up between the hours of 8am-1pm.  grrrr, so they said to send a self-addressed stamped envelope and they'd mail it.  too bad the cops told me i could pick it up anytime and that there was no option to get it sent in the mail. annoying and a total waste of over an hour of my evening.

I ended up getting home from work and the police precinct around 6:30. I was tired, took a drink of diet mountain dew and went for a bike ride...like i had originally wanted to do after work. dinner was a bit larger, possibly also because i'm tired and my body is yearning for energy.

oh, and dessert, we shared tiramisu :-)  he had a cappuccino and i some coffee. wonderful night.

I went out with the kindest, most sincere guy I have ever met this weekend. I've known him a little for several years, although this was only the third time we've met up in person.  He was very generous, so enjoyable to be around.  Dinner was extremely tasty.  haha, we both had a nice glass of beer after a little walk to dinner, well, actually it ended up being like a half hour in the heat haha, so we were thirsty and we both got a little buzz from the beer. Dinner was so good, like I said.  I had a very large serving of St.Peter's Fish, it's a type of white fish prepared with bread crumbs, also had really delicately sauteed, in butter, broccoli and potatoes. I just had a little of dinner, he had some of my huge portion of fish. His dinner was also very, very well prepared: a combination of eggplant parm/but also chicken inside. I forget what the Italians call his dish.

Anyways, we went to dinner late and decided not to drink anything further. We were going to see a movie, but it was already a little after 11. We came back to my place and watched TV/movie for actually awhile! Nothing was rushed. This guy is seriously the nicest guy out there.   The rest of the evening, after 12 or so, we spent having a grand old time upstairs...haha. We went to sleep around 3.  It was a fun, exciting weekend.  He took a shower, as I offered, and he even folded up his towel, threw out the garbage, and offered to make the bed, which i turned down, saying i'd take care of it when he left.

He texted me on Sunday, thanking me for a good night....and asking how my day at the beach was. He even texted me again today, asking how my day off was. :-) Nice guy.

breakfast: egg white 20, cereal and milk 250, yogurt 100, some leftovers 150: 520 good.

snacks: 100 cal pringles, cracker 20, fruit 210: 330.

Snacks: sorbet and ice cream: 750.

tsf: 1600 oooooopsie.

late lunch: healthy crackers along with some really tasty (white) fish leftovers from fancy restaurant...lower calorie type fish - not like salmon.  around 400.

2000 so far...plan is for 2500 calories today or 2600...hard to get any lower any not feel really hungry/unhappy for the rest of the day, you know what i mean.

total calories today: success after the ice cream uproar: 

snack: dunkin donuts iced coffee 50.

dinner: rice chips 150, 2 yogurts 200. 350.

total: 2400, decent. exercise: weights for an hour and 20 min cardio.

Progress as of today: 4 lbs lost so far, only 6 lbs to go!

good day. but overindulged in dessert after dinner.

probably aroudn 2700 calories today.

if i didn't indulge, calories would have been really low, like 1700. oh well?

yesterday's calories were about 2400 as well.

exercise: 3 mi walk at the sunny beach :-)

I bought an abdominal exercise device called SLENDERTONE. I'm happy to report that over the 3 weeks or so that i've been using it, i've noticed changes, good ones, and that my abs are more toned. I use it almost every night, usually when sitting at my computer. It sends electrical pulses to your abs. If any of you are interested in firming your abs and you've had it with doing ab work, lol, use it. A little bit pricey, but worth it in the long run.  I'm gonna keep updating you all in a month or so.

 

weight a little up this AM, but I did have a lot of volume with my food for dinner. but i do have to be careful. calories have been higher lately.

Remember the guy I went out with last Friday night? We are hanging out tonight again. I am house-sitting, as well. This is gonna be a crazy night!   :-)

breakfast: strawberries, frozen kefir. 250.

snacks: 350

large lunch, but for some reason i was  VERY VERY hungry, it was strange: around 850 cal, could be more, but i'm not thinking about that...

(1500)

snack: 100 cal pringles pack and 1/2 greek yogurt, diet snapple. 150

tsf: 1650 = very good.

must clean bathroom and get nails done...
