126 lbs ...wow after Thanksgiving, it's been very difficult to take off the 2 lbs I gained that week/weekend! I still have one pound to go...but I feel great!

up early, couldn't sleep: 4:30AM - put some laundry in and took a shower, had a coconut drink. 50.

 5:30am: big breakfast: 2 servings oatmeal and a greek yogurt: 400 very filling. 2 cups of green tea. some water with chocolate stevia flavoring...you can find it online on amazon: sweatleaf stevia (liquid stevia) chocolate.

snack: almonds? protein bar?

lunch; veggies, tofu, plaintain chips: 550 or 600.

calories before work ended: 1200, good!

calories for dinner/snack in car: 300 more

calories after the gym: around 500, maybe more.

2000 calories today...awesomeness.

exercise: weights at the gym for about an hour. walk, leisurely slow pace, but ok, for an hour. good.

goodnight.

i worked 7am-5:30pm on hardly much sleep at all, as well!

this weekend will be spent exercising, eating healthy, and resting. i will also pay a visit to my grandma :-D

breakfast: (no time for even a 10 min walk...lol, yes, on computer instead...sometimes you need to relax for a few min in the morning, you know!?) breakfast - 2 servings oatmeal and almonds: 400. good.

snack: protein bar? almonds 150

lunch: tofu, veggies, chips? and a very small bite size dessert someone brought in! was tasty! 650

snack: fruits (2 persimmons)

dinner? veggies, tofu, fruit, kombucha

exercise: going for around 45 min cardio...hopefully that's it and i'll go to sleep earlier.

(weight around 127 - lol i'm just over 5 feet!)

calories were perfect at 1700!

exercise was perfect enough at 40 min with some pushups and bicep curls added in. nice day.

i worked one hour overtime, 8am-5:30pm,went to the gym literally next door, had dinner in my car and got home around 8:15pm...work tomorrow at 7am. whoa!

 

(4000)  :-D  <----amount of excessive calories since Thanksgiving...getting lower! yay, because it used to be around 5,000! I am gonna do this...and I think by New Year's I will definitely be the 125 again. Come January, my goal over those next two months is to get back to BELOW 120!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I get there, approximately a little over 6 lbs away, I will work at maintanance probably. I don't have a desire to be rail thin anymore. I think I'm too old for that. remember, i'm short, so even weighing below 110 is considered healthy for me. I'm 5'1".

weekend goals: no binging, a relaxing weekend, lots of cardio/outdoor activity if it is nice and relaxation/recooperation....and hopefully i'll see the guy probably next weekend, i think he may still be on vacatino this weekend...

I still think "weight" shouldn't be a stressing point. Especially when you have such low weight. Just concentrate on eating consciously and in moderation, and keep up with your amazing exercise routine, and you'll be perfectly ZEN with yourself & the world. How's the planning for the date? Is it closer to be true?

dinner: tons of nicely stirfried veggies, but also lots of sauce added in. 300 at least. protein bar 250. total around 550

total today: good, 2050. exhausted.

not sure if i will even walk tonight. i must go to sleep early.

damn, and slight binge on heavily sugared fruit salad...not sure how much, but it was more like a jelly than a fruit salad....very sugary, as well. like syrup....

and a ton of it...at least it's fruit, huh? i thinik my blood sugar was too low...

total: 2550. ok.

exercise: i think none, maybe a half hour, later.

127lbs.

after gym total cal: 1800....good! Late night eating at almost 11pm, woke up after just falling asleep from my mom's loud voice...anyways, some chinese, veggies, fruit salad premade already with much added sugar: hopefully not more than 500.

total: 2300. eh. not great.

exercise today: 40 min cardio, hour weights.

worked less today, 7am-4:30pm.

<4300> for my info. 1.25 lbs.

oh, you bet i had the worst gas all afternoon....ugh! too many veggies and a heavy dinner last night as well was the cause....i must learn to want to treat my body better! even binging on vegetables and rice cakes can be a bad thing...

weight: around 127 :-( must try harder!

early early: snack - 120 drink and some roasted acorn squash.

maybe 1500-1600 cals if i did the right estimate.

my boss brought in some really cool cooked spinach....so there could be more calories than i thought. it didn't taste oily or anything, so i am hoping that eating at least 1.5 packed cups of it didn't add much to my lunch calories. lol.

overall, healthy in terms of getting in fruits and veggies :-)

still processed foods as well, two protein bars.

some tofu in the mix, as well.

goodnight all.

i worked 7am-6:30pm.  tried out the new gym i joined - LITERALLY NEXT DOOR TO WORK. it's weird, though. i am working out with a Queens, NY, crowd that i was kinda not used to right at first. very crowded gym, but fun. and i skip rush hour going home if i work out there....that's the good part. driving home at night was a breeze.................

exercise: some weights for fun and pushups for fun. 40 min cardio.

7am early breakfast: protein bar 250

10am breakfast: oatmeal made with sunflower milk! wow. 200, yogurt 100: 300 :-)

11:00am snacking while cooking: peels (it was like eating nice baked chips or tortillas - good and healthy!) of the spaghetti squash after cooking and removing the meat of the squash - lol, what kinda calories? gotta be really low - 50?, and coconut water 50. 100.

tsf: 650 :D

snack: granola bar, coffee and also some candies at the gym: 300 total.

big dinner, so tasty: 4 rice cakes 160, yogurt 100, roasted squash 200?, cooked veggies 100: i'll estimate 600 yummy...oh and soup 100.  so let's say 700. was worth it!

total: 1650 yum. good day! and 2 rice cakes, protein bar later in the night: total today: 1950, good. and one more protein bar, total: 2200. fine, not terrible!

exercise: hour in am (walk), hour in pm (weights), 20 min walk in late afternoon. perfect.

weight is around 127, not 125 lately :-(  If i want to reach 121, I will have to stop eating such high calories everyday...I will have to stick around 1800, rather than 2200...or I may have to go lower, but 1800 sounds reasonable....or maybe i'm still working off the Thanksgiving weekend binge..

yup - i just did the calculations and it's not pretty - I have an extra 4800 calories, still, to burn off from the Thanksgiving weekend. over the past 16 days starting on Thanksgiving, I've eaten approx. 4800 calories extra overeall. :-(  Oh well. Nothing to help this except time and better eating now.

 

6am: protein bar 250, drink 40.  290-

8am breakfast: fiber one two cups and almond milk: 330 :-) coconut water light 40: 370 total

660 :-D

maybe 2400 cal...hopefully not more. but acutally, many healthy foods today :-D  even though high calories, not enormously high, not a binge either. :-D proud of myself.

i may see my "male friend" tomorrow. we'll see...hopefully..

exercise: half hour walk in AM, mile jog in afternoon, hour walk in PM. good.

visited grandma. went to the dentist.

great day.

talked on the phone with a good friend who lives sorta far away.

hummm, a date's on the horizon, that's exciting!!!! :))) Don't worry, just go for the slow progress. One cannot save the world in one day, and it's even less true for saving oneself!

breakfast: oatmeal and yogurt: 300.

snack: coffee mania (too much coffee) bar

lunch: healthy! boss cooked some hearty okra tomato soup which i had a big bowl of around 300 at least, sandwich, chips.

1250 cal...

after work: kombucha (it's a fermented japanese tea, i will find the link and post to the person's profile who was asking me about it, ) and fruit: 220, half small sandwich 200, steamed collard greens 50: around 500 i'll say.

snack: crackers 100

after gym: protein brownie, was good! 350

total: 2200 good.

gym sucked. i was starting to get really shakey and tired, so i left. 20 min cardio. 10 min weights.

i was supposed to at least get a good night's sleep last night but we had a storm with major winds culminating with a long power failure lasting from about 1am until around 8am? I had already left for work at 6:40am, leaving in the dark (and getting ready for work in the dark).  there was hot water, luckily, for a fast shower. then, i ate in a diner, since i had some extra time, purposely, since i couldn't make oatmeal or sit at home in a relaxed manner for breakfast in the dark. work was long, worked an hour extra and i didn't want to be there, at all.  i did end up doing a nice 45 min cardio at the gym :-D

home at 8.

bed soon!

3am snack during storm, couldn't sleep - bar 250

7am breakfast: 1/2 bagel with eggs, coffee 350

11am snack: coffee/almonds 100

1pmbig lunch: whole bagel with eggs, chips 650

5:45pm dinner: 1/2 bagel with eggs, steamed collard greens w. a little rice (leftovers), and a quince. all eaten in my car before the gym. 500

8pm after the gym: a bit much, but not really, actually, fiber bar 100, protein bar 250. 350.

2200. ok.

dinner: not sure. protein drink 260 and cookies 100 and drink 400

total: 1500 nothing more perfect....NICE!

exercise: will be CARDIO only again. at least 40 min.  yes, but i was running for almost a HALF HOUR! YES!

so, from all that cabbage, i had severe gas and bloating today. had to hold it in alllllll day....wass not good, coworkers could hear my stomach rumbling all afternoon.... :-/

I tried a persimmon last year for the first time. I like it. What is a kombucha? Cabbage will definitely have that affect on you. Next time, try Beano or GasX, or something like that. It definitely works.
