breakfast: yogurt and pineapple 250.

snack: protein drink 200

snack: almonds 200

big lunch: small pizza 350, chips 150. 500.

snack: bran, cranberries, kombucha 150.

dinner:500 or so.

1800. good.

(feeling very, very full and bloated from binging Tuesday night.)

exercise: bike and situps.

really full, please let me not be so bloated tomorrow. i hate this feeling, of fullness, and gas, all day everyday. it's really tough at work. i just eat too much at night and the food just sits in me, and i'm sooo bloated and gassy each and every single day at work. you have no idea!

Progress as of today: 3 lbs lost so far, only 7 lbs to go!

woke up in the middle of the night (3:40am) starving...which makes sense bc i had only liquids for dinner. never works to get me through the whole night. I had some chips, 300 calories more, still a good amount for yesterday.

breakfast: stomach feeling not so great. just an orange. 100.

chocolate milk 400 yeah.

almonds 200

lunch: 800 protein drink, microwave lean cuisine, chips. so damn hungry. (the drink was supposed to be another snack, but i was starving after my lunch still!)

snack: 100...packaged small cake.

too bid, but totally filling and satisfying dinner: seaweed (a lot of it dried and salted, very, very good!) 180, tofu 200, chips 300, ICE CREAM 600. was all damn worth it.  (but i gotta say, if i didn't have the ice cream, 2300 calories is so much better than 2900!) oh well!

total dinner: around 1300.

total: 2900. no regrets. will eat better next time! haha.

exercise: light. 30 min walk.

good morning...

thanks for the well wishes!!! :-D  I feel better!

again, i woke up with a sore throat!!! just like last friday, why!?!?!?

breakfast: bean chips 120, yogurt 130: 250

snack: almonds: 200

snack: protein drink 250

lunch: maybe 600?? lots of roasted (with honey and oil) acorn squash that i bought over the weekend already prepared, strawberry cottage cheese, and a little bit of chips.

snack: smallest piece of cake, no icing...like a bite! calories listed! 100 cal prepackaged red velvet flavor!

dinner: protein shake, some kombucha. lost my appetite tonight. would rather type here! :-D around 250.

at the gym, i wore more revealing, but not too much, clothing. I didn't feel great there bc i felt that my body was less toned than usual, even though i've lost a little bit of weight. no, i don't feel i've lost muscle, but it looked that way. I do have a goal of slimming down this summer. And by the end of JULY, i would like to be 125 (or in the 120's)...don't need to be picky, but i should be able to manage it! If i don't make a weightloss change now, it's never going to EVER happen again in my life. I need to do it while i'm still young and my metabolism is still great.

total calories: 1650. (PERFECT calories. I don't like to go much lower, it doesn't affect me well and i'm too hungry the next day.)

wow, i didn't write anything until 8:37pm on here! nice day at the beach and dinner with my best friend.

breakfast: 260 (bar, drink)

snack: bean chips/yogurt 250

lunch: cinnamon raisin cream cheese bagel with iced coffee: 600.

big dinner: huge burrito and chips/guacomole (when i tell you HUGE, i mean HUGE). 1100?

2200. good.

exercise: 4 mi walk at the beach by the shore. a small bike ride as well. and some pushups at the beach.

to do: cleaners, fancy supermarket, post office...exercise, visit grandma,....

debating taking off from weightlifing until monday evening.

little dehydrated this morning, but my weight was so impressive that i'm definitely recording it here!!!! wahoo for 132. so happy. cannot even weight to break into the 120's....it's coming, i'm gonnna be there SOON.

 

breakfast greek yogurt 200.

early lunch: ice cream and cereal: 700

late lunch/snack: deli chicken on bran: 250

snack: ice cream and a hot dog roll: 300.

total so far: 1450..alright :-D

snack: apple peal, later a kashi protein bar: 250

1700...

out at the bar all night = maybe more than 500 calories with the alcohol, but counting today as (alcohol = 3 diet cokes with either bacardi or malibu rum and one shot of soco with lime.)

2200 total. i doubt i had too much more, goodnight!

alcohol = 3 drinks, one shot.

Made it through to Friday.Woke up with a sore throat, I'm hoping it gets better throughout the day!....swinging by the supermarket, trying, early this morning to pick of a package of coffee...i spilled the boss' coffee yesterday...

Breakfast: Bean/flax chips 150 and kombucha. 200.

snack: almonds 150

lunch: lean cuisine 300, chips 200, protein drink 260: 760...later a candy. 40.

snack: kombucha 20, chips 80, cottage cheese strawberry flavor 100: 200., 2 big red peppers: total 320.

dinner: too big. protein bar, chips, seaweed, yogurt. 600

2070.

exercise: 45 min cardio, 3 or 4 sets pushups of 25-30 per set. around 100 pushups.

 

Progress as of today: 2 lbs lost so far, only 8 lbs to go!

WIPED OUT. went to bed so late, now up to get ready for work and then go to the city to see my dad be honored at a special event for the UJA Federation.  It's an important event, proud of my dad.

MUST WAKE UP.

BREAKFAST: little kombucha 20 and blueberries 30, and yogurt 110: 160.

1700-1800 cal today. good.

exercise: walking in the city for a little while.

LaLoo's Ice Cream is superb. many flavors don't even contain many calories compared to other brands of ice cream but it tastes decadent. the fig flavor is not a light fig flavor, but an intensely delicious, total full-fig flavor and it is GREAT. you've gotta try it. 150 calories per half cup. some of haagen daas or ben and jerry's have practically 300 cal per half cup and don't even compare with LaLoo's...so glad to find it in the store.

it's make from goat's milk...superb. wow. never going back!

 

calories: 1900.

exercise: 2.5 mile walk, 20 min intense bike ride.
