total: 1750. good choices. :-) feeling good. wanted something else, but i'm full. and no stress tonight. exercise: none except during school at the hospital. took the night off and i will probably have a walk in the AM. :-)

bed early.

today turned out really well. :-) even though i recieved some unfortunate news...nothing too terrible, but disheartening.

so anyways, i went to the gym and did only weights and back/abs and had a blast.  I also took a walk this morning, which was a GREAT idea!!

total calories are around 1700. and they include all food groups and everything. :-)

Progress as of today: -2 lbs lost so far, only 12 lbs to go!

1550 + 600 =  2150....

and cottage cheese later, pineapple flavor...

total: 2270. great. 2400...still ok!..ahhh, and8 chocolate  milanos! so,480 more...

2880 today. and know what, still good?!!? yeah, still good. and so very full! whoa. 

more cookies, 5 6more, 360 more calories. i'll never learn....

TOTAL: 3450 approx. i'm such an IDIOT.

exercise: 50 minutes elliptical.

unable to really eat low calories right now. but i'm doing alright. :-)

it is very good that you face this openly. it does help a lot... Sometimes I have the feeling of guilt and I want to hide it : "no, i won't post that cookie... it has less than 100 kcal, doesn't count"... but then my racional mind wins... every kcal counts! :)

snack: grapes 180?

snack: sweet potato fries and greek yogurt... 500.

snack: 2 bars at different points 350

dinner: green beans and almonds 160, pretzels 110, 2 peppers 80, microwave meal 350, yogurt 150: 850.

total: 2100. good.

study later a little, little bit for a test...

breakfast: pb sandwich 400, milk/grapes 100: 500 :-)

early lunch/snack: 100 fruit, sandwich 150, pretzels 110, jelly rings 500, pb 100: 960 ehh.

snack: probably some light drink from starbucks. snacks added up to about 300 calories.

dinner: around 550

total: 2300-2350. ok.

exercise: bike ride for 40 minutes and weights for 45 minutes.

breakfast: 300 cereal, with fiber, and milk.

snack: bar and coffee: 200

early lunch: sugar free ice drink 100, 1/2 chicken wrap with hummus 300

tsf: 900 :-)

snack: bar and fruit 350

dinner: chips 200, tofu 150, 3 peppers 120?, fries 450, microwave stuff 200: 1120 ok.

total: 2370. good in my book! :-)

exercise: will be gym with weights and cardio later.... :-)  3 mi walk.

good morning. busy day today with tests and stuff like that.  treating myself to another massage bc this is the month of massage for me, as I graduate school! something i'm doing for myself.

tomorrow i have a 100 question test that everyone in the county will be taking as a scholarship exam then i'm off for the day. but, i have court in the afternoon for a speeding ticket I got!!! yup, so i'm glad i won't have to take off school, since we are actually being givent the afternoon off! :-)

breakfast: baked potato, some sauce, baked chicken, orange juice: around 500.

late breakfast free at hospital: 1/2 large bagel, cream cheese, coffee, fruit: around 450

lunch free at hospital bbq employee/student appreciation day!: grilled chicken on bun, some ketchup, sourkraut around 450 total again

snack:? got hungry so quickly after lunch...weird! grapes and cereal w/ fiber 270

tsf 1670. good.

dinner:

bed early bc i will be taking an exam tomorrow that's more important. also must prepare for court for my speeding ticket as i have that at 2pm also tomorrow haha. i'm not really worried about it.
