successful day, but i did make a sorta large mistake at work...need to check my own work better :-(

calories up to the gym: 1500

calories after gym: 1850-1900. good day by far...up late, had chips...total for today more around 2200. that's quite alright ;-)

exercise: weights 1.5 hours (back, abs, arms, pushups)

worked from 8:00-6:30 again tonight. gym from 7:30-9:00.

Progress as of today: 0 lbs lost so far, only 10 lbs to go!

umm, well, breakfast: chinese 250?, ben and jerry's ice cream 1000, cookie 70: approx. 1300. and some chips, lol....1500 total for breakfast. actually, i forgot i ate a banana first thing...so, 1600.

work: glucerna shake 200, one candy, one melba cracker, wanton soup: around 650.

2250...

after work:soy chips 150, mushrooms (specially seasoned and roasted) maybe all together here 250.

total:  2500. not proud of my eating, was hard to control.

my stomach was a mess, lots of gas and feeling awful at work. tomorrow will be better.

exercise: 30 min bike ride.

worked from 8 till 6:30 and then doctor appt at 7:30. long day.

exercise: gym for 1hr 30 min. a good looking guy hit on me! nice...

total cal: around 2,000. very good.

breakfast: strawberries (a lot) 90 and fiber one and milk: total 350.

lunch: protein shake 300

early dinner: healthy light rice paper wraps from trader joe's 350, chips 300

late snack?dinner: healthy tofu and veggies with olive oil, a big portion, but healthy.

9:30am getting my hair permandently (brazilian straightened and nervous because it's rainy weather and i'll have to be careful not to wet my hair!) process should take a couple hours...

1pm...then going to a funeral ceremony for my friend who committed suicide...

then possibly buying a suit jacket for an interview next week.

then the gym and then coming home and thinking about the interview, planning, getting settled and prepared for a busy week, as usual with work, to come!

I'm sorry I missed your earlier post about your friend. It's almost 1:00 here and I will be thinking about you and your friends during the next hour. About the hair straightening-you were actually able to get that done on a Sunday? Salons aren't open here on Sunday. The lady I go to for haircuts specializes in the Brazilian straightening. She has used some of the process on my hair bc since going gray I also have more course curly hair than before, go figure! It's awesome when she does that.....I'll bet you are lovely, anyway it goes.....why not post a quick pic here or on FB for us? :o) Interview next week - YAY! Sounds interesting. Fingers crossed.

breakfast: BIG bowl fiber one with almond milk 300, vanilla protein shake 100, bowl of strawberries 120 or so: 520. yum.

2200 calories.

1hr walk.

calories a bit high, but not a binge and really that's what matters most!

early breakfast: 220 calories of strawberry smoothie, 4 peanuts.

late breakfast: dunkin donuts sandwich and coffee is what i'm thinking.

late snack: protein shake?

lunch: burrito and yogurt?

snack: granola bar??

dinner:

on the scale i weigh around 135, but this can go up easily if i continue the high calorie days...last night no exercise, tonight i plan on biking to the gym and doing weights there. good day to you.

edit: calories up to end of work: 1300.

calories plus snack after work: 1500.

calories with after gym late dinner: 2000. very successful. 1.5 hours weights, 30 min bikeride.

very hungry day, probably bc of lack of sleep. i htink around 2200-2300 cal. good.

 

4.5 hours sleep = must have coffee today!!!! was up doing something important (not the whole time, i was procrastinating a little too....)

early breakfast: strawberries and protein drink: 180.

later breakfast: dunkin donuts croissant with maybe egg and bacon? or cheese and bacon? bran, protein drink?

black coffee when i need.

lunch: dumplings? or burrito? and chips?

snack: no idea.

dinner:

bed early to make up for last night perhaps...

up way too late, but actually doing some work before i go to bed..important work that i don't mind doing at all....work that consists of scanning and emailing baby photos to a family friend who's brother unfortunately committed suicide...very, very sad. as family friends, we have many photos. we are all very sad about this. especially since we had no idea this was coming.

early breakfast: 300 cal. greek yogurt with cinnamon and chocolate flavored stevia extract/liquid and blueberries

calories during up to end of work: 1550.

calories after work: 200.

calories after the gym : 200.

total: 1950. perfect....stayed up late, snack 150

total: 2100. still fine.

exercise: 20 min bike, 2 hours weights/back/abs. yeah, those guys at the gym really motivate me...and i got compliments.

breakfast 1700 calories....ugh (chunky monkey ice cream and chips)

snack: 50 sucking candy.

lunch:400. wanton soup, lots of wantons

snack:large pork dumpling

snack: stacy's pita chips

calories until evening: 2700...

dinner: 660 or so. stacy's pita chips, blueberries, clif bar chocolate peanut butter.

total around 3500.

exercise: hour walk, some pushups and abs.

healthy, huh!? lol.

7500 two day total.

around 2500 extra cal over the past two days...and with sunday's 2800 or so, 600 more...so, around 3100 extra calories ...almost a pound...will try to subtract from this in the days to come. burn the 3100 extra cal.  shouldn't be too hard at all...

a few days of 1800 should do the trick..well, like a week of 1800...doesn't have to be done all at once. no worries.

lunch: bran, bread, turkey: 160 or so.

snack: yogurts and crackers 500, then another small sandwich 130 and drink 20, too much, too much food.

total up to 1:30pm -1600 cal.

snack: zone nut bar 200

dinner: green pepper 40, dried seaweed 120, veggie burger sandwich 250, cottage cheese 100 = 510

2310.

hr bike  ride, hr weights

nooooo ive never been a runner!! still dont consider myself one! LOL. Honestly, about 3 years ago it would have taken me 16 minutes to finish a mile. Now it takes me usually around 7 and a half. One day I just though "Whats the one thing I absolutely hate doing when it comes to working out? Running? ok lets start!" and just from that day I started with a half a mile a day, then to one, then to 3, and now to 5. I usually stick with 3 because I wanna be careful with my knees. It all starts with one bored day lol
