angry to go to work today. i worked an hour late yesterday and didn't want to. i'm exhausted.

no exercise, i worked from 8am-7pm, got home around 8:30 in a bad mood and had dinner, but first my parents were not very sympathetic to my mood and we ended up having an argument before i could even eat dinner, right when i got home and was making food in the kitchen. i knew i should have went to the gym right away...i knew my parents would make my night a living hell, as they always do....great way to start the weekend.

i don't know what to do anymore. just like my parents to make the start of my weekend a disaster.

calories: i have no idea i didn't count, but not bad.  probably 1800-1900. good.

exerice: ****ing none. angry. it was thundering/lightning horrible weather and i didn't leave my house again to get to the gym, it was late, 8:30pm and i didn't even have dinner yet.

Progress as of today: 4 lbs lost so far, only 6 lbs to go!

exercise: 25 min bike and hour hardcore weights, pushups. goodnight.

total: 1950. good.

another day of $hit exercise. half hour of garbage. working too much makes me very angry.

 i didn't want to do any overtime today, but ended up working until 6:30pm. it's late, especially when you get home after 7pm and you wanna go to bed early but also exercise. sucks.

binge on nuts 400, ice cream 550, and chocolate 300: 1250 here,

total for theday:3200. superb, not really....shoot, i also had a LOT of cake, forgot to add it in :-(......4000 calories for today, i weigh 133 but i need to eat healthier (not binge)...

exercise only half hour, like i said. help. too much working lately.

I'm telling my boss on Thursday that I cannot work late Thursday or Friday. I've had enough for this week, i'm exhausted and not even sleeping well....

exercise: 30 min bike, 45 min weights. kinda sucky, was rushed and not done well.

breakfast: peach 80, squash soufflee from supermarket 140, milk 50. total: around 300.

snack: rest of the squash soufflee 150

snacks: protein drink/nuts: 300

lunch: microwave meal, and a full pita with hummus: and some pickled cauliflower which was good: 600.

snack: 2 plums, goldfish crackers: 230

dinner: I splurged but healthy foods. lots of tofu 200, healthier multigrain/fiber chips 300, some veggies 60, two plums 100?, crackers, yes, more 100: 760 it's OK.

exercise: hour cardio :-)

total cal: 2360. absolutely good. :-)

and a healthy day!

it's raining, i have no plans for the rest of the day and i can finally comment on some journals, nice!! :-D....

breakfast: 200 2 spelt (kinda like rice cakes) cakes, and a nice nut/fruit bar. 200 total.

going back to sleep for a lil while.

brunch: butternut squash soufflee 4 servings haha, the whole thing: 300 cal, and some cream of wheat with milk 150: 450 calories of deliciousness.

snack: yogurts 240. and goldfish crackers 130: 370 :-D was good.

tsf: 1020, good...and a couple crackers...1050..

2000 very tasty calories today.

30 min cardio.

1.5 hours weights.

fanastic.

lately, when i get my period, i hardly have it at all for the first two days, so strange. wow. then it finally comes....and it's a beach day yuck! but i'll be there, at the beach!

 

2200 or so calories. good day.

just a little exercise at beach, 1.5, maybe 2 hours of slow walking on the shore with my friend.

30 min bike ride, slacking on cardio...i worked 12 hours today, that's why, and then dinner with a friend. no more time to do more.

calories before dinner: 

breakfast: 100, some nuts

snacks in AM: 650 first, a big granola bar and some protein shake, later nuts, later rest of protein shake

lunch: 450 microwave lean cuisine butternut squash ravioli, cucumber, later a few chips

snack: 100 smallest piece of cake, 100 calories on package

1350...

dinner: 400?? grilled shrimp salad, piece of challah bread and dessert 350 (later at my house, two yogurts, grapes)

2100.  

2250 (had some cheddar goldfish crackers, boy are they always so yummy!)

and some bowling!

I like lean cuisine meals too.Some times i get which diet meals are are sale so I don't eat too much per meal and i know what's in it.i stay away from the deserts cause I will binge on them.I have a runaway sweet toooth

around 2100-2200 cal. well, i kinda pigged out after the gym bc i had chips i didn't need. but whatever. long day, i did a favor and drove someone home, i got home late close to 8pm and then went to the gym. I have work tomorrow morning at 7am blech. then late dinner with a friend tomorrow. toooooooo much. weekend includes visit to grandma, dermatologist appt, and maybe beach then bar saturday night for someone's bday. Sunday, the rifle range with a guy friend. i'm excited, but nervous i won't survive the weekend bc i have too much to do!

exercise: 30 min bike, 1 hour hardcore weights.

Sounds like a fun weekend. Have you shot rifles before? I love to target practice, but we don't have a range close anymore so it's too much effort. We do pistols, though. My favorite is glock 9mm semi auto. I am most comfortable with it. I don't want to sound like a gun nut. I just like to shoot at targets and see how I do.

breakfast: fiber one/granola mix and milk 350.

snacks: 400

lunch: 550, good lunch!

dinner: HEALTHY first time in a LONG time. broccoli and ample grilled chicken. around 450 i think, hopefully not more for a ton of broccoli and big piece chicken filet grilled.

snacks after gym: plum 60, ice pop 60, two yogurts 200, and darn seaweed snack 60: 380 good.

total: 2150 approx. not great, but not bad.

exercise: 25 min bike, 25 min elliptical at gym. perfecto.

need to catch up and comment on diaries. life is good. you know the guy i went out with two weeks ago, I'll be going out with him, during the day on Sunday, to the target range this Sunday! I've been eager to do this for some time, and I'm very excited for this activity. wow. nice.
