up way too late, but actually doing some work before i go to bed..important work that i don't mind doing at all....work that consists of scanning and emailing baby photos to a family friend who's brother unfortunately committed suicide...very, very sad. as family friends, we have many photos. we are all very sad about this. especially since we had no idea this was coming.

early breakfast: 300 cal. greek yogurt with cinnamon and chocolate flavored stevia extract/liquid and blueberries

calories during up to end of work: 1550.

calories after work: 200.

calories after the gym : 200.

total: 1950. perfect....stayed up late, snack 150

total: 2100. still fine.

exercise: 20 min bike, 2 hours weights/back/abs. yeah, those guys at the gym really motivate me...and i got compliments.

 

 

Progress as of today: 0 lbs lost so far, only 10 lbs to go!

breakfast 1700 calories....ugh (chunky monkey ice cream and chips)

snack: 50 sucking candy.

lunch:400. wanton soup, lots of wantons

snack:large pork dumpling

snack: stacy's pita chips

calories until evening: 2700...

dinner: 660 or so. stacy's pita chips, blueberries, clif bar chocolate peanut butter.

total around 3500.

exercise: hour walk, some pushups and abs.

healthy, huh!? lol.

7500 two day total.

around 2500 extra cal over the past two days...and with sunday's 2800 or so, 600 more...so, around 3100 extra calories ...almost a pound...will try to subtract from this in the days to come. burn the 3100 extra cal.  shouldn't be too hard at all...

a few days of 1800 should do the trick..well, like a week of 1800...doesn't have to be done all at once. no worries.

hungry....and VERY tired day.

1100 cal till end of work,

did binge.

probably around 4,000 calories today.

breakfast: dried & salted crispy green beans 130, cereal with almond milk 300, milk 130: 560. good.

haha, so thirsty...snack, large orange: 100, larger apple 120

790.

lunch: bran, bread, turkey: 160 or so.

snack: yogurts and crackers 500, then another small sandwich 130 and drink 20, too much, too much food.

total up to 1:30pm -1600 cal.

snack: zone nut bar 200

dinner: green pepper 40, dried seaweed 120, veggie burger sandwich 250, cottage cheese 100 = 510

2310.

hr bike  ride, hr weights

nooooo ive never been a runner!! still dont consider myself one! LOL. Honestly, about 3 years ago it would have taken me 16 minutes to finish a mile. Now it takes me usually around 7 and a half. One day I just though "Whats the one thing I absolutely hate doing when it comes to working out? Running? ok lets start!" and just from that day I started with a half a mile a day, then to one, then to 3, and now to 5. I usually stick with 3 because I wanna be careful with my knees. It all starts with one bored day lol

2850, alright. :-) exercise: 3.5 mi walk, 20 min bikeride.

 

plan: put away all clean laundry that's been waiting at least a week or more to be put away!!!, bike ride, massage!!!!!, visit grandma, walk...maybe the mall for a quick look since i'm pretty low on spring professional clothing for work, not too much planned today....maybe cook a chinese stirfry!

breakfast: definitely different, 500 cal, freshly made matzah with salt/pepper flavor, 2 packs of dried salted sesame flavor seaweed, fiber one and milk., some orbit peach flavored gum.

snack: strawberries: 100

snack: yogurt, more fiber one with almond milk 320, drinks 80: 400

1,000. good.

happy i was 135 on the scale yesterday morning!!!! so happy.

edit: slight binging at night after my wendy's dinner of 600 cal, on chinese 500 or so and candies 400 or so after dinner.

total calories 3,000. going to bed early so i can exercise with weights at the gym and burn some of these extra cals...whoa. it's alright, the food was tasty.

tonight i'm going to write an update here, no matter what. :-) An update about my life and all the craziness...definitely some craziness...

100 snack - strawberries

350 breakfast - milk, fiber one cereal, coconut milk

snacks: sucking candy. hard to snack right

at work, looks bad. i know candy is bad, but it's fast and easy, simple for NOW. 200.

lunch: some chips 150, 1/2 bagel with turkey: 450.

snack: other half the bagel and turkey : around 300. (nice and mushy, tender bagel!)

snack: hot dog bun, yes, really! 120 was very, very satisfyingly tasty and fluffy.

1520.

dinner: 

bed early :-)

exercise: not planning on much, just a walk. i did 15 quick minutes at 5:45am this morning outside biking....i was up EARLY! :-)

early breakfast, so hungry!: orange, 80, watermelon 170, dried fruit: 150: 400.

late breakfast: a bit much salted seaweed snacks (very good, like eating chips!) 180, yogurts and almond milk 450

late lunch at beach: iced coffee 60, croissant with eggwhites and cheese 450, around 510.

snack: with friend, part of her garlic knot breadstick, really good, very oily though at pizza place...200?

total so far: 1560...very good...

dinner: two yellow peppers, small, 60, frankfuter bun 120, yogurt 100, butternut squash souffle 180: 460.

total: 2020....hopefully bed in an hour or two!

maybe a bike ride, light dinner. bed early though. lots of laundry/cleaning to do before bed....i hope that you all had a good weekend...my day today at the beach with my best friend was such a great start of this summer. it's left me in a very, very good mood. i'm feeling much better than i did last week.
