just42day on 08/11/2010:
Actually my b'fast was yummy - scrambled w/peppers, onions and lc cheese. I added Italian seasoning to it and that really added a nice flavor. You still have me beat w/your ice cream b'fasts though. Nothing beats ice cream. :)

moogy on 08/11/2010:
Not a good one HOP, sounds like you were feeling really down. I am sorry life is suckky at the moment - I hope that you can work your way around the difficult stuff and find a way to set a goal for yourself. I am sending lots of hugs.XXXXXX

V on 08/11/2010:
I was just checking in with you to see if you were feeling better than last night. Are you still feeling sick?

Donkey on 08/11/2010:
Telephone interviews are MOST difficult. I had one once and did not do well, and hence, did not get the job, but was honored to be selected in the first place. You are so hard on yourself.

V on 08/11/2010:
Please don't give up! It is still time to turn this thing around! What is going on with you girl? Come on you have to take control! Is there something we can do to help you?

loveray on 08/11/2010:
never give up!! hang in there lovely lady. you are worth this and so much more!

just42day on 08/11/2010:
Sorry you've had a rough day. We've all been then. You can get through this. A lot of us currently DREAM about weighing 140 so DO NOT GIVE UP. I know it's easier said than done, but try to put today behind you. You can't change today but you CAN change tomorrow and I know you CAN do it. We're pulling for you!

well, one has his/her stages in life, you're having a serious ice-cream stage here, but no problem with that unless you stop exercising which you won't because you just love it, heheheh! :)

moogy on 08/09/2010:
No, I am sorry but I can't take those jolly ranchers seriously now!! You are making me crazy with the ice cream - it is too cold to eat it here at the moment but I hope you will be "looking for something else" come summer!!!!LOL

OK, thanks, now I feel like a real idiot, I am going to claim a senior's moment!!! LOL

Donkey on 08/09/2010:
Not only did you pass but you did really well. I think you are very hard on yourself and that leads to bingeing.

Now that you have passed, and quite well, don't you think that some of that eating was ridiculous?

tangalyn on 08/06/2010:

KathyBlue on 08/06/2010:
ice-cream YAYYYYY :) is it hot?

KathyBlue on 08/06/2010:
i mean hot weather, not the ice-cream, lol

geevee on 08/06/2010:
I few years ago I had a night school student who didn't like milk or milk products EXCEPT for ice cream He was concerned about getting enough calcium so he, his wife and son would always have a big bowl of ice cream for breakfast and then eat normally the rest of the day.

I can't think of a better way to start the day!

loveray on 08/06/2010:
aww sweetie, what is going on? why are you so nervous? i love you! hang in there.

Donkey on 08/06/2010:
I just wanted to stop by and give you a hug and tell you that it's OK to cry. Maybe you need a good cry, rather than another dish of ice cream. Whatever it is that you are nervous about -- and I'm guessing school or job -- you have to trust in yourself and in a higher power, that things will work out the way that they were meant to be. Seriously, unless you are facing jail time or death, anything else can be recovered from. Anything.

moogy on 08/06/2010:
Can we help, we don't really know who you are you know. You can tell us anything here and it stays here (bit like Vegas!!). We may be able to offer support, advice, whatever you need. Whatever it is icecream is not the answer - eventually it will claim it's reward by sticking to your hips. Big Hug for You XXX

2luvself on 08/06/2010:
Hey I have had a couple frozen banana bars since last night... Icecream is definetly something I need to nip in the but as far as my trigger foods go.

Thought I would relay this quote to you.

>>>>>“Pressure? What pressure? Pressure is poor people in the world trying to feed their families. Working from dawn till dust just to feed their young. There is no pressure in football. - Jose Mourinho<<<<

Although this quote is about football, it applies equally well to life as well. Too often we expand our problems so that they practically take on a life of their own so that even a paper cut feels like a raw gaping wound. Try looking at things in its proper perspective and your problems might not be so big or unmanageable after all.

Is this thing you are nervous about going to even matter to you in 5 years...6 months... next week even? Change is a way of life. A wise person will certainly adapt oneself to change. The truth of the matter is that you always know the right thing to do. The hard part is doing it.

V on 08/06/2010:
HOP I get it and I went back to prior entries and you went from a pretty well balanced menu to alot of snacks. How are they getting in the house? Well the good new is that you can turn this around, the bad news is you have to get that ice cream and probably the pretzels too :( You know at 140 lbs you could probably compromise somehow by perhaps finding an ice cream alternative like the skinny cow brand or sugar free sherbert, even Bryers has a lighter version. Just remember you are only 15 lbs away from your goal so don't stray too far from your plan for a healthier you :) Much love to you

You are doing this on purpose aren't you? I tell you if I had ice cream in the house, I would be sitting here demolishing the whole lot right now. LOL It is so weird, you start the day off with ice cream and lunch is ultra healthy. I don't know how you do it, if I started the day off like that it would be all downhill for the rest of the day. You have my admiration.!!!

V on 08/05/2010:
Dessert is the new Breakfast! Love it :) Don't feel bad about spending time on the computer, I sometimes have to give myself a computer "time out" sometimes :)

Haha, actually i am not a huge fan of fruit, but i've been forcing myself to eat it to try to keep me full. it has helped, certainly, but my tastebuds wouldn't protest at all if i never ate another apple.
