breakfast: quite large. fiber one cereal and milk 260, pb on crackers 550: 810.

snacks: 140

lunch: 250

snack: 220

dinner: 650..750 w. grapes

late night snack while studying 230

tsf: 2400.

9am snack: dunkin donuts flatbread 300, a few cherries 20 more or so. felt bingy for a sec and realized now is NOT the time for that!

12 lunch? no, bc i need to first feed grandma and i can't eat with her, too difficut...so, what should i have? not sure...

good morning! i felt more well rested this morning, even though i could have even slept more. it must hvae been the massage that's relaxed me so.

breakfast: 300 fiber one honey clusters, regular bran, milk :-)

snack: yogurts, bar total 330

lunch: in hospital: chicken sandwich with some salad and broccoli 450.

snack: other half of sandwich? 250 haha left it at school! gonna throw it out monday bc it's gross to eat cold cuts after leaving them in our nasty fridge over the weekend! ewww.

snack before and after 4.5 mile walk: adds up to 330.light frappucino before and then a carb/fiber bar with diet drink after! was great, actually!

1410 :-) happy with this so far!

dinner: 

bar tonight for a little while... decided i don't wanna go. tired. eh. i like going out sat night but not friday.

Happy Friday! Aww pffffft I wish I could get a good message, my husbands idea of a message is a 3 second shoulder rub that starts moving south to the mountains pretty quick if you know what I am saying.

I am also spreading the word around for this contest I entered which I have the details for in my diary. I hope I have your vote.

EXERCISE: 1.25 HOURS WALKING! AND 30 MINUTES CHALLENGING WEIGHTS. FABULOUS. I FEEL A BIT BETTER. I JUST NEED A BIT MORE SLEEP.

still not feeling great. i'm wiped out! this is nuts! why does this happen so often!?

breakfast: large bowl of cereal and milk: 400.

snack: candy 40, yogurt and some nuts 200

more close to 700

lunch: subway - chips and sandwich. around 600

1300...my pee was BRIGHT yellow before, yuck!

snack: around 200

dinner: salad 80, eggplant rollettes 350, bran 80, drink 20. 530 or so.

2030 :-) GREAT. and the massage was the best i've EVER had. WOW.

i will probably be doing weights tonight at the gym and a massage even though i can hardly afford it.

hi.  exercise: bike for one hr outside :-)

breakfast and lunch and morning snacks: 1400.

snack later: 250

snack: 100

dinner: fruit 100, salad 250, cereal/milk 210, kombucha 40. 600.

total: 2350. good.

 bed early probably.

I loooove bike, I used to do it but the city I live in now it's far more dangerous than the one I lived in before... and no greenies (a bigger park or sg) nowhere...! too bad. :(

not feeling great. overeating already on fruits?

breakfast: 5 apricots: 200, ice cream 220: 420.

snack: not particularly happy to be alive right now. hating myself....two candies and a toffee thing since i didn't bring a snack and that's what's laying around. 80, 40.

snack: more candy and pretzels (was hungry) 190

lunch: 650: cheese-its, "french toast tasting bagel" which was good, with cream cheese.

snack: the plan is NOTHING sugar free. too much gassy products lately.lol, i did have something with artificial sugar but that's ok. 200 more.

dinner: around 400 - veggies and tofu with asian dressing and a little kombucha tea.

total 2100. good.

gym with weights and some cardio OUTSIDE and AFTER dinner. (i should not be so lazy after dinner all the time.)

Your munchie day reminds me of those 5 days of my trip. I couldn't believe how much I had eaten once I wrote it all down. Thank Heavens not every day is a munchie day!

Big Breakfast: cereal and milk 220, haribo gummy candies that i finished off 380, and some peanut butter on a large spoon 220. total: 820!

snacks at beach: bag of carrots, kombucha: 200

late 2pm/3pm bbq with grandma at my house after i got back from the beach:was STARVING. all healthy. probably around 900

tsf: 1920 or so. I can have a snack later if i'm hungry.

snacks: small peach 50, ice cream 220, 2 apricots 70...340.

small binge: cereal and milk 420, and peanut butter 280! = 700.

total today: 2960 ( a postive is it's not 3,000.) lol, not great, but not crazy bad. i'm having a rough time and i'm wasting my time by binging. what am i doing!?

no exercise?  thundrstorms, unless they pass.

maybe i'll go to the gym early this morning so i can come home and relax tonight.

today:

i got up MAD early at 5:30am or so. decided i wasn't tired and didn't want to go back to sleep. lollygagged around, cleaned up most of the clothes lying all over my floor :-)

8:45am had my snack of pepper/garlic tofu and bran. and getting up the enthusiasm to go to the gym for weights.  cardio this evening.

11-11:30am arrive at grandma's to walk, give haircut, and help with lunch.

1-1:30: leave to drive back to teach lessons

3-5 or 6: need to look at my schedule!: teach lessons.

after lessons: some cardio.

and relaxing after that!
