very bloated, even when i'm not eating terribly. my body hasn't been kind to me lately. not pmsing or anything. i'm talking too much food and air in my gut.

breakfast: healthy and filling 370 kashi cereal and milk, and a veggie burger

snack: 230, then coffee later 50. fruit and nut bar.

lunch: healthy chicken salad, very little dressing. around 300

snack: 250: nuts, dried fruit, kombucha.

dinner: 2 veggie burgers 300, two red peppers 100, large ass orange 150: 550

total: 1750. might have a snack later if i get hungry.

so tired. i think i need a nap. i had a review class all day. just had to sit there. but those things are tiring. maybe a nap and then a walk around the community?

exercise: gonna go to the gym for some elliptical even though i'm tired. then bed...

exercise will be a bit of cardio, mostly all weights, back, and abs.

1350 so far. moderately healthy. fine.

treating myself to a massage i shouldn't be paying for later. lol, i have no money but whatever.

more importantly, i applied for a job that i wish i would get at least an interview for...it's at the same district where my friend works. i would be in heaven. heaven.

snack: 150

snack: 200

lunch: 510

lots of chinese and 2pm bc i'm sitting home with nothing better to do: noodles and pork probably around 650, broccoli and beef: 350? total here: 1,000

tsf: 2210!

that's waaaayyy before dinner...

snack:  drinks 50, bar

tsf: 2450

dinner:protein bar around 300

total: 2750 ok!

exercise: 3.25 miles.

breakfast/snacks: 650 healthy.

healthy eating all day. with dinner, i was at about 1750. then, of course, i had to do some homework...actually lots of stuff that required much thought and time and staying up late. so i had an orange and then ice cream, boosting my calories up to 400 more.

around 2150 which is fine.

gym: cardio about 40 minutes and weights and back and abs. the end.

my weight is much higher, so i will update. i have gained, actually not as much as i expected. i'm 137 now. thank gosh i exercise or i would have gained much more by now.  i will have to push the exercise up a notch. would feel good to be back under 135 when i graduate, it'll feel better! :-) patience. and no crazy dieting. i can no longer do that, not right now.

9 first breakfast and then back to sleep: 2 small peaches: 100

11:30 brunch: microwave lean cuisine and a yogurt: around 450 should be filling for awhile...

snack: bar, coffee??eh, not sure..

snack again: cereal and milk??

dinner out late 8pm:

bar tonight with drinks and dancing. not too much, but enough. i'll probably stick with my signature drink, diet coke and malibu!

exercise: maybe a short afternoon bike ride in a couple minutes after i finish digesting!

so today is Thursday. And probably the last day I take off from school. yeah, i've played hookie way too many times to count this year. first time i've ever behaved this way in my 27, almost 28, years. it'll be fine. the weather's nice. i'll make sure to get out. and i plan on studying for tomorrow's two tests, not that it really matters. as long as we pass, the endless exams really don't mean much. it's not a college program and the tests are far too many, weekly, and quite annoying to say the least.

7am breakfast: 400. apple, cereal, milk.

snack: bar, coffee, too many sf drinks: 400

lunch: taco bell and chips: around 500

total: 1300

why am i soooo TIRED!?  maybe TOM is here is the reason? i must be low on iron.
