will be going out to see fireworks and a concert tonight. and i did take a walk this morning and bike ride this afternoon to get off my ass for a little while.

gotta complain: not a happy camper. studying is not going well,  and i'm starting to get somewhat nervous that i'm gonna have to push the test date even further into July...not good...

snack: ices 100

breakfast: bar 240

snack: bar 140

snack: chips 220

lunch: lots of sauteed mushrooms and tofu: 500?

snack: ices, diet coke, tons! 100

snack: pretzels 240

tsf: 1540, good...

snack: tons of bran and almond milk 100, drink 40, apricot 20: 160

dinner: maybe 350, that would be estimating low, hopefully not more :(

2050...and coffee 50.

grrrrr....can't take studying....HATE studying....i know i need to just buckle down and get it done....but....it's not going well, at all!

morning: gym for weights...little bit of cardio, i'll do more probably with another visit to the gym later...

breakfast: coconut ices 240 and yogurt 140: 380.

snack: before gym, powerbar 240, after gym powerbar 140: 380

lunch: tofu 100, seasoned kale salad 250?, pretzels 200, yogurt 140, cucumber and dressing 50: 740

snacking: more of the cole slaw...hoping it's not too much more than 200 more cal.

snacking: then, ices. 100.

snacking; yogurt 130, pb 100, bran 20: 250

tsf: 2050....eh. didn't eat dinner yet...will want something....i HATE studying.

total cal: 2550. ok!

exercise: weights and hour walk.

Hi and steady as she goes, HOP! Darn those bad dreams! They are just a manifestation of our fears. They don't come true. They just reveal our anxieties to us sometimes. You WILL PASS the test! Shake off that dream and don't let it derail you.

i LOVE kale salad. there is a new one at whole foods that is marinated in tamari with sun-dried tomatoes, olives and sesame seeds. amazing. thanks for the thoughts- love!

HAD A BAD DAY TODAY.  calories around 5,000 or more. i stopped counting mid-day.

woke up in the middle of the night, actually around 3-4am...bad dream about flunking a test i need to take! lol.

3am: 720 mostly carby foods.

9am: 200 in a bar before a 3 mi walk.

snack: cherries 100

lunch: cereal 200, pineapple cc 220, bran 40, lg banana 150, chocolate 100, peanut butter 200: 910 blah!

tsf: 1930 blech...oh, the glass of milk: 80

2020. so far.

lots of pretzels, ravioli (750 calories here alone), and other high cal things. having a VERY DIFFICULT time right now, with studying for this test. eating is absolutely insane.

thank gosh yesterday's over. waste of a day.

breakfast: cereal and milk 210.

lunch: dunkin donuts egg white flatbread and probably a yogurt. 400

snack: iced coffee? 100

snack: bar and iced coffee? 300

dinner: starbucks egg white wrap. 300

1350 sounds good to me as a plan for today.

snack: 450

1750 total, still good

exercise: 3 mi walk in the AM, but weights will wait for tomorrow :-)

6am blueberries and triscuits: 550

9:30am: fruit 150, cottage cheese 110, bran 25, toast 110 with butter 40 total here: 440

11am poor choice snacking: triscuits 130 x 5 = 650, milanos 10 x 70 = 700, milk 100 = 1450 right here alone.

(i know why, too. i was up really late, until past 3am. was chatting with some guy. have a lot on my mind. and i'm feeding it, unfortunately, with food.)

snack: sandwich and blueberries 500

snack: 4 cheese ravioli 250?, mango and large banana 450...

3200,3650...peach, 3700 total today....finished the triscuits: total: 4200 today.

i rarely starve myself after binges anymore, so i do plan to eat more...

Hi there - I read your entry for yesterday as your exercise at 3 AM, and thought why are you up in the middle of the night? Now that's dedication! Had to reread it - ha! Three miles plus two walks is true dedication. Keep it up!

lunch: cucumber and dressing 80, crackers (with fiber, does that make it better? lol) 400, tofu 100, yogurt 280: 860

snack:2 peaches 170?

tsf: 1430

snack:sucking candy, later a soy bar: 270

dinner:around 500

total 2200: good!..and a peach, perhaps 2260.

exercise: 3 mi AM walk, planning on another walk tonight. :-)

studying for test. and teaching 4 lessons. that's my day. pretty simple!

breakfast: bran crackers 60, milk 80, fried egg and tofu 160, quacamole 120 (bran instead of the moldy bread, lol! i started to toast it then i saw the rest of the package was moldy...and so was the piece i put in the toaster! yuck!) total here: 420

tsf: 520 :-)

lunch: dunkin donuts flatbread 300

snack: ices 100

snack:bar 230

snack:coffee and granola 300

dinner: mcdonalds salad 600

total: around 1950 great!

other exercise:parl 2.5 miles, weights 45 min! (and 30 min walk this morning. great!)

Happy 4th!

woke up at five AM, had italian ices 100, then went back to sleep.

up again around 8:30/9: blueberries 100

felt really nauseous, not sure why!, and had a heavy breakfast to combat it: 2 eggs 180, slice of whole wheat w. butter 150, glass of milk 80: 410 FEELING MUCH BETTER NOW!

snack:coffee, soup a=not together, lol 240.

lunch/snack:chicken 300

snack: ices 100

tsf: 1250.

dinner: huge salad and shrimp, had half salad then another half later on. then blueberries. total probably 700

total: aroudn 2,000 good!

exercise: 3 mi walk.

2:30 veggie burger, pretzels 350, 4pm red pepper 50

pretzels 220, yogurt 130: 350

tsf: 1700.

snack: iced coffee, two bites chicken.

total: 1800 approx! good.

exercise: 40 min bike ride, 2 mi walk.

had a nice time with my friend christine. we met up for coffee, then took a walk outside, went to a mall for a bit, and then the bookstore and took some quizzes in cosmo. haha.

Progress as of today: 0 lbs lost so far, only 10 lbs to go!

snack: 11am, almost..130 cal in fiber selects wheat thins

exercise: 3.5 mile walk

snack: 1pm 300

exercise: weights, 45 minutes.

early dinner: way too much. 1800 total: yogurts, loads of crackers, mirowave meal, salad.

exercise: another 3 miles at the park

snack: ...250

total today: 3300.

and tomorrow's another day. a new one.

You are doing really good on your exercise! Those calories are difficult for all of us! If it weren't difficult, none of us would be here for support, right? :)
