well, I  ***flew*** to the gym this morning after what had happened last night....driving around to all the fast food joints, pigging out in my car.

 AM exercise: 1hr 35min on the ellipitcal. weights this evening.

PM: weights, back, abs, pushups, a little over one hour.

breakfast: after carbo loading like last night, i can't just do all protein the next day or anything, i will feel extra sick. anyways, biscuit w. cheese and a coffee, eaten half before gym and in several bites during exercise at the gym. 460.

lunch: fries, 4 chicken nuggets, some bran crackers with it. 600 at most.

snack: 2 peppers 100, peach 80, ice cream 240: 420

tsf: 1480.

snack: 150 - protein/carb bar.

dinner: 2 greek yogurts and a drink: 330 or so.

total: 1960. good, considering.

....must do weights at the gym today...

...studdied a little bit. still not getting the grade i need to get to pass...and it's VERY frustrating = why i am binging.

will give one darn lesson, a make-up, bc i love the kid....but will make a lousy $11 for the half hour. sucky, but i love the kid and it's her last lesson of the summer.

Thursday: major binging. probably around 6,000 calories today. Tons of fastfood, lots of sick thoughts. :-(

not a lot of exercise, just a 30 min walk.

total: around 2300. alright.

some binging later on, probably around 3500-4000 today.

4000 calories today. exercise: weights.

oh my! hungry for breakfast...just heading to bed at 2:40am. had to do some work and got caught of doing other, less productive things first. but, i must say, i got some excellent exercise in on Monday, 4 miles in the AM, and around 3.5-4 miles in the PM! yeah, that's like 8 miles for Monday. the rest of the day was virtually sitting, but I can't complain. Tuesday, well, it will include teaching a few lessons and some studying and exercise once I get up...although I think i wanna try to sleep in a little! Yeah, right! My mom will KILL me if she sees my lying around, in addition to not having a full-time job. so, I'll probably have to fun out of the house early, so she doesn't have a fit first thing in the AM!

Breakfast: definitely gonna include a greek yogurt, a fruit, and some cereal mixed in. 440 very filling calories. :-)

snack: iced decaf coffee during my walk....leave it in my car and stop in for a few sips here and there. while I walk! 850 calories: large bagel with peanut butter, soy milk, few bites of chinese.

tsf: around 1300.

Lunch: probably a bean burger on a roll....this may change...salad, fruit. 1250, mostly junk food.

tsf: 3000, approx.

I am so proud of your exercise regime. Sorry that you are having to run away to avoid your Mom. She is probably worried for you, and shows it be nagging a bit. I have been that mom!!! Although now of course, I am older and wiser!!!LOL

good morning.

breakfast: plain chobani greek yogurt 2%130, with a type of high fiber oatmal 240 (two servings, 14grams of fiber), and a ripe peach 70. total: 440. and a little sweet and low bc it was pretty sour tasting.

snack: medium iced coffee?  (need to stay away from the artifical sugars today, i've been having WAAAAY TOOOO Much! medium iced coffee and plum: 120

lunch: edamame 240 (leftover from cheesecake factory - its soy beans in their pods), some kind of fish sandwich probably made from either tuna or sardines? splurged on some tasty lox on a small toasted bagel 260: total 500, good!, ices 100

snack: genisoy bar 240

1400 tsf, good!

snack:150

dinner: 500-600.

total: 2100-2150. good.

yep, those are the same bran crisps! everyone i know HATES them, but they quell my carb cravings with lots of fiber and virtually no calories:) sometimes i spray butter spray on them, sprinkle some cinnamon-sugar and microwave for about 20 secs- they taste like awesome cinnamon toast!! love to you today. xoxo

I love iced coffee - and I eat way too much artificial sweetners, too. I have been using Truvia, but I don't know if that's any better for me. Great work on exercise, HOP!

snack: protein bar i think...and coffee 200

lunch: 700 all healthy! cheesecake factory.

1240 = good.

snack: atkins caramel nut bar (must stay away from these for a few days, undesireable gas side effects!) 130

dinner: bbq. very filling and good. all healthy. 1,000 at most.

i will say 2200 or so today. that is good.

exercise: 2 mi walk and weights at gym! back, abs, pushups. and 15 minutes on elliptical.

2500, total.  final exercise: 30 min bike ride (hurt my knee really bad but not sure how!) and 2.5 mile walk bc it was getting dark at the park.

(even though i'm binging, i am not having a 3,000, 4,000 or 5,000, or 6,000 calorie day, which, if you have known me on here, i can manage!  so, even 2500 is considered alright in my book.)

breakfast, snacks, lunch: 650

afternoon snack at 2pm: burger 300.

binging at home: 2 protein bars 260 total, crackers 140, leftover chinese 350?, yogurt loaded up with oats: maybe up to 400 cal.  wowza 1150?

tsf: 1150 + 950: 2100.

dinner: up to 400 i guess would be ok....

sat around all afternoon, lazy day. was gonna go to the gym after visiting grandma till 2:30 but was really tired, not sure why. probably all the lousy eating i've been doing for over a month!

exercise: 30 min bikeride in AM, walk in evening - 3 miles probably...time to change into something to wear...

Hey, what is happening with you? Why are you needing to eat so much? Are you going through a particularly bad time. I would love for you to refocus your stress into something else. I am glad you are writing it all down and exercising,that will help burn some of it up. I would hate for you to get through this time and realize that it wasn't as bad as you thought it would be,but, you have gained weight. I am sending you lots of hugs and some positive thinking. You can get yourself back on track - I am sure you can!!

Listen, I was in a similar state of eating earlier this year, so I know where you're coming from. I have to say, at this higher weight, now that I am losing very slowly, gradually, the binges and sugar cravings have stopped.

*just studied almost one hour and in an effort to take a mind breather, i'm gonna comment on some of your entries! *

I'm sorta ashamed that my eating is influenced so much by this upcoming test and studying.

9:30 snack: bar before 3.5 mile walk:200

11:30/12:00 breakfast: big, but healthy types of foods. oatmeal 150 w. lots of cinnamon, made with a glass of milk 80, bran 40, with 2 hard boiled eggs 160, and a greek honey tasting yogurt 150: 580....forgot the large peach...i knew i was forgetting something, 100 more.

tsf: 880, good.

snack: ice cream 240

1120.

snacking/binging: 2 servings pretzels 250, ice cream 200, peanut butter and jelly sandwich 600: 1050 right here.

tsf: 2170...gah.  the day is not done. that total is up to 2:30pm today.

snack: bar and drink 150

dinner: probably a protein bar and diet soda. small bit of chinese food. 500

2820. total.

average of today and yesterday per day: 2100 per day. good!

plan for tonight, gym -  weights. not sure if i want to.

Hey HOP - I don't know if you are picky about bread - I am - to a point - and used to only eat the really good multigrain bread that's like 110 cals per slice. I have found a "light" bread that is only 50 cals per slice and 5 grams of fiber that seems to be like regular bread (although not as good as the 110 cals per slice kind, it is good). It's Nature's Own brand and I've been using it to make PBJs 'cause I love them. When I saw your PBJ above I thought I'd tell you about this bread.

Oh Oh What happened between 2am and 7.30am when I went to bed. I think you are really feeling the pressure. How about planning some healthy snacks when the munchies hit. Throw out the jelly and the ice cream, they seem to be a bit of a problem area. I am sure you can get through this and eat healthily. Tomorrow is another day, deep breath and start fresh. Hugs.

big breakfast: oatmeal and milk: 240, 2 pieces bran 20, 2 eggs 160, peach 80, crackers 100: 600. ok.

tsf: 800

lunch:

overall, calories were EXCEPTIONAL...i think maybe around 1350!

and exercise was 3 miles in the AM.

calories were low because i was GOOD busy.

what kind of bran do you use? i used to eat these norwegian crackers, and they were great. yea, im not sure about a relationship with john- he has a lot going on with trying to pass the bar and get a job, etc. and im still grieving seth. i will admit that when i was sitting there yesterday, i got this weird sensation that this person will be in my life for a long time...anyway, i hope its just not me trying to create a distraction of some sort. love to you, xo.

You can study this much too... are you passionate about what you want to do? Do you need these exams to do what you want to do??? That's all I think of when I start to lose focus...that there is nothing else in this world that I would want to do other than a lawyer...and if suffering for two months to end up on the other side being able to be part of such an honorable profession (yes I do think it's honorable... at least most of it lol) than it's worth it...just think about how important what you want to do is to you...and use that to push you

snack: bar and energy drink: 140

1880 total, very good :-)

exercise: good amount of weights, back, abs, short bikeride earlier in the day. not much cardio today.
