overall nice day. good feeling all day. productive. gym was fantastic.

definitely not more than 1900 cal. and healthy all day. nice, moderate, nothing crazy. wonderful way to start my week back to school after a vacation.

it's good to feel good tonight.

up around 8:45 today. :-)

breakfast: huge red globe grapes 120, oatmeal 160 with yogurt 180 and raisins 180: 640

snack: coffee 60

lunch: some of grandma's corned beaf...100...followed by a toasted bagel with cheese and a bran cracker put in the middle, drink 25 around 530 total

snack: more coffee 70, 2 bars af different times 260: 330 total

1560

dinner: well...taco bell 350, yogurt 120, some celery 20, fries 160, pb and bread! 380, raisins 130, another yogurt 180, brownie 450...and chocolate. finally satisfied. 200. total here: 2090 holy.

total cal today: around 3550 go me. actually, i'm not even upset. 

bed early probably. not going out tonight.

up at the butt-crack of dawn on my last day of vacation to bring my car in...

....went to the wrong place first...got to the right place after a few cars...

....had to wait from 7-1:30 for my car...

...$550 later...

...since December, my car has eaten away $2,000. horrible...

breakfast: orange 80, coffee 100, cereal bar 160 total: 340

snack: popcorn 100 from vending machine while waiting

snack: sun chips 160 still waiting

snack: chocolate thing 120, bran crackers 50, monster drink20 ...decided to take a walk around noon till 1:00 when i picked up my car! thankfully it was ready when i got back from the walk....a VERY good thing.  190

late meal: 750 all pretty healthy.

tsf: 1550

nap...then weightlifting at gym....

Man car expenses are HORRIBLE nowadays aren't they? The worst part is you can take the car in for a $5 part and get charged $50 in labor...yuck. So sorry to hear yours has been a financial burden to you lately, I know that can be stressful! Good job getting out and getting that hour walk in to get your mind off of everything until it was done *thumbs up*. Enjoy your nap! =)

breakfast: yogurt 180, bran 30, roll 120 with butter 70, strawberries 100. 510

snack: roll w. butter and one piece bran: 210

lunch: clif chocolate bar 260

snack: 260: granola bar and bran.

dinner: burger king tendercrisp no mayo: boy, it's filling: 600

1840....good....and a snack later of course...

ended up eating another whole dinner, 500 cal.

total cal: 2320. fine by me. :-)

exercise: 5-6 miles at the park!!! i haven't done this in months, and my body is a bit out of shape, even just walking that much. i did it, but it was a challenge :-(

good morning. i had some fruit and i just might be right back to bed...

breakfast: apple 80, orange 80 = 160.

snacks: strawberries 120, pb 150, oatmeal w. milk 260 total: 530

lunch: cherry tomatoes 30, cheese on matzah 330

snacking...320 yogurts, 80 apple butter, 100 crackers, pb 600: 1100

tsf: 2120 ouch!

brownies and milk makes it better, no!?...700

total: 2820...

late night: protein bar around 9pm.

total cal: 3050.

i did the math, adding up the extra calories i've been consuming over what i should be...and the extra calories add up to a 3 lb gain....haha, not too bad, considering what i've been eating. but, yes, bad for a gain over a 2 week period of time.  i will get up the nerve to do yoga tomorrow and the next day, probably not today, and possibly saturday morning/sunday morning....

breakfast: matzah w. ample amounts of pb 430 and a yogurt: tsf: 610

snack: milkshake 150 and bran 50

snack: tasty white chocolate and macadamia bar 240

late lunch 2:30pm: soup with 2 scrambled eggs and cup of noodles: 550

snacks: apple 80, orange 80, cucumber w. vinegar 50, tomato 30, clementine 20: 260...matzah 150 w. butter140 and apple butter 50: 500 total...

2200...cake 3200....can't stop binging lately...

dinner: before and after working out: burger king, 850

total today: 4050....not as bad as i thought, but still sucky...

 

my weight has crept up a bit since 133 because I have binged at least 4 times in the past two weeks. now i'm on vacation, my second day of it...and i hope to turn things around a bit.

i have a few tasks that i MUST get done this morning: bank to get some checks, post office to mail my taxes in, pay for something online that i need so i can reaply for my teaching certification - VERY important!, call my college and make sure they are aware i have mailed in payment and see if they can help make things move a bit faster for me, call my students' parents to REMIND them about the make-up lessons they scheduled with me for Wednesday bc i'm sick of them forgetting and me having to be there when i really don't have to since nobody shows up!....

yeah, then i plan on visiting the library, finish reading my book, take another book out. possibly 2-3 yoga classes tonight in a row. i will get  a special package for this week...i don't plan on doing as much as i did last break bc i don't have as many days off.

ending up binging like crazy on my first day of vacation. i was wiped out before vaca started, so that had a LOT to do with it. felt so bad about binging that around 9pm i went to the gym and was on the treadmill, very challenging pace, for one hour.

late night snack around 2:30am: 3 matzahs 390, 3 clementines 90, peanut butter 250: total: 730 calories

calories up until dinner: around 1560.

dinner: popcorn 240, bran crackers 60, chalupa 350, yogurt 110, and a lean cuisine...lol, yeah. 300: 1060

total: 2620. ok. :-)

exercise: bike ride in am around 20 min, 10 min elliptical, weights/back/abs/pushups.
