around 1700 today. and healthy. whew.

tired. long day.

i have a date tomorrow after work around 5:30 for coffee. it'll be short since he has to pick up his mom at the airport so around one  hour for the date. that's good since it turns out this is the first date. it was supposed to be last week but things got messed up.

3800 calories. could have been a healthy 2200 but i had an episode of unhealthy eating!

happy friday! up early at 4am to finish my work.

breakfast: oatmeal 160 with some raisins 120, milk 120, and yogurt 100: 500 total.

dinner:

exercise: no weights since that was yesterday. cardio will be. probably a walk....we'll see. coming home to nap after school.

good morning.

cereal with golden raisins and milk: 400. bar 110 = 510

snack: coffee/bar 240

lunch: 550 hamburger, veggies, milk

tsf: 1300 healthy at least....

snack: healthy stuff. 250

1550.

dinner: mcdonalds salad, warmed strawberries with sugar, glass of milk and some bran crackers.

gym: mostly arm weights, back, and abs. very good session.

study/bed.

breakfast: 1600. yeah.anxious about things, but things that shouldn't make me this uncomfortable. i'm gonna have to change my outlook bc this is just not working.

challenging day, in a good way i can say.

breakfast: mcdonalds and coffee: around 400

snack: bar 150

lunch: around 500 healthy vegetarian salad bar stuff at hospital

snack; 150

cookies 120, chalupa 350, milk 100, bran crackers 120, tam tams 260, yogurt 240,crackers and cheese 200, crackers 260, pasta 320. whatever. total here: around 2000

total today: 3200.

I KNOW that i probably must weigh around 138 or so right now which is not good. but, i can only say i could have not binged and i could have stopped it if i wanted to listen to my feelings. i can get through this. I am not on any special diet now, just back to my regular eating. I cannot change the past but I can work on the future. feeling a bit chunky lately though. but otherwise, all is good.

could not sleep/need to study...

4am: tons of tasty raspberries 140, tam tam crackers 260: 400, and bran, tea. total 420

breakfast at school? bars/coffee 430

LUNCH: if i make it...lol, i went to bed after midnight and woke up at 4am....big test and was on the phone with the new guy....good stuff really. lots of garlic seasoned broccoli and soup 200

snacks: extra soup? 50.

snack: granola bar and candies 250

snack: yogurts and bran: 250

dinner: very healthy vegetarian indian microwave meal and a drink 400

2000 calories so far...gym and perhaps a snack after.

snack after gym: first some carrots, then two cookies with milk. good choice! :-) 200

total cal: 2200. nice.

BED BED and BED.

I know 3 cookies isn't that bad. You are right. I am trying not to cut back so drastically, actually and lose slowly so that it's more "real". Trying to up the exercise so that I can manage. I am amazed how much more satisfied I am.

was a good day. did lots. it's already 1:15am sunday morning!

went out to eat and to a movie. also, on the down low, accompanied my friend to a porn shop...and NOT PAWN, PORN.  that's what friends are for, right!? i didn't enjoy being there but went as her friend.

eating was good. mostly healthy, actually. thankfully!

my weight is up. i won't be weighing myself though.  i'm not in the mood to know the number. but it's probably around 5-7 lbs up from 133.  oh well, it could be a LOT worse. :-)

making money.

Not being in diet mode caused me to balloon up to a few pounds shy of where I had started in DD's. Maintenance is a killer! For me there is no such thing as "just eating normally". Without a plan, I start and continue to gain.

snacks: snickers bar around 300

snack: bar and monster drinks, another drink: 300
