D milkshake 150, pepper,tomato,celery pieces: 100 or so, whips yogurt 140, coffee 40.  total here: 430 fine!

total cal: 1900. great. not a binge, so i'm more than thankful and happy with this progress.  and glad i got some veggies in, i was in the mood!

Exercise: 3 mile walk.

i need a job. on weekends. money is dwindling.

weird day so far....

i haven't weighed myself,but i know i've gained a few lbs. i know bc my clothes are a bit tight. better news, i feel good today!

B: 160. ices/coffee

S:230 protein bar

S:150 protein/fiber chips pretty good!

L:80 large tea w. milk and 2 equal.

S: water and peanut m&ms, good choice i think! tasty...250

S:decaf coffee/ices at home: 150

TSF: 1020. was a good day...

D: 500 or so.

total 1550 or so. Nice Day. off for a 3 mile walk or so!

Exercise: walk to gym, possible elliptical also. then bed, hopefully early.

talking to the boy tonight....boy am i amazed by him. wish it would go BOTH ways.  but i am happy with things as they are right now.

i had some nasty binges this week on wednesday 5500, friday3200, and saturday not sure, but prob around 4500-5,000.  I think that the fasting on Monday for the holiday had something to do with it, along with lack of sleep and being exhausted, and my usual procrastination efforts before tests. I will have to study tonight. But, i'm moving on from the binging, and I will look to enjoy everything i eat today. (except that veggie burger wasn't too good. - only one more left, thankfully!)

breakfast: 370 cereal, milk, coffee

Snack: 210.  veggie burger on roll. and caramel yogurt 150 total here: 360

snack after morning walk: vitamin water 25

lunch: dunkin donuts cheese flatbread 370 and yogurt 50 = 420

TSF: 1155 good.

snack: protein bar.  need to get off this carb loading.  300

snack: granola bar 200

dinner: 550

Total: 2200 ok.

dinner: maybe a healthy stirfry instead of the DD i was planning.  yeah!  tofu and veggies.  400 or so. and tea.

exercise: 7.5 miles!

S: i made some oatmeal/chocolate/egg combo kinda like a warm pie and yogurt 350, then ice cream 350 total: 700

total so far: 870.

S: cheese 4 servings or so360, 3 servings pretzels 360 also: 720

1590, 11:20am.

Snacking: two heavy sandwiches 800, candy 150: 950

total so far: 2540  plus 300 plus 200...3150 after more yogurt...

more choco/egg/oatmeal and yogurt 280, 350 for ravioli: 630 more...and then,

LOTS of brownies. the day is over tomorrow is new. i'm not actually pissed about the brownies or anything else for that matter. i'm looking foward to a visit to the park if sunny, then the gym and weights tomorrow morning. all is good people.

exercise: none. sat home all day.

HEy, Just one day love. Just one day. Tomorrow will be better. I had a pretty nasty eating day myself. HAHA and a lot of it was from a frappuccino worth 630cals < can you believe that. Now I know why I got fat in the first place. Notice how obesity rates went steadily up as Starbucks started garnishing every corner.<fishy very fishy.

Better day than yesterday's 6,000 cal but i am totally exhausted.  didn't sleep enough bc i didn't spend my day well at home, i had too much energy. but i'm actually not upset. or overwhelmed about that.  I am only overwhelmed with what i missed in class on wednesday. my plan is to NOT take the tests tomorrow and just have the teacher give me what i missed - i'll make up the tests next week at lunch or something. shouldn't be too big a deal. there's no possible way i have the energy to study friday's info tonight and do well. i already have to make up 2 of wednesday's tests tomorrow, lol. 4 tests is out of the question for me, unless i'm trying to fail!!! haha...

so my car is currently still at the mechanic.  he couldn't find anything wrong and he said i wouldn't be charged and that is GREAT news.  i have decided i will join the gym of my alma matter - my college. it's only about 10-15 min away and has the best equipment and cheapest rates. $200 for the year, instead of the $478 i almost paid for renewal at the gym i'm going to now, which i love bc i can bike there, but $478 is too much.  and lucille robers would be around 250 and i'm just not interested in looking at the gym.  it's closer, yes, and bikeable, but i'd rather be around males and females, and the younger the better! i'm not interested in an all female gym, i think it would serisouly mess me up, even fitnesswise!  i like male testosterone all around me! :)

breakfast: ices/coffee which i didn't get to finish bc my dad rushed me out to drive me to school so he could get to work. :) its ok, at least i got a ride. 100

snack: 150

lunch: 300

snack: 250

dinner: a flat 700 cal.  not bad, considering i was pretty hungry. and i chose what i wanted.

so the day ends, at 1500 total.

fine by me. i am not about eating really low cals anymore. i can't last on 1200 even 1300 is sometimes way too low. so i'm happy with this. and i may go to the gym for a little bit of elliptical, we'll see...

walked about 30 already. later: elliptical 1/2 hour or  so and weights. what a day!

i screwed today up, most obviously. but that's done, so let's talk about the future.  i want those visible abs, visible muscles. so i just paid a new 13 month gym membership for around 485 dollars, however, i'm going to check out lucille roberts today, bc it would be over $200 cheaper.  and i like cheaper....

up EARLY to get to school to study.  but time is already running a little short!!! i shall get through it, as usual...

breakfast: ices, coffee, water.150

late breakfast: dunkin donuts and tea.  cereal, milk 320, yogurt110 followed by large, very large pieces of cake at home 1,000...change of plans, no school, car won't start!

total so far: 1580. fine!

lunch: same, as late breakfast and yogurt.   popcorn? 240, ice cream 250, cheese 200, bread 200, butter 100, 2 bananas 200 ha not so good.  cookies 400

ice cream 250, cheese 150, and pretzels 240, and yogurt 170. whew.

snack: ices again?  not sure.

dinner: ?

total cal: approx. 4,000.  i just cannot deal with the temptations of food in my house! crazy.

update: at least 5,500cal. it's amazing i have this much junk in my house!

exercise: not sure, but i'll do it....later.  probably a bike ride to the verizon store to replace my phone that just broke....and my car needed to be towed today, my reason for sitting home. blah blah.  not really upset, but this does kinda stink!

just a walk, later. probably to stop by and check out lucille roberts.

I had to give up my vehicle for half a day in order to get the oil changed, and that stunk, too! It sucks when you know you don't have a vehicle - for however long. Try to have a good day today anyways! :)

Well I have been there recently. Just gotta be hard on yourself tomorrow. If you set a few goals tomorrow and you reach them all you'll probably feel a lot better. Tomorrow is a new day.

I like cheaper too! So glad you can look at the future and make your plans other than, as we say in portuguese, cry over the spilled milk. :) Thanks for the compliments! I'm excited my hair is growing long again. Remember how long it used to be? I miss it! Maybe by March!!! I am also glad to hear you want the guy to be as good to you as you deserve and not just good. I settled for not what i deserved for a long time, remember? i guess it was part of a learning curve for me to be able to be with someone who is good for me and treats me as I deserve as Johnny is. I'm very happy with him now. It gets better each day. :) This meal was soooo easy to make! Make it too. :)

lunch: egg on muffin w. olive oil and yogurt: 320

snack: protein bar 330, apple 90: 420

dinner: bit larger than i originally wanted, but then again mostly healthy. so that's it. 630 or so.

total cal: 1840, which is totally fine with me! :)

exercise: 1 hour elliptical at high intensity!!, weights, back, abs. (no pushups, still weak from whenever i did them last!).  I am so proud of myself and what I was capable of performing at the gym!

and the boy, he's driving me insane!

fasted for most of the day. (religious reasons)  did have some diet drinks.

5pm: ices, decaf coffee, diet soda.

BIG family meal: i'm not listing what i had bc it really doesn't concern me to list. I'll just say I definitely had seconds and much dessert. and the food was satisfying, i wasn't picky. and i left dinner satisfied, not wanting ANY more. even an oreo klondike bar was included.

3 mile walk in the later afternoon before dinner.  i wanted to do more but was exhasuted since i didn't eat until after.
