i will not rush around all weekend like i did last weekend. i'm already doing better. catching up with bills and other important matters. :-)

breakfast: oatmeal, yogurt, cranberries: 320, later jello, total 380

snack: apple 90

at gym: propel probably...30

late lunch: lots of cooked cranberries, and yogurt, fries ...450 here.

snack: lara bar: pb and date: 210

dinner: beef chalupa w. extra salsa, kombucha60 , milkshake 150

bed early.

total cal: around 1700 or so when you factor in the chalupa. pretty good, especially after thursday and friday - both days between 5000-6500 calories each. so glad that is over! i tend to need more fatty things the days after a binge...and extra carbs. today went well.

exercise: supposed to be weights but i didn't leave any time for them. so, 50 minutes cardio instead. i must concentrate on cardio this week or whatever lean muscle i was building in my legs will also be joined with fat due to the binge....arg!

overall feelings: today went better than last saturday. still stressful and rushing. i definitely plan on working on this.  i need to plan better...and not rush as much.

goodnight all. i may just go to bed REALLY early....rather than do any work.

i don't think i can stay up much later and it's only 8:23.  i'm wiped out.

Glad to see a successful day today~the bingeing is done and over..just move forward. I had a binge this past week as well, and it disgusted me that I was still full the following day from eating to the point of pain the night before..But there was nothing I could do about it, except put it behind me and push forward..

well, it was day #2 of binging. i KNOW i can let it pass and still have a nice weekend meaning a more normal food intake.

today was around 6500 cal. yes, a bad day food-wise.

second day of horrible binging in a LONG time.

it had mostly to do with a MAJOR lack of sleep ncreasing by the night, all week, and a couple HORRIBLE tests today. just horrible. procrastination beyond belief.

and the fl guy stuff is kinda crazy too.

right now it seems i may be visiting him sometime in march which is scary and exciting...i didn't book tickets yet.

the binging completely WIPED ME OUT all day from last night. i was in a horrible mood and couldn't stay awake in class even when i tried. i'm NEVER this out of it...absolutely insane food coma today. it was disgusting.

unfortunately, the food i ate today tasted good to me while binging. it was a totally different scenario from yesterday.

thing is, it's not like i don't allow myself the foods i binged on, i pretty much do. at anytime. so this just shows i'm not over the binging.

the last binge, until today, was december 21st. dec 21st until jan 14 is 32  days.  about a whole month! wow. i am not so doomed though.  i am gonna be as positive as i can and move foward.  i used to be binging at least once a week. now it was once in a whole month. i will continue this progress i am making.

ok. i messed up today, completely. but, then again, it's NOT the end of the world at all. i messed up pretty badly, approximately 5,000 calories today.

reasons: stuff regarding the boy, inadequate sleep, waiting too long for lunch, eating alone at home bc i had a half day of school, procrastinating to study for a test after lunch which i ended up not studying for still and it's 9:10pm, and basically like what a said just before, the lonliness factor at home and the ability to binge on food that i had around. i binged for just about every main reason people binge for.

i'm really not too upset at myself but i feel the need to record what was going on. the food tasted crappy to me, as well. i did it more for the painful feeling in my stomach that i haven't had in the longest of times. i look forward to a good weekend, binge-free. and i will not diet or do anything in these next few days. i'll continue to EAT NORMALLY like i have been. the weight will come off gradually, as it as been with my steady eating and gym lately.

i did go to the gym, one hour intense on the elliptical.

tad bingey. but alright...

breakfast: 300

snack: 230

big lunch back at home: chalupa 320, yogurt 120, jello 100, wraps 320.

no exercise. i want to study and i went to therapy tonight. got home around 6pm.

1400 during day, pretty healthy...kinda high since i was up earlier and ate more often...

dinner was large, but what i wanted, 2 plain wraps bc i wanted them 320, then tofu and cup of noodles 500, and some jello. total around 900...ha, saved some for tomorrow...thank you suzanne!

total here 2300. 2000 absolutely ok. no worries at all!  lol 2300.

gym tomorrow w. weights and cardio.

finally home and eating dinner at 8:30. i gotta force myself to study tonight...otherwise i'm doomed lol.  i've been putting it off, as usual.

cardio: a full 45 minutes after being on my feet most of today! i am so much stronger than i used to be.

weights: tons.

back: good.

abs: awesome.

breakfast: 320

snack: coffee 80

lunch: not so hot: bar 140, apple 80, coffee 80: 300

snack: 200

gym stuff: 100

tsf: 1000

dinner: 800.

total cal: 1800. i don't think dinner was that healthy and i also ate too much.

750 healthy...

170 snack after school.

large but healthy dinner: 800.

total: 1720 good.

exercise: 38 min cardio...my goal was 30 so this is great. and stretching.  i was on my feet most of the day, too!

i am surprising myself so much lately. last binge was all the way back on December 21st.  I have had high cal days, but no binges since then.  I am so happy and elated that I am finally moving foward. I can feel my body toning up. The weightloss is slow as anything but i'm elated.  I think I'm still around the 135.  Even a pound per week is welcome, if not a little less.  I am proud to be making such positive steps in my weightloss and health. In terms of food, anything and everything is allowed. This is what's keeping me on track as well as many other things.  I eat fries at least once a week as well as other fried foods. My diet is not strict.  and i don't think i would ever want it to be ever again!  In the past i have been VERY strict.

I'm extremely busy now. and that is also keeping me on track. i'm also still taking an anxiety medication which i feel is finally starting to work at a higher dose compared to when i started, in August.  It has taken till now for the dose to make a dent.  Now, I can honestly say i am starting to do much better.

2010 will be a comeback year for me for sure. It already is.

my weight gain started in Sept, 2007.  I know that by Sept 2010, I'll be in a better place, a more physically fit place, not sure what i'll weigh but it'll be with a stronger, leaner, body.

Since I have no club membership, I haven't swum in at least two years, maybe more, so I've had to lower my expectations. The result is success! With absolutely no exercise, I am now happy with losing 2 lbs. a month! In time it adds up.

I'm now thinking about joining a commercial gym that has a pool and start swimming as soon as I'm presentable in a swimsuit. Then, I'll be able to lose maybe 4 lbs. a month.

Congrats on not binging!

rest of day up till dinner: 1,000.

dinner: taco bell 350, tofu 200, jello 60: 610...i'm not satisfied. :-( 180 for shake...790 total.

exercise: cardio 30 min strong!, and abs, back, lots of weights.

shake also, so total cal are: around 1800.good.

but, the weekend went by too fast. i rushed everywhere, since friday night. i'm unsatisfied with the past few days and not as happy as i'd like to be. i hope for a better monday. i'll probably get up extra early or something, so i don't have to rush tomorrow.

i found myself driving 85, yes 85, miles per hour way too much...not good, not good.

breakfast: healthy 320 or so.  yogurt w. my added cooked cranberry preserves i made in microwave, and maple brown sugar oatmeal 160. cran-pom diet juice.

GYM - definitely weights... everything got messed up today.

snack: good.



calories a bit high but still absolutely good: 1550 before dinner.

dinner: chalupa 350, yogurt and cranberries 200 ice cream 150 total: 700 it's ok..

total cal: 2250 again. like yesterday.

Do NOT let the mood get you - I'm determined not to either. I can do it and you can too. What has changed in the last day or so that might be bringing you down? Whatever it is - what does it have to do with you eating habits? Probably nothing. I have been thinking lately, I do better when I'm able to SEPARATE things in my life. I mean by that-why does my eating have to reflect my mood in any way? I can still be in a bad mood,or anxious or sad or angry and still eat right, can't I? I've been asking myself that. Why does my mood dictate how I eat anyway? One thing doesn't really have to do with the other, UNLESS we choose for it to, right? I am going to work to choose food based on health - not mood (again yes). I wish I didn't havae to stay so well aware of it, but apparently I do! Have a good day HOP! Hope I didn't get on too big a soapbox here!! LOL!

Great breakfast! Hope the rest of your day has gone as well =) Yes, oatmeal with cinnamon is my new favorite in the morning! Especially in the bitter cold months! YUM! Healthy eating is something I strive for. I just feel better at the end of the day and so does my body. You eat very healthy as well! Best way to go! =D

i am busy. and forgot my wallet after paying for some takeout....had to drive all the way back realizing that's where i last had it...lol. at least it's back!

gym was sucky. i had no energy despite caffeine and snack. did 30 min cardio and abs.

breakfast: 300 cal. good.

snack: 400 total or so.good.

lunch at cafeteria:almost around 600...no clue, just a guess. healthy.

snacks around 150 more. good.

dinner: gordita fresco style ...need to look up. around 300.., tofu 200, jello around 100

total: around 2200-2250 good.

bed early probably.

have a wonderful day everyone...exercise: will be cardio - elliptical, bike, and treadmill, maybe some abs also.
